Less than 3 hours later a new Rheem professional grade 50 gallon water heater was installed as well as a thermal expansion tank, new stand, drip pan, and all new accessory items all up to current code. They handle the warranty registration process and the building permit. No hassle on my end. Plus the tank comes with a 6 year warranty with the option to purchase an extended 10 year warranty. After the contract was signed, the owner of Vostok, Alex, arrived with the demolition crew. The crew was very careful to cover the adjacent bedroom furniture and flooring. I recently had the shower attached to the master bedroom remodeled by Rose Remodeling (RR). The purpose was to get rid of the grout on the numerous tiles including the ceiling of the shower and to replace it with a sold surface (we went with acrylic). It was also to replace our frosted/glazed shower doors. Unusually for me, I did not get bids from other contractors but overall, the price was reasonable, $18K plus change. Jeren, the owner's son, was an excellent salesman and he spent circa two hours with my wife and me. RR, as a large specialty store, had plenty of options in all areas. Jeren was naturally friendly, and no pressure was put on us to make an immediate decision. I'd highly recommend getting him as your salesperson. The job was completed in four days by Ruslan who did an excellent job as our installer. He worked very hard and efficiently and was very friendly as well as responsive to all our requests. Morgan was our project manager, and I'd also highly recommend her as well and request her services. She coordinated the project seamlessly and, in general, returned emails promptly. We are very pleased with the finished product thus far. We did run into a problem we had not anticipated. Our frosted/glazed shower doors were replaced by clear ones. The water where we live is quite often hard and so it leaves stains on the clear shower doors. Yes, Ruslan was efficient enough to leave us with a squeegee and a product called Repel to clean the shower doors. It is, however, a time-consuming nuisance to have to squeegee the shower doors after each shower. We are looking for solutions that would coat the shower doors to avoid frequent squeegeeing. Morgan has suggested that we use Rain X and we are thinking of trying this product but welcome other suggestions. Overall, then, I am to date, very happy with RR and their staff. read more

From start to finish, Rose Remodeling did a wonderful job of changing a 1977 year old children's tub into more spacious and ADA compliant full shower for us older kids who come home to visit mom! Stephanie, their sales consultant, walked us through the process complete with a presentation on how Rose Modeling specializes in wet spaces of bathrooms. We discussed with her the design and chose the features of the shower that they ordered right away, and assigned Jerel, our Construction Project Coordinator who took the baton from Stephanie, who provided me with the specs, and ventured us into the installation process, complete with inspections from the city to approve the work. The whole demolition and installation took five work days, to include the city inspections. Juan and Manuel, the construction team, did a stellar and professional job, working hard to get the project done on time and consulted with the family while they were working in my mom's home. At the end of the project the brand new shower, that was once a 1970s children's bathtub, was forward into the future looking fabulous and feeling much more spacious! Jerel closed the project providing us with documents to understand the care of mom's new shower and warranties. I highly recommend Rose Modeling for wet space remodels. From my family's experience with Rose Modeling, they transformed an old and dated 46 year old wet pace into something more functional for today and for years to come... they did an excellent job all around! This review is long overdue. I broke the handle off the shower in the master bathroom (due to metal fatigue) in June of 2021. I figured it was the perfect time to re-tile and replace the pan in the shower, so I began the tear down. I found an additional 15" of unused space behind the shower plumbing. Apparently the original home owners in this neighborhood, had a choice of shower stall or tub. Those who chose the stall, lost the space! I was then faced with the choice of removing the false wall, moving the plumbing and making a bigger shower. If I was doing that I may as well pull out the pocket door separating the sink area from the toilet and bathroom. Then my father passed away and the whole project was put on hold. Once life settled back down to it's normal chaos, I knew I would need to hire some of the work out as I was not willing to move plumbing around, and since I was going to hire, I may as well make it a complete bathroom remodel. I got a number of crazy bids and then found Rose Remodeling. They were more than willing to work with me, and allow me to do the painting and re-tile the floor. The window in the shower area turned out to be a bit of a hassle as the Sentrel material did not come in the necessary width. We ended up using white marble to finish off the window. Yes, there were delays and some of the trim/finishing work had to be re-done; but I was not in a hurry. I am very happy with how the master bathroom turned out. read more

