The day we met Flavia we knew we wanted to have ProFloors do our work. We decided to put hardwood oak floor in our bedroom to match the rest of our house. Flavia came and took the measurements to quote the job and then came back a second time when we had torn out the original ugly 50 year old vinyl floor. The quote for the hardwood floor install was very fair. In addition, we wanted to do new tile in our entry and that quote was also very fair. So, we signed the agreement and got started. The installer, Jeff, did a beautiful job on the tile. The installation of the hardwood is gorgeous. Did not realize how complicated it is to do this type of work and it was fascinating to watch the process. The end result is a gorgeous hardwood floor that exceeded our expectations. Flavia also stopped by several times during the week to make sure we were happy and Jeff even worked on Saturday until 7pm to get the job completed on time. Contacted Pro Floors to install additional/extension of tile flooring into my great-room. Deme the owner was on time for our appointment to measure room and promptly provided estimated quote to remove carpet, add new flooring & base boards! I ended up purchasing additional tile from Dal Tile and his team was gracious enough to pick up my flooring at no additional cost. Johnathan & Paul (installers) were great to work with. I was replacing flooring throughout the house in the living, family room, kitchen and hallway a bedroom and bath. The flooring had to go well with existing cabinetry. He was awesome and helped me decide on a quality vinyl plank product with in my budget. Lori and his father did the install. It was the neatest demolition I have ever experienced and the installation of the plank is perfect. The baseboards have the neatest cuts. We have had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with Pro Floors. Full disclosure, I am not easy to please in a "get off my lawn" sort of way and can be picky and demanding. However, Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He even made an extra trip out when I had some concerns. The installers, David and Mel, were also excellent and checked with me as they worked to make sure that I was satisfied with the job as they went along. Carpet flooded a while ago, and my property manager sent Mel and his associate (didn't catch his name) to come replace the carpets. We recently had Deme at Pro Floors help us with tile, backsplash, and carpet selection and installation in our home. Wow! Deme and his team are fantastic! Deme helped to secure the right tile and grout to match an existing tile in our house when we wanted to extend that tile into another room. The new floor tile perfectly matches the existing tile and you can't tell the additional room was just tiled recently. He also helped us to choose a beautiful tile for our kitchen backsplash. The backsplash is just what we wanted. The carpet looks beautiful too and Deme chose the perfect padding and it feels so soft and comfortable. So much to say on my experience with Pro Floors. From the start I knew I had to replace floors in new house before moving in. Started working with Flavia at Pro Floors through Yelp. I was quickly impressed with her knowledge and her communication. She arrived on time and measured house, gave me quote and then we started talking about color. It was a long process mainly because it was a hard decision to make. Flavia was super patient during the entire process. Her price was not the cheapest but her lead time to complete the job was what ultimately made me commit the work to her. She ordered material on time and it arrived on time; even during these crazy times. Once the work started her guys arrived on time and just started hammering through it! Lawrence and his guys were some of the most hardworking folks I've seen. They worked well with my painters who were in painting the house at same time. Couple weeks later, we sit in our home with the most amazing flooring ever!
