I love my new kitchen and American Advantage Remodeling did a fantastic job. I appreciated their insight and promptness with creating my design and professionalism with the presentation. Also it was very helpful to visit their showroom and go over all the minute details of my new kitchen with the products that I would be using at one location. Their workmanship is excellent and also the quality of their products. Everyone that came to my house during this process was polite and helpful. American Advantage Remodeling created a stellar kitchen for me! P.S. - the best thing is that a few days after the kitchen was finished my dishwasher would not turn on. Within a few hours of me letting them know, a very helpful person was sent to my house to fix the problem (not their fault but mine) and I really appreciated how quickly this issue was resolved read more

If you read my review for this company a little over 2 years ago Im sure youre surprised at my new opinion. As I said in my first review, I could say nothing wrong about this company. All my friends and neighbors love my remodel and have heard our raves regarding the contractor. A couple of months ago my neighbor and friend decided to do extensive remodeling and of course went straight to America's Advantage. Vlad came out and went thru the entire house taking notes on everything they wanted done. He promised he would get back to them in 3 weeks with an estimate. After the 3 weeks passed and no word from Vlad, they began calling the company and Vlads cell. They called 4 times without getting a response. I was so shocked at this, I called Vlad on his cell. He told me he never got the messages and would call them that day or the next. I asked him if there was an issue and he assured me there wasn't. He never contacted them. I am shocked! If they couldn't or didn't want to do the job they could have at least let them know. I will never use them again nor will I reccomend them or endorse them ever again. read more

No response to workman issues. I cannot in good faith recommend this company. I have emails and phone logs since Oct 2025 to show that I have attempted to contact them and that I have not been contacted by Eugene or Dmitriy. I contact the company weekly with no response. Once you pay you are history! Do not expect follow up from them. They don't even deserve a star. read more

If I could give America's Advantage Remodeling 100 stars I would. We found them on Angi and they replied right away to our need for a complete house renovation. They started demo on 1/24/24 and our final date of closing the books was 5/31/24. It would have been 3 months had we not had a one month issue with Smud delaying power to the house. Their team is professional and very hands on. They completely remodeled our 1950's house inside out. Every room was touched. Garage, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They also did our roof, HVAC, water heater, hardwood floor restoration, electrical, all windows replaced, exterior painting as well. We had a very old wood pergola/patio that needed to come down and they removed that so fast. They stay in communication regularly with us and any questions we may have or they have we get immediate action. Each team of workers who specialize in specific areas come in to do that specific job and let me tell you they know their stuff! The entire team is also very friendly and respectful. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend them. In the end they gave me the house of my dreams. They made my vision a reality and I feel such pride when I walk through my home. read more

The remodel of our 60 yr old house amazes us. So much better than we had hoped for. Every worker that came to our house was polite and pleasant. All of them worked hard and each task was handled with speed and accuracy. Dimitry asked our preferences and gave suggestions when we were unsure. He was available at all times to answer questions and give guidance. We are so pleased with the results and recommend AAR for all of your remodeling needs. read more

I am SO glad I chose this company to remodel my bathroom! Every single step of the process went smoothly and I am thrilled with the results. The owner Eugene was very professional when he came out to the house to give us a quote. He understood that because we only needed a new bathtub and around, we did not want to spend an exorbitant amount. His quote was extremely reasonable. Dmitry was our project manager and he was very responsive. Choosing the tub and hardware was a breeze at Ferguson's in Sacramento. Dimitri ordered everything for us. The work crew came exactly when scheduled. They were polite, professional, and friendly. The job was finished on time on exactly on budget. I HIGHLY recommend this company! read more

We hired America's Advantage to do the major projects on our home renovation we wanted to tackle immediately: full kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC, and several other additional items. They were quick to provide an estimate and begin work. They had great ideas regarding the remodel that we are very glad they suggested as they improved the aesthetic tremendously and we wouldn't have though of the changes on our own. Their prices are competitive and their work is excellent. They are good communicators and were flexible to make adjustments to the projects as we went along whenever I had a change to make. Their crew are experts in their fields which shows in the high quality of work they provide. If something needed attention, they were quick to address it. Home renovations can feel overwhelming but America's Advantage made it easy on us. Very glad we trusted them to renovate our home. read more

We discovered a potential leak in our ceiling and knew that water damage could escalate quickly, so we contacted a couple of contractors for quotes. America's Advantage Remodeling was responsive in getting someone out for an estimate right away. They came highly recommended by someone we know, but we also knew that they specialize in remodeling, and this was really a repair job that needed multiple trades. Some contractors won't even touch a job this small, but they were responsive and came in with a quote that was way less expensive than the next quote. Once we were ready to move forward, the contractor was responsive and sent over a contract so we could get on the schedule. Communication is often over text and fast. We were told we could be fit in soon -- within the next one to three weeks, around larger jobs. It actually took less time than we initially thought -- three days instead of four. The crew opened two spots in the ceiling and tracked down the source of the leak. Everything was carefully moved or covered in plastic. Our kitchen looked like a quarantine zone from the X-Files. We were happy that our house was being protected, including the floor. The next day, the plumbing crew came in to fix the leak and to make sure that there were no other sources of water coming in, like from the roof. They even started patching up the ceiling that day. The final day was retexturing and painting and now our ceiling looks way better than it did when we bought the house. They did a good job of cleaning up, too. We're pleased with the quality of work and the cost. When it was time to factor in the plumbing work, we got confirmation of that cost with no surprises, and that was also a reasonable cost. We definitely would use America's Advantage Remodeling again when it's time to tackle a bigger project like remodeling. read more