Rose Remodeling Review April 26, 2024 I am giving Rose the highest 5-star rating possible because, from start to finish, they have been outstanding. I selected them to remodel three bathrooms in our house. One bathroom has a tub (I opted for the "deep-soaking" 19" deep bathtub, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, including built-in seats and glass sliding doors. Starting with the sales rep I first met with, Jeren, who brought samples of all the materials to be used and showed me the many options available as well as prices. Rose's presentation was by far the most comprehensive and professional of the 5 contractors I met with. And their bid was competitively priced. All the crew members who worked on the project were friendly and professional. And the Project Coordinator, Morgan, was topnotch as well. She kept me fully updated on all project matters and got back to me quickly on any questions or issues I raised. This is a family-owned business that has been operating for over 30 years and that truly believes in customer service and high-quality work. I just had the final inspection by the County, with no issues, and I am extremely pleased with the final results. We decided to do a partial remodel our front guest bathroom, removing the tub and converting it into a full walk-in shower. After reviewing multiple remodeling contractors, we set up a meeting with Rose Remodeling at our home. Jeren the estimator reviewed the bathroom and discussed the remodeling process. He came across as very professional and answered all our questions and concerns and assured us of the company's commitment to quality. Based on the quote we decided to contract Rose Remodeling for the project. During our meeting at the company office, we made our selection of material for the shower and reviewed and agreed on the design. Rose Remodeling committed to our early timeline for the completion of the project (based on the small scale of the project). Prior to starting Morgan (project coordinator) called and notified us that the project could even start several weeks sooner then we asked for. After demolition was completed, one of their craftsmen (Frisco) arrived every day and worked tirelessly all day to complete the project. Morgan called every morning to touch bases with us and let us know what was on the planned schedule. After completion of the shower, we only found a few very minor issues in which Frisco addressed on the spot. I highly recommend Rose Remodeling for your remodeling project. Recently had a bathroom remodel done. Everything from the sales/consultation Steve Coker who did is job very thoroughly even coming back twice to insure everything was just how we wanted. Steve what is very informative and educated me a lot and my opinion he couldn't have done any better... you can say he sold me and I bought it! I had lower offers and I had higher offers but I just felt my best value was with buying from Steve and ROSE Remolding. We had some nice glass doors that were perfect working order and with a l nice cleanup also saved us a few thousand off the estimate given us even more positive affirmation to go with ROSE Remolding. The demolition crew to the project manager Graham Catudal to the installer Sergei Dolzhenkov were outstanding. They all handle themselves with great professionalism, respect for my home and provided great customers service. They always called before arrival or if running a few minutes late called to inform why and how far out they were. Sergei Dolzhenkov was able to troubleshoot a couple issues and made it look like you would never even know there was an issue. He even came back a week later to finish up some touchup caulking no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company for the reliability dependability customer service and great quality product. read more

I found it easy to request a quote via Yelp. Steve came out and worked with me for several hours on my needs converting a tub/shower to walk-in shower, new toilet, new vanity, new fan new lights. I was very pleased with the detailed questions, knowlege and support. The process started about a month later, after I signed the contract. Down payment was definitely reasonable. The foreman on the job, Misha, was very energetic and did a great job overseeing his team. The electricians and plumbers did a fantastic job on our older home. Pipes had to be replaced and electricity rewired. They were all very courteous, made sure the floors were covered and asked questions when bars, niches and foot shelf needed to be measured for correct height in the bathroom. Graham was the project manager, and he was fantastic. Communication is key when you are remodeling and I received that with him via email and phone calls with updates. He answered a lot of questions, relayed information, and allayed any concerns. The project was a bit more than I planned to spend, but that is mostly due to the current elevated cost of materials. The journeymen were very skilled and knowledgeable and worth every penny. The actual remodel took less than two weeks. I was very pleased with the outcome and process! read more

