My husband and I had a total kitchen remodel fourteen months ago. We hired different subcontractors…read morefor the different parts of the job and everything turned out beautifully...for five months. We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Sam and his three man crew did a great job and paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend this company!! Thanks Sam!

They were flexible on the start date because I had a medical issue that caused me to have to push out the start date two weeks. Communication was generally well, and they took my input along the way and got it done to my liking. The only thing keeping them from 5-star is that things got messy. Apparently they didn't realize their vacuum didn't have the filter on it, and dust ended up all over the kitchen and neighboring rooms. Took me hours to clean everything. Second, there's debris in the yard and driveway where they were working that will need to be cleaned up too. Overall they do good work, and I would hire them again.

It doesn't affect its performance at all, and Robert's installation made it look as clean and professional as possible. We're extremely happy with the results! The room is now cool, comfortable, safe, and a pleasure to be in. On top of the excellent workmanship, Robert charged a very fair price. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail, and reasonable pricing.

I totally recommend Sacramento Millworks. Skip the big box kitchen designers, and contractors using…read morestock cabinets and call Raymond! I love my kitchen and I've also approached him about a future project. I had a basic 1970's era condo kitchen-outdated but can't really change the footprint. I tried to revive it with refacing. It still didn't function well, but I worked around it. A leak in the wall behind the cabinets, forced an unexpected remodel. I received estimates from several contractors using stock or RTA "IKEA" kitchen cabinets. The cabinets I saw in these stores did not seem as sturdy as my existing cabinets. I couldn't customize and would have similar unusable spaces where the pre-made cabinets are put together. The contractors and pre-made cabinet stores told me custom cabinets would cost twice as much as their estimates. While looking for design ideas, I saw multiple Houzz and Reddit posts stating a local carpenter could give me custom cabinets at a much better price. I am so glad I paid attention to the posts! That's how I found Sacramento Millworks. His price for my project was comparable to the quotes I received for stock cabinets. Raymond is a carpenter and a designer. Because of his experience, he handled everything. He walked me through everything, including a trip to the granite and tile shops. I just picked colors. He was very patient. Most of contractors I've worked with recently send employees to do the work. They just pop in here and there until it's time for payment. Raymond was on site working with one helper everyday. I really appreciated that!

John, the owner, and his team were all super friendly, professional, and always on time, which made the whole process way less stressful than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect since this this type of stuff is way over my head! What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to work with. John was collaborative, shared ideas, and helped me think through options I wouldn't have considered on my own. Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). If you're looking for a remodeling company that knows their stuff and is genuinely easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Complete Construction for your remodeling needs.

I also felt very confident knowing that the plumbing, water connections, and work behind the walls were completed properly and professionally. I would definitely recommend their work. My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation. We certainly don't want to take away from the beautiful job that was done--we just wish the final color had turned out closer to what we expected.-Pauline V.

We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. The focus on and pride they have for their family says a lot about how they run Galleria Kitchens and Baths. We are already planning another guest bath remodel with them, and look forward to welcoming them into our home again soon.
