Complete Construction & Realty. So glad we decided to go with this company for our master bath remodel. John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services. read more

Lies. You didn't say 7-10 days not did I say I want to spend $25k what home owner would say a huge amount for one bathroom. R u kidding me? You must think I'm made of money or thought just because I'm young and look naive, you can take advantage of me. If you said you have a family issue and postponed, that would be reasonable. I also didn't have any problem with my insurance and I knew my insurance wouldn't cover everything. In fact, I had both bathrooms completely done out with a good contractor. So it was your loss and Im glad I didnt go with your company. read more

I recently had both my kitchen and bathroom remodeled (at the same time, I might add), and it was truly the best experience from start to finish. John, the owner, and his team were all super friendly, professional, and always on time, which made the whole process way less stressful than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect since this this type of stuff is way over my head! What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to work with. John was collaborative, shared ideas, and helped me think through options I wouldn't have considered on my own. Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). If you're looking for a remodeling company that knows their stuff and is genuinely easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Complete Construction for your remodeling needs. read more

Our family worked with John last year for our remodel and the experience couldn't have been better. When picking a contractor for remodel there are lots of uncertainties and anxieties. For example: Are the reviews real? Will they complete the work on time? Are they going to nickel and dime me for every little change? And most importantly, will they do things right? I contacted no less than 8 contractors and I was unimpressed with 7 of them. When they come over and start measuring with an iPad and digital gizmos, expect a high quote. When they tell you to go to their showroom and pick out some cabinets, expect some cheap quality goods designed for rental properties. John was always on time, performed the work flawlessly by showing you how it should be done. Our upstairs shower was leaking and John's crew repaired it with hot mop. Our entire downstairs flooring, baseboards, kitchen cabinets and island, bathroom was all redone to perfection by John's crew. Did we run into small issues? Sure, but John always came back out to take care of it at no cost. He stands by his work and is proud of his product/service. If you're on the fence, just go with John. He's not going to be the cheapest but if cheap is what you're after John is probably not the right choice to begin with. His cabinets are all custom made to order and you'll not be disappointed. All-in/all very satisfied and glad I decided to work with John. read more

It was a pleasure working with John and his team. All members of the team were friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. John and his subcontractors do meticulous work. Very pleased with everything! Hard to capture it in photos! read more

We had our kitchen remodeled. John was very helpful early on when we were still ironing out what we wanted to do, providing his thoughts and ideas as well as setting our expectations on what he thought was realistic or doable. The process of such a large remodel was stressful, John was great on his communication and timelines. Making it clear what was on him to do vs us to do prior to start of work. Once work started he kept us updated on where the project was in regards to that original timeline. His team hit it spot on, 2 weeks was originally communicated and they got it all done in 2 weeks. We are really happy with the quality of the work, as you can see in the pictures. John has a "lets get things done right" mentality. There were some mistakes that happened: some paint on the cabinets was scratched during installation and a tile was chipped after it was installed. John, within a day, had his team back in the kitchen to fix the tile and repair the cabinets. Really happy with the attention to detail. All in all, would use John again and would recommend him to others! read more

Thank you to John and all the trades people working with him. There are too many to name here. I expected my bathroom remodel to be wonderful, and he did it one better. Everything was as expected: price, craftsmanship, and timing. If you have people working in your home for a few weeks, these folks are who I'd want: efficient, professional, and also a pleasure to be around. read more

We needed a master shower remodel in order to create an accessible shower for a senior struggling to get up and down a tile step. John provided a quote and then committed to a start date less than 2 weeks later. The job was beautifully executed on a timely schedule that was like a dance, with the concrete, hot mop, plumber, tiler etc. all coming in after each other to perfect synchronization. We were very pleased with the flexibility of timing and with the flexibility of working with seniors, who want things done a specific way. John rolled with the punches with a smile. The tiler returned to recaulk the shower about 2 months later when the grout had had a chance to settle. Communication and response time is incredible in this day and age and in this industry. Our shower looks shiny and new, 8 months later. We are very happy with the work. Thank you! read more

