Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.

We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too.

Instead, the representative stayed for nearly 2 1/2 hours. My husband politely told him twice that we needed to wrap things up and asked him to leave, but he kept insisting he wasn't finished. It was very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful of our time and our wishes. When a homeowner asks someone to leave, that request should be respected immediately. If you schedule an estimate with this company, be prepared for a much longer visit than promised and don't expect your time or boundaries to be respected. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression, and we will not be doing business with them.