Although there were real issues during the project--especially with water containment in the master shower--the contractor did return, correct the problems, and the master bathroom now looks extremely nice, with an enclosed swing‑out 3/8‑inch‑thick glass shower door that gives it a solid, high‑end look. In addition, the overall project came in under my original budget while still delivering a high‑quality finish across all three bathrooms, which I really really appreciate promptness of my communication with Rose Remodeling, especially with Jack Sleeman (General Manager) and Graham Catudal (Project Coordinator). For future customers, my advice is to get all fixture and material details clearly written into the contract, stay closely involved during the layout and installation phase (especially for water containment in showers), and do a careful walkthrough before final payment to confirm everything matches what was promised and agreed to in writing. In spite of the bumps along the way, I'm genuinely pleased with how all three bathrooms turned out, and my family and I are really enjoying the new spaces every day; when everything is said and done, Rose Remodeling delivered a beautiful, modern result in my home that I'm proud to show to guests while staying under budget. read more

Bad & good. Bad thing is: San Jose city's permit's requirement is different from other city. It started to have my bath tub reversed to walk-in shower from Rose Remodeling last Friday 5/15/2026 in San Jose. The first day the worker began to remove the tub & prepared to install whatever needed then Monday 5/18/2026, the city inspectors came in three persons, after inspected, there are quite a few things missing, so needs to fix those. Next day 5/19/2026 the worker of Rose remodeling came to continue what he had to do from the list but not the San Jose City requirement. I mentioned the city's requirements but can't tell what he had to do. The city inspectors came to inspect the 2nd time of course can't pass. So the worker had to remove the work he did & fixed the requirement. So waiting for the inspector to check for 2 days 5/20 & 5/21. Good things : Today 5/22/2026 Tony the contractor from Rose Remolding came before 8:00 am to start his work, a polite person, respected his work environment, always cleaning the mess up dust & sand stones, a hard working person & skillful. As I began my search for a reputable company to convert my bathtub/shower into a regular shower, I came across an Internet ad from Rose Remodeling. Having checked out and interviewed two other companies, I could see that Rose Remodeling offered the services I needed and were well within my budget. As I was having trouble getting into my bathtub because of severe pain in my leg, I set up an interview with Rose Remodeling. After meeting Jeren Rose, the son of the owner, I was instantly impressed with the Christian company that he represented with photos and expertise that made me greatly impressed. It didn't take long for me to sign the contract and begin my almost-daily conversations with Jerel Session, the project coordinator of Rose Remodeling. Mr. Session gave me detailed reports and coordinated the workers who came just before Thanksgiving to start the work. We are so happy with rose remodeling Justice is a awesome sales person. she made us happy the first day she came out I loved the fact that she had no problem with putting on mask and shoe covers. she made us comfortable with her even before we starting talking business first she ask what we wanted and then we looked bathroom to see what we could do. She helped us design a good bathroom I told her we had another company coming out and she told me if I had any question when they came out if if I choose the other company she said I can call her and she will make sure they are telling me right. When other designers came out after talking with them I new justice was the real deal so the other designer helped me choose rose remodeling no comparison to the way Justice represented rose remodeling who ever hired her did a good job she cares about the people she do business with and she won't try to sell you something you don't need and she is honest. This is the first remodeling we have done, after living in our home for 34 years. We had a new master bathroom shower replaced, including wood rot repair, and new flooring. Rose Remodeling was one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Their communication with us was top notch, they started on time, and were finished in three days. The job is high quality and expertly done. Joe, the design consultant, was very willing to work within our budget, and came out twice to help us create a vision of what we wanted and could afford. The installers, Alex and Gregor, were friendly and professional throughout, and were happy to ask about our needs, as well as leave the bathroom spotless at the end of the job. Rose Remodeling just finished our roofing project including installing a new HVAC. I got a number of bids, but when Morgan looked at our job, he took the extra time to sit down with my wife and I and go over all the details including the method of installation and the type of roofing materials they would use. The materials Rose uses for roofing are high quality and backed by good warranties. The crews Rose used for the roofing and HVAC were very polite and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions completely. They did excellent work and worked very efficiently as a team They cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. The information we received from Jeremiah was a definite help in making the decisions concerning our needs in our new walk-in shower. Graham was our contact and he kept us informed every step of the way so it made it a stress less project and we knew what we needed to do daily. Brent was our installer and I can not say enough how much I appreciate his courtesy, patience and workmanship. We had 3 major projects done by Rose Remodeling: Re-roof, including tear-off and replacement of the original (early '70s) sheathing, HVAC replacement, & painting of the entire house and a garden shed. Quality of the materials and workmanship are first rate. Project manager kept us informed of expected timelines, when to expect workers to be on site, and what was to be done. This was important because it rained during the process, which forced changes to theirschedule and ours. EVERY person who did work, gave estimates, or answered the phone was friendly, helpful, & professional. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest, but they were able to provide all the tradesmen we needed with a single point of contact for questions or follow-up work post inspection. My husband and I can now enjoy a walk-in shower that we will not fear of slipping and falling in. We added a foldable seat in the shower and another foldable seat in the area to dry off at. The value of their work is beyond comparable.

