Within 2 years it started to fail, chipping off, warping. They came out and advised us that it was water however it was in areas that are nowhere near water. Their fix was to give my husband trim which we had to purchase and my husband installed it around the bottom of the cabinets. I would advise not resurfacing your existing cabinets because at least with the Cabinet Doctors it won't withstand time. When we were reviewing proposals their son said it would last a lifetime-just a sales pitch!

We don't have a ton of kitchen space and didn't feel it was worthwhile to do a full gut of the kitchen (nor the time), but desperately wanted a refresh. Jorge from JV Cabinets came out to do an initial meeting and cost estimate during that appointment and the cost was so extremely reasonable. Plus, they told me they could turn one of our unused cabinets into 4 extra drawers for me, in addition to adding a beautiful cabinet door to ugly open shelves we have to create a pantry. We moved forward with the contract and they came out for a design meeting and final measurement meeting with our project manager Jaime. Everything was very simple and straightforward. The cabinets took around 8-10 weeks to come in, and we scheduled an install date. It only takes 2 days for the entire install! On install day, the team was super respectful, clean and efficient. Once completed, there were two very small components of the cabinets that the lead installer wasn't happy with so they expedited new doors so that the final product was perfect. I loved that they took the extra step to do so. Our kitchen looks completely brand new. I could not be happier with the end result and can't believe that we got such a drastic makeover for such a small investment (considering what the cost of a total kitchen remodel would be) and only 2 days of install time. 10/10 recommend JV Cabinets!

Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. Mike is a low key instructor reinforcing good habits while gently nudging you into improving your technique. I personally respond better to this method and I gained a lot of useful knowledge and positive reinforcement which is helping me to learn faster and try different techniques. Safety is always the main concern and he does a great job making sure you understand how to be as safe as possible.