I am not exaggerating. Finding this company changed my family's life, and being home feels like being in a posh resort. John and his team worked their magic again - this time updating a guest bathroom. The results are better than I could have imagined, and a lot of it was John's own judgment. His team sticks to schedule and budget, and finished the job on track. The place looks so clean and modern. I wish I took photos before, but it was 90s marble, oak, standing shower only. John pushed out the walls, giving enough room for a deep soaking tub and overall creating a spacious, welcoming, LUXURIOUS, guest bathroom that is finally something to be proud of. Again, a wonderful, communicative, HIGHLY skilled team to work with. Extremely well planned out, and executed. THANK YOU, COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION! read more

Complete Construction & Realty remodeled one of our bathrooms. Best experience ever! We went from no counter space/shelving/drawers - essentially no storage - and an old tub with shower wall panels to a custom vanity with counter space/drawers/cabinet, a shower with tiled flooring and walls and tall sliding doors, canned lighting, floating shelves, new light fixtures and more. The bathroom is totally transformed and finally functional. We love it! The owner John made everything easy as can be from the onset. He listened to what we needed, provided suggestions and managed / oversaw the entire process ... all went without a hitch. They worked efficiently, kept the job on schedule, were punctual, followed-through on all they said they would do, were professional yet friendly ... I cannot say enough. Highly recommend! read more

We had such a great experience with John the owner. He personally came out and spent time with us going over options for our remodel. He was more than knowledgeable. He responded in a timely matter when ever I reached out during during our remodel and he was always more than happy to answer any questions I may have had. We couldn't be happier with the job he and his crew did. Our home turned out absolutely beautiful and we recommend Complete Construction to anyone. Pictures to come. read more

John provided excellent customer service and we really enjoyed working with him. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and had flooring replaced on both floors--luxury laminate downstairs, carpet upstairs. The supplier for our carpet delayed shipment by a week and the guys were flexible with the schedule, despite the fact they were booked. John made sure his guys took great care of our belongings and kept us looped in at all times. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more

After receiving a few different bids for our full home remodel, we decided to hire John and we couldn't be happier with that decision. Their craftsmanship is top notch and it shows in the finest of details. Thank you, John. You've created a space for us that we're so incredibly proud to call home. read more

John and team did an amazing job transforming our kitchen nook area! We wanted them to build some bench seating and a bookcase and after showing them a couple of examples from Pinterest they were able to sketch up their own version and run with it. John was very communicative throughout the whole process and responded very promptly. During the beginning stages we had multiple estimates from different contractors and John's came in the most reasonable. John and his team were also able to complete this job under a tight timeline and get it done before Christmas! We will for sure keep John and team in mind for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone! read more

John & his crew are really amazing. We didn't think he could do an extensive remodel of our primary bathroom in just 2 weeks, but he did. John's upbeat, can do attitude, timely communication, punctuality, organization of tasks & crews & the excellent quality of work, made this remodel one of the best we've had. Complete Construction is a real model to be emulated in the construction industry. We will gladly recommend John's company to our family & friends. Unequivocally recommended. We had a complete kitchen remodel - down to the walls - and they were professional, cooperative, competitively priced, timely - I have NOTHING bad to say. John has his own crew - no subcontracting or finger pointing - for every aspect - demolition, custom cabinets, install, plumbing, electricity, and painting. I would definitely do business with them again. It's that simple. Thank you, John. read more

John F. and his crew exceeded our expectations for our major bathroom remodel. He was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. John has a great attitude, is an effective communicator and in general was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us on the price when unexpected costs put the job over budget. Great quality of work all around. We liked John so much that we asked him to do a second remodel on our rental property. Even though he was busy with other jobs and deadlines, he squeezed us in and finished the job earlier than anticipated! We'll definitely go to Complete Construction again. read more

This should be my best review yet of Complete Construction. Thanks John and crew again for an outstanding remodeling experience! Who says that? We are beyond satisfied with the quality of the work completed, and the strong work ethic we saw in everyone. From owner/GC John Fialho to each crew member and each subcontractor. Work completed on time, a clean job site. Schedule was explained as we proceeded. Custom built cabinets, granite fabricators, window & door installers, plumbers, tile installers, drywall finisher every one of them a gem! So the details; our 20 year old home lacked pizazz! John worked with us on our designs to bring our vision to life! No more builder basic materials! No more poorly functioning - just "make do" spaces. Now we have style! We eliminated the large tub and replaced it with a spacious spa like shower. We added a fold down seat & hand shower and brought the tile to the ceiling. The 2 useless windows in the original tub area were replaced with a single operable window. No lack of light with all the white surfaces. The carpeted floor now has beautiful porcelain tile and the cabinets now stand 36" high with loads of storage. Custom mirrors and deluxe medicine cabinets. Oh! And the addition of a ceiling fan too. The builder wasn't required but we sure need it. We are so so pleased. In addition Complete Construction Realty remodeled our master closets and installed porcelain tile on our kitchen floors. New hardwood floors were installed throughout the house. It's an Epic remodel in our opinion. John never disappoints. read more