I got a walk-in shower with a glass door from Rebuildit, and it was installed about 2 weeks ago…read more Cost was $20,000, which was more than I wanted to pay but $5,000 cheaper than the other two bidders. We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too.

Instead, the representative stayed for nearly 2 1/2 hours. My husband politely told him twice that we needed to wrap things up and asked him to leave, but he kept insisting he wasn't finished. It was very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful of our time and our wishes. When a homeowner asks someone to leave, that request should be respected immediately. If you schedule an estimate with this company, be prepared for a much longer visit than promised and don't expect your time or boundaries to be respected. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression, and we will not be doing business with them.

He is as good as they come. 5 stars. Philip was the the installer. He was good & thorough & fast. 5 stars. The tub is ok. I am a senior. I was seated while draining it on the first use. I skipped forward & bruised my toe. I wrapped it with a toe sleeve & it will be ok until it heals. KOHLER SHOULD HAVE MADE THE FLOOR NO-SLIP. 4 stars. USA Bath is not as good as their rep or installer. There was a delay to install. Then 2 more delays. They also are slow to answer questions. My rep forced replies. 3 stars.

The salesman said the premium seat would fit perfect. Nope. I changed to a fold up seat which is something I originally asked. They claimed it was same cost. Highly doubtful since you could buy it personally for about a quarter of the price. Other than that, everything was good. The two installers we fantastic. Just be careful when talking to the salesperson.

John, the owner, and his team were all super friendly, professional, and always on time, which made the whole process way less stressful than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect since this this type of stuff is way over my head! What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to work with. John was collaborative, shared ideas, and helped me think through options I wouldn't have considered on my own. Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). If you're looking for a remodeling company that knows their stuff and is genuinely easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Complete Construction for your remodeling needs.

John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.

Solid Construction remodeled my two bathrooms last year. The team did a beautiful job from start to…read morefinish, kept everything organized, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I also felt very confident knowing that the plumbing, water connections, and work behind the walls were completed properly and professionally. I would definitely recommend their work. My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation. We certainly don't want to take away from the beautiful job that was done--we just wish the final color had turned out closer to what we expected.-Pauline V.

Ok so we're on the home stretch of the remodel. Cabinets looking great, countertops looking great…read more But the painting of the inside and outside of the house NOT great to say the least. Giving them a chance to fix it. They have since fixed the paint but I would say painting is somewhere they could improve on. Ok updating 9/5/25 we are finished with our about 8 mnth remodel from design to finish and moved in It was a big job. We are very happy we chose Solid they have been very good from start to finish. In construction there's always a hiccup or two the important thing is that you have a contract who stands behind there work and Solid does just that!Everything looks amazing and we're loving it. We would definitely recommend Solid to anyone. In fact we have already and our daughter and son in law have already used them to remodel their kitchen and it turned out beautiful!! So if you're looking for a full service contractor give Solid a call. Like my husband says if you don't get it right in the beginning it won't be right in the end. They were our middle bid and the right choice!

Hopefully we never have another emergency, but I am looking forward to working with them when we do new countertops in our kitchen.
