We wanted to have someone install porcelain tile in our bathrooms. We'd already purchased the tiles and grout we wanted to use. After getting three estimates, we went with Pro Floors. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. My wife and I walked in August 26th asking about a Labor Day sale but Flavia said there was none. Also, there were no other customers around. I was thinking hmmm should I go elsewhere; however, Flavia asked what we were interested in and she would give us a good deal! The reviews were the reason I was there in the first place and wanted to support a local small business. We are happy we did! Flavia gave us a great deal and was able to satisfy our scheduling needs. On Sept. 4th, we signed the contract via DocuSign after reviewing and modifying the contract to do 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway, and pantry. On Sept. 13th, the work began. Gabriel, the Supervisor, indicated we should install 3/8 in. plyboard. The previous owner, did a room expansion but did not extend the existing hardwood. It was ugly and in bad shape. It all was covered with carpeting. This re-inforcement of ply was worth the extra money and still within our budget! Our floors are solid! It took almost 6 days instead of the quoted 3. There were some door issues due to the raised flooring;however, the main installer,Jesse, did an exceptional job resolving all issues. The transitions between the bathrooms, kitchen and living room look good. Jesse and Arnold were polite,nice, and hard workers! They did a fantastic job! Thank you both! Flavia and Gabriel checked our home daily during the installation, supplying materials when needed and to check if the work was moving along satisfactorily. A final check was done to find any issues. My friend was house hunting up in Folsom and someone recommended to her Pro Floors. Well i've been looking to get my floors redone in my house myself and had a quote from Home Depot. But my experiences with the big boxes wasn't great. Problem is, I live in Alameda, CA, which is about 2 hours from Gold River. I spoke to Flavia and she said they could do it. I was shocked, I can't even get vendors from Oakland to come over to Alameda, but she came down to my house and measured and brought me a lot of samples, let me browse samples on their app from a pic of my kitchen, then even showed me more that they had at their wearhouse via pics. I found a luxury vinyl that I really liked and Flavia told me she wasn't going to be able to beat Home Depot and that was true, it was more, but to me it was worth it to go with a family business, we booked the install and she sent down her two guys (also part of the family). They did my 1500 sq foot house in 2 days, I couldn't believe how fast they worked and was just so pumped with how clean and nice the job was. Though I cleared out a lot of my small stuff, they moved around my furniture including appliances and everything and moved them back in each room. Anyway, I can't really express how much I love my new floor and the great job that they did. They are so much better then going to any big box store, if you are wondering if it's worth paying a little more. It is trust me. read more

Had the floors of my house replaced with vinyl and it turned out great. They added a shoe on the base boards around the entire perimeter and every corner was perfectly mitered. December 2020, my wife and I needed to put our rental on the market, FAST, but we knew that we needed to get rid of the 1980's carpet that was probably about 20 years old! I love the 80's, but not the carpets! It went through a few feet (renters) over the years. We also wanted to maximize our rental income, so we decided on rigid core planks. We reached out to a few flooring companies, had a few come out to give us quotes, and Pro Floors gave us by far, the best pricing, customer service, officiency, and quick turnaround, that we would hire them for all of our rentals, and highly recommend them to our own family members!