What can we say??? Amazing !!! We had 3 other companies come out & Eugene was amazing with our estimate. We told him what we needed & he came through. Communication was amazing from the start. We gave them a time line we needed and they did better than we even asked ! In just 3 days this is what my kitchen became. The crews were so wonderful and respectful as I was working from home during the construction. They consulted with us through out to make sure everything was perfect. They are pros at what they do, as they suggested what would look best - they were right. I can't recommend them enough ! Now it's time to start our bathrooms. We heard about ASR from yelp and a neighbor who had hired them. Called for a bid for a kitchen update. Vlad responded promptly and gave a very thoroughly detailed bid addressing all of the scope of work we discussed. We had some work ideas that we considered but decided against to keep within budget. The bid was itemized well, making it easy to decide which were priorities and which could be foregone to meet our budget needs. Vlad offered suggestions and cost clarifications, explaining pros and cons for various options. Work started when expected and was completed when expected. We had a few communication glitches, however, they worked with us to smooth those out. Some of their workers have limited English, and we are not bilingual. Mostly that worked out ok with some effort. They were very careful about protecting our home from dust from the work getting into the rest of the house. Their system was very effective and they cleaned up at the end of the work day consistently and well. We were very happy with the quality of the work and end product. We had a couple of small adjustments that needed to be addressed, which they handled well and in a timely manner. Their bottom line was competitive with the other bids we received. We recommend AAR. read more

They did our kitchen Eugene was the salesman. The workers did a great job with everything, and they went above and beyond. They came across some black mold and dry rot when they were doing the work, which added costs. That always feels unfortunate. But it was great to have people who we felt we could trust doing the work. We've had a bunch of contractors doing work on this property, which is something of a money pit, and America's Advantage was one of the best experiences we've had. I didn't get any sort of incentive to write this review. I just feel they earned it. read more

Recently completed a kitchen remodel with Americas Advantage and we couldn't be happier. They actually do what they say they are going to do and they truly want to make sure you're happy. There are a lot of options when it comes to contractors and we are SO glad we chose them. We ended up having them complete a few other projects around the house and they did a stellar job. So even though last year they assisted us this year when my husband contacted them about replacing part of our porch that was under the carpet they replaced last year. It is now rotten and sinking in. We wanted an estimate on how much it would cost to replace. Last year they came and looked at it. This year they stated to send pictures or they won't come out. We can't send pictures because we would need to pull up the carpet and I don't know what else. If we could do it ourself we would have. Such awful customer service. Vlad, Dmitriy, and there team were WONDERFUL to work with. We had some problems for a low budget remodel and had them come in to fix what we knew what had gone wrong. My wife and I interviewed and got estimates from a number of contractors (after carefully screening out several after phone discussions) and America's Advantage came out on top in terms of service, quality, and price. They are now beginning our major kitchen/bathroom/dining/storage/patio remodel and all indications are that they will continue to do a fantastic job; I will update later. I strongly recommend giving them a chance despite what the other reviewer wrote. I have *always* received a response to my phone calls and emails--usually within a day, always within two days. Eugene even often offers to drop by my house and talk in person. He has far more integrity than any other contractor we spoke with. If you want more opinions, check them out on servicemagic: http://www.servicemagic.com/rated.AmericasAdvantage.23872058.html As of Jan 2012 they have a near perfect score from 6 people that actually did remodels with America's Advantage. Five gave perfect scores of 5.0 and the sixth person gave a 4.67 and says, "so far doing an excellent job. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors." I have no connection with this company other than them doing our house remodel and I just hated to see them with a score of 1from one review. read more

This is a review that I forgot to finish back in 2015. From MY experience, and with my small project, AAR has honest workers who care about their reputation. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the doors, and they're hasn't been a problem what so even to this day. So, back in 2015 I needed my back patio door completely fixed as my house was burglarized when we were away for one day. My doors could no longer shut, and sleeping at night with non secure door was very uneasy. Eugene came on the first day of me calling and provided a comprehensive estimate. My doors had to be special made due to the abnormal door entry size, and I wanted mini-blinds already pre-installed in the actual window of the door. Eugene was able to get my doors on special order within the end of the week, while other remodeling companies expected 6 weeks to receive the order. Andre, the awesome installation guy, worked fast, and efficiently with his wonderful sidekick. (Sorry, I forgot her name!). However, during the installation, I noticed the doors did not come with the mini-blinds that was discussed in the original invoice. The company that made the doors had messed up on the order, and then did it once more on the second set of doors. Eugene explained to me what happened, and he was very polite to remedy the problem. I think if anyone needs a quick responsive estimate that they should give AAR a try. read more

As a realtor I have access and experience with lots of businesses in the trades. But I needed to find a great company, who had availability to get me on their schedule to install new flooring in our home. A colleague of mine recommended America's Advantage to me, so I reached out. From the very first conversation, Vlad Chernioglo was such a pro and very client focused. He came out to take a look at our home within a couple of days of my call and provided us with a quote for the job that same day! It was very reasonable and I felt like I would be in the best hands. Turns out - I WAS! This company ROCKS! We vacated the home and headed to a hotel and within about 8 days - we had the entire home completed! From flooring demo, to laying the new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) from Floor & Decor, to installing and paint all new baseboards - this company was dedicated and amazing to work with. Vlad kept all of the crews churning and the individuals on each crew were very well mannered, super knowledgeable, a lot of fun to be around, took great pride in their work, went the extra mile to help us get re-settled and all with a smile and kindness! Our floor is GORGEOUS! Our baseboards are AWESOME! I cannot recommend them highly enough and they are now a standard on my client referral list when they are looking for contractors to help them as well! Thank you for much AAR for being the best!