I really don't like being contacted for leaving a truthful review. Not only did I get a sky high quote for a remodel compared to 5 other companies I got quotes from but as I requested he couldn't even provide an itemized spread sheet showing what the price was even for. read more

John's tile guys (Vladimir and Peter?) did an amazing job on my kitchen backsplash. They worked tirelessly for 10 hours installing my custom tiles. It was a big complicated project but they never complained. The end result is exactly what I envisioned. They were punctual and tidy, cleaning up completely at the end. John also installed an extra electrical outlet on my counter and replaced some outlets. AND he solved a problem with my cabinet drawers being blocked when I had new doors replaced by another contractor. Fixed in 10 minutes or less at no extra charge. I should also state that I have quirky tastes in design. John never questioned or judged my choices. Prior contractors have tried to steer me toward what they wanted. I'm very happy with the work done by Complete Construction and will be hitting them up when I'm ready for my master bath remodel. read more

Excellent service! They did great with our kitchen counter and master bedroom remodel . We trust their work.

This is our third project with John and Complete Construction, the second full bathroom remodel in addition to a yard construction project (retaining wall and decorative brick yard border) - and miscellaneous add-ons with each project (entry tile, installation of French doors, cabinet doors). Once again, fully satisfied with the project and grateful we went with Complete Construction. John is a rare find among contractors who puts customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality of work above all else. All three projects have been a collaborative effort, with John offering innovative ideas to carry out our vision. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We discovered extensive water damage in our bathroom from a bad shower pan, so once the mold company tore everything out we were left in quite a bind (we only have the one shower). We had not prepared for this as we were just wanting to put new flooring down. John at Complete Construction was very responsive and while their schedule was too full to do a full rebuild, he was able to spare a couple guys to remove all the bad subflooring and some shoddy previous repairs, and build back the subfloors quickly and correctly. His flexibility and willingness to help us has put us back on schedule to have our house back in time for the return to school. John and his crew did an awesome job! We did a complete remodel/update to our kitchen and replaced our floors. I had a HUGE request to finish the remodel before my daughter's first birthday and he totally came through on that request! He was able to finish the job so we can celebrate her birthday at home. I really appreciated that he stuck to his word of completing the job and sticking to his schedule. John and his team changed the color of our cabinets from light oak to dark gray, change our counter tops from tile to Quartz, change all our appliances, add a backslash, change our floors from laminate to porcelain tile and replace our carpet. I will definitely use John for any future projects big or small. He is always professional, courteous and prompt on return calls/texts. read more

John Fialho, was great to work with. He returned my call promptly. We set a fair price and I ordered the tile from Natural Stone Design Gallery. Once everything was here, I let John know. John remodeled our little detacched garage into space for 2 offices and music studio. The whole process was relatively quick (even during COVID times))! The job took place during Spring 2022 and was completed in May 2022. John was super communicative the entire time and all the professionals he hired were just that, professional. There are a few small design components we might have done differently if we knew better, but overall we are exceedingly pleased with the work and with John. I waited some months to post this review because we wanted to test out the space for a bit first. We love it! We use it almost everyday. We did have what we thought was an issue with the new HVAC system for the space. We texted John and within the hour he texted back with some things to try and that his HVAC guy would be out within 2 days. We were really impressed by that response and initiative. I can't say enough about John and his crew. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! John and his team were extremely professional, they walked us step-by-step through the entire process without leaving out a single detail, and their level of customer service we received was stellar-to-none. Our kitchen had severe water damage due to a busted pipe in the walls. After several quotes from other contractors I wasn't sure we'd be able to restore it to it's original condition. Then we came across John at Complete Construction. He gave us a quote that was reasonable and ensured us that our kitchen will be like new once completed.....THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Once completed, I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE MY KITCHEN. The cabinetry, counter tops, back splash, island and fixtures are immaculate. I thought I had walked into a Bed-n-Breakfast in the Napa Wine Country.
