When they first came to do a touchup and smooth things over they ended up damaging the wall, even more! Then they came back a second time right before we were selling the house, the day before pictures were to be taken and splashed a little bit of paint, but never fixed the handprint they left, or the chip in the wall not to mention the initial crack. When I tried to explain to one of their workers that I was not happy, and I wanted them to call the owner Dave outside so I can speak with him. They ended up just driving off and never picked up/returned any of my phone calls. Absolutely disgusted with the way this company handled business for a paying customer after the initial job was done! I would give them negative stars if possible! BEWARE !!! Over the years Steve has gutted and remodeled two full bathrooms, including relocating fixtures, taken out a picture window and installed a large French door with sidelights (see photos), and most recently built a new patio cover (see photos). As others have said, he is creative, helps with design ideas, and is focused on your job and your satisfaction. His attention to detail is excellent, note that he routered the uprights on the patio cover so that the base bracket fits flush. I first had him come by to look into some siding that needed to be repaired on the house, but we found out that water had damaged the whole wall of the house. He gave me some suggestions without feeling pressured with I liked, and I went ahead and felt very confident that i was going to be taken good care of at a fair price. He added some details which I really liked and that speaks volumes of his work, character and professionalism to ensure his costumers are well taken care of.
