I got a walk-in shower with a glass door from Rebuildit, and it was installed about 2 weeks ago. Cost was $20,000, which was more than I wanted to pay but $5,000 cheaper than the other two bidders. We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too. read more

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We scheduled an appointment for a bathroom remodel estimate and were told it would take about an hour. Instead, the representative stayed for nearly 2 1/2 hours. My husband politely told him twice that we needed to wrap things up and asked him to leave, but he kept insisting he wasn't finished. It was very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful of our time and our wishes. When a homeowner asks someone to leave, that request should be respected immediately. If you schedule an estimate with this company, be prepared for a much longer visit than promised and don't expect your time or boundaries to be respected. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression, and we will not be doing business with them. read more

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled contractor, Rebuildit Inc is the team to call. They recently completed a whole-home flooring installation and built out a brand-new shower for us, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Every step of the process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free from the sales team all the way through to the installers. Our project manager, Dmitriy, was exceptional to work with and made sure everything was executed flawlessly. He and the crew maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the project, always letting us know what to expect. They were punctual, courteous, and incredibly respectful of our living space while working. Any time we raised a question, they listened carefully, troubleshooted on the spot, and handled every detail with patience and care. Their attention to detail and dedication to follow-through really made all the difference. Thank you to Dmitriy and the entire crew for a fantastic job! read more

Five stars is not enough for the work that rebuild it did on our bathroom Not only did they quote me a price that was half of what two other companies bid they came in under budget and on time! The workers took the bathroom down basically to its walls and rebuilt it from scratch. And beautifully so! The materials are truly quality and exactly what we asked for. The work area was cleaned up every day, and they left no pieces or garbage on the property ever. It has been a long time since I have seen such care Taken by employees; as if they were signing their name to the job. We can't recommend this company enough. They delivered; and more! I am attaching before and after photos so you can see the absolute transformation. Thank you, Rebuild It! read more

Anesa was pleasant enough as a sales person. I understand how sales works since I have been in that line of work over 40 years. When I told her I would not be signing on the dotted line that day, she kept up with the usual sales tactics for far too long, despite me being very clear about my plans. I also told her to send me the deets so I could see if I could swing it without taking on financing, but she has failed to send any details. Between those two factors (and an exorbitant price $20k) Rebuildit Sacramento is a no-go for me. read more

Just had a great interview with Rich Walton regarding a tub to walking shower conversion. He was very knowledgeable with all the choices we had before us. Rich answered all our questions and discussed with us options we had in mind. What impressed us was that this was a family business and lifetime warranties were available for the materials and labor. We had considered to interview 3 other companies, but decided the search was over with the very prepared presentation Rich provided. read more

My name is Joyce Bledsoe and I scheduled a consultation to consider having both of my bathroom to be renovated. I completed the online inquiry and I received a response back within a few hour. I was so pleased with Gavin as he arrived the next day on time. He presented me with all the information I needed about the business , history and what to expect during the appointment. Due to past experience with other companies that i had come to my home I was not feeling confident that I would be happy. But i must say Gavin was extremely thorough and was able to create what I was looking for and within my price range. Thank you so much Gavin and i'm excited to see the finished result. My project manager Dinu apprised me of all my options and made sure all the details were perfect. He answered all my questions and was reachable at all times. Bottom line up front: DEFINITELY HIRE REBUILDIT INC for your roofing, window, other exterior and home interior renovation or replacement needs if you are in San Jose all the way up to Redding area. My forever home needs a new roof and I was so pleased when Alicia personally gave me a call to ask how Rebuildit can help. The next day, Jack Nevs arrived on time and very well prepared. Our discussion was straight forward, clear, well detailed, and quite frankly pretty entertaining too. Jack was professional and also personable, which helped me make a more educated decision. So now, we're getting a new roof that will last and meet the new standards. Outstanding communication, courtesy, great craftsmanship, and remarkable service is what you get from Rebuildit! read more

