He reached out a few days later apologizing and saying he would have it to me shortly but then I never got it and he stopped reaching out. We ended up not moving forward with that house due to an overall bad home inspection so we bought a different house. Very pleased with how the floors turned out from Euro Flooring! I decided to reach out to them via their website, after looking at all the glowing reviews here on Yelp! Max promptly reached out to me and scheduled a free estimate the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He even asked about one of the living room closets, which I totally failed to account for when doing my initial planning. He convinced us to go with Vinyl instead of Laminate, as we had some areas, such as the bathroom, that needed to be water resistant. He was also very understanding of our needs, as I needed to make sure the floor and transition pieces did not pose any problems when using a wheelchair. The quote was reasonable and came out cheaper than some of the competitors in the area. After I gave them the green light, I went to their showroom to finalize my flooring selection. Again Max was easy to work with and very patient, allowing me to take several samples home to make my final decision. The week of the installation went fairly smoothly, despite the stress of needing to move stuff out to clear the rooms. Ivan and team promptly showed up at 8 AM every morning. We paid them to move some of the big furniture, which they handled very carefully. After the job was completed, I asked them for some extra paint for the baseboards and to finish the caulk in one of the rooms. Both were addressed the next week! If I had one point of constructive feedback, it would be that I wish they dedicated more time to cleaning. On the last day, they seemed to be in a rush, and moved the furniture back too quickly. I had about a dozen wood planks that needed to be replaced due to water damage that butted up to my sliding glass door. Max answered all of my questions and educated me on the process of the wood plank replacement and what it would entail. Max was super helpful and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Euro Flooring recently installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout almost my entire house. We couldn't be happier with the results! Max was awesome, from the first meeting at our house, to helping me select the new luxury vinyl product, and keeping us updated throughout the materials ordering and installation process. Ivan and his install team were very professional and punctual. They were very patient with our family of 5 (including a 2 and 5 year old grandkids and a dog) who were in and out while they were trying to work. They had to do a lot of grinding to level out our concrete foundation/subfloor, but the dust level was kept to a minimum which was great. No cleanup needed after they were done installing the floors! They were very meticulous at preparing the concrete subfloors to be as level as possible, which wasn't easy with all the imperfections we had here. I found Euro Flooring on Yelp because they had top ratings, and they most definitely lived up to all their 5 star reviews! I wasn't as diligent when I selected new luxury vinyl flooring and an installer 3 years ago. The previous install job done here was not done properly, and it caused the new flooring to have issues within the first 2 years. I found out the previous installers had gone out of business after trying to reach them to fix the flooring issues. The flooring maker wouldn't cover the issues under warranty because it was an installer mistake caused by no moisture barrier being installed under the vinyl floor. The prep and install process Euro Flooring went through to prepare our concrete subfloor was way over and above what was done by the previous installer 3 years ago. Max and Ivan worked with me on doing 2 types of moisture barriers (liquid seal and plastic) so I felt confident that moisture won't affect the new flooring. I finally have peace of mind knowing that these new floors will last! They also put in new baseboards which look great, I'm thrilled with the results! Wow!! Max and Ivan did an incredible job with our not-so-easy herringbone floor pattern and schedule! We LOVE our new floors. Ivan's attention to detail is unparalleled and we have yet to find any issues in any of the rooms! We asked a few flooring contractors to come in and give us an estimate to replace ALL of the floors in our brand new home, with herringbone pattern everywhere downstairs (including bathroom, closet, laundry room, kitchen, family room, living room, and bedroom), piano-style stairs, and regular pattern upstairs (3 bedrooms). Only Euro Flooring gave us a reasonable price and provided smart design and functionality suggestions during their visit. We were able to use Gaia floors Bella Sala style which other flooring contractors and wholesale places didn't have at the time. Ivan and Max worked around our series of unfortunate events when we had a leak in our stucco and chimney flashings that caused some damage to our newly installed floors, and after we go all of that fixed, Ivan came back within a week to get the floors put in in the last room in under 2 days!