We chose this company for our bathroom remodel, after getting estimates and visiting shops of 3 others. Let's be honest, bathrooms are not cheap, all companies were about the same. After visiting there businesses, Rebuildit Inc had a nice office everyone there were nice and knowledgeable. They looked established, like they are here to stay. Not like some if you know what I mean. The sales representative Nathan, was very good knowledgeable we thought he worked to get us the best design/products for our budget. Our project manager Ruslan came to look over our project making sure all was going work, he also was knowledgeable answered my questions/ concerns. Always followed through till completion. He Ruslan and Nathan always answered all my calls or texts. Try that with other companies. Our installers Andrew and Demitrie were pros at what they do, and very clean. Attiment about perfection. Our floor tile installer Igor, another pro clean and perfectionist. I give this group 5 stars, I'm sure you will too. read more

After having an issue with another company, not showing up and canceling on us multiple times with less than 24 hours' notice, we were really looking for a company that would stick to their word with quality. This company is priced higher than others by about $500, but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accommodating and was able to guarantee it would be done in 1 day, 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, after agreeing to start the work the next day (Friday) and paying half the deposit, only one worker showed up and spent most of the day in the car or on his phone. After eight hours of work, only padding and three tiles were placed down. He told me he would be back on MON! I was stunned. I called the office and santana and got a return call stating they were sorry and someone would come out in the morning (sat) to finish it in about half a day. This is NOT what happened. The next morning my family was going to a water park, so i stayed behind and told them i would come later in the day after the floor installer was done. Sadly, the installer showed up at 9am and was there until 8pm! I lost that day with my family and to make matters even worse- HE WASN"T FINISHED! now saying he needed to come back monday! - totally trapped now without the toilet and having to take work off monday.. our 1 day job is now almost 4! The worker shows up monday at 9am and is there until 12pm- says he's done and to wait 2 hours to use the toiler. Great- BUT--- my husband flushes the toilet for the first time 7 hours later and WATER starts pouring out from under the toilet and silicone is wet and flowing out too. We call and text and send pictures (and turn the water off) and get a response- TUESDAY morning. Finally- someone comes out tuesday at 5:30pm and takes 2 hours to fix toilet but it's fixed. This was the opposite of effortless and quick. ** Floor looks good 7.5/10 there are gaps and visible cuts from the saw, they used caulk to cover up other miscuts, and they used tall 4" baseboard in the new areas when the rest of the room is 2.5" so it looks really wierd. But it's done. ** we did ask for a small refund for the hassle, and time unexpected loss of days and work hours, and lack of crisp work but no one responded about it. We wish we had witheld the final payment until we flushed the toilet but i guess that is our bad. read more

We started with Santana coming out to review our project, remodeling the 'dry' side of the bathroom (without touching the shower/tub). She spent a couple of hours with us going through the various options. She came back a couple of days later with a bunch of samples and several links to products she found and thought we would like. After discussing it, we decided to go with them and signed a contract. A couple weeks later they came out and completed the entire project in a couple of weeks. Each crew (or person) that came out checked with us to make sure they understood the project and let us know what they would be working on. A few didn't speak English very well, but they all had Google Translate on their phones so though it was occasionally slow, communication was great. The quality of work was excellent in all regards. The few issues that did come up (wrong toilet, missed spot of drywall texturing), were promptly and cheerfully dealt with. There was no finger pointing or complaining. It all went very well. Raymond & Dino (sp?) were in the loop the entire time and periodically came to inspect. The workers would communicate with them and send them pictures so they could see the progress. The entire process was as good as I've experienced working with contractors, and would not hesitate to work with them in the future. read more

If you're not building with RebuildIt yet, start now. This is my second time with Igor and his team, and I wouldn't trust anyone else in Sacramento. They've taken care of every detail on my projects--even the ones they didn't have to--and have done it with a level of respect and skill that's a breath of fresh air in a tough industry. As a woman in construction, I've faced my share of disrespect: contractors who send inappropriate texts, assume less intelligence based on looks, and flat-out fail to deliver. Before finding RebuildIt, I'd gone through so many, I could've starred in an Oprah-style "You're Fired!" show. Spectrum 1? Gone. 5-Star? Out. AD Landscaping? Goodbye. Another one? Too ugly to name. In terms of value: let's break it down. Between switching contractors 4-5 times and being set back by 2.5 years, I've lost $210,000 in cash flow--not to mention the time and financial costs from my own selection mistakes. That's what poor service can cost you. Value isn't just about money--it's about time. Time I could've spent building more, instead of cleaning up others' mistakes. RebuildIt is different. Igor and his crew bring professionalism, transparency, and a work ethic that's unmatched. They're not just contractors--they're pros who treat your time and money with respect. No cut corners, no micromanaging. Just peace of mind. And here's what makes them unbeatable: they're the only team I've worked with that truly values your trust. Their credentials are rock-solid--A+ on the BBB, a clean Class B license--and you won't find a bad review anywhere because there's nothing bad to say. They deliver on every promise, which is priceless in this industry. To Igor, Marcel, and Costel: thank you for being the team I can rely on. I'm grateful to work with professionals who make construction feel easy and who raise the bar for everyone around them. Business should always feel this effortless. Today we met with Jack Neves regarding a potential remodel of 2 full bathrooms in our home. Great company, would definitely use them for future projects. Thorough and responsive. Ciana and Pavel came out on a Saturday to give us a thorough run through of how much the flooring project would cost, how long it would take, etc. Pricing was comparable to the quote we received from Home Depot but much more personable. Project was started a couple of weeks later and finished up in just a few days. They kept in contact throughout the project to make sure all was going well. The contractors that came out to complete the flooring were very thorough, and all of the rooms turned out great! The vinyl product they use is much nicer than the standard ones found at the big box stores. Jack came out after the project was complete to answer any final questions. They are all very personable and easy to work with! read more

we got estimate from Rebuildit for our bathroom. We were happy with the estimate so we chose them to come in and do a remodel. We went from a very small bathroom to almost twice a size. These men came in crews for whatever their expertise was, and they were excellent. Every crew was courteous and very hard-working. Their work was exceptional. We would advise anyone doing any type of remodel to call Rebuildit. we first dealt with Pavel who is our contact for Rebuildit, then we've dealt with Raymond who is the project manager, and Jack to close everything out and pay the final payment. My husband and I recently moved and wanted to replace the existing carpet in the home we bought with hard flooring for ease of cleaning and for aesthetic reasons. I initially reached out on Yelp for a rough quote and general information. Costel responded immediately and provided a very competitive rough estimate. Once we got keys and could access the property, Igor came over and measured and provided an updated estimate (very close to the original). We mainly worked with Igor on the flooring replacement. He was very responsive and patient with us. We went to see the available flooring samples at the partner store in person and selected vinyl WPC in Honey Oak. My husband removed the baseboards and carpet prior to RebuildIt coming to put in the flooring, so we were able to save a little money with demo. Igor and team did a great job putting in the new flooring and the new baseboards. They replaced the flooring in about half of our house and it looks great. They also replaced all of the baseboards in our house since the existing ones were damaged and so that the baseboards would match everywhere. Near the end of the installation, we had a few minor things we noticed. We let Igor know and everything was fixed the next day perfectly. I felt that the price and time to do the install (about a week) was great. Igor sent receipts for materials, so we knew what we were paying for and provided a constantly updated invoice so we could keep track of the cost and what payments we made. It's been a few months now and the floors are still looking fabulous, easy to clean and beautiful. We're so pleased! Highly recommend RebuildIt for your flooring project! read more

After having a great experience with Muntean's and writing a positive Yelp review, I was happy to reach out for another project. Igor responded quickly but that's about the end of the great service. I purchased my first home recently and when I finally walked into the home with all furniture removed - I realized how much work was really needed. We had damaged floors with mold and some odd walls with a weird plaster/wall paper. I began searching for various contractors to do floors, cabinets and paint. I thought I would have to work with multiple contractors but luckily came across Muntean. They originally came to quote me for painting, but then I discovered that they do it all! After having multiple contractors flake on me, Muntean became my savior. They replaced/fixed everything in my house. They redid the floors, install recessed lighting and ceiling fans, removed all the texture from my walls and ceiling, painted and installed new kitchen cabinets and new bathroom vanities. What stands out to me is how kind and responsive they are and how willing they are to go above and beyond to make the client happy. I didn't live in the area during the reno and Igor and Costel helped me pick out flooring when my first choice was out of stock. They went to the store for me and took pics to help me. They also worked really hard to make my kitchen island look how I wanted. I wanted the waterfall counters and they helped me find the right contractor and supplier for materials.
