Highly recommend LJ Floors. Recently purchased a new construction home and wanted to replace carpet in the den with the same luxury vinyl plank flooring already in the adjacent rooms. It was a smaller job, but he still took the time to come out in person and give me a quote the same day I contacted him. This included removal of the carpet, installation of the new flooring, and reinstalling the baseboards along with touchup paint where needed and re-caulking. Paul's communication throughout the process was excellent. We set up the installation date and time and he and his son were able to knock it out in just over 3 hours at a reasonable price. read more

Recently bought a new home and wanted to redo the floors. We reached out to a few flooring installers for 1700 sq ft of LVP, and from the beginning Paul stood out. He was extremely responsive, polite, and courteous. He and his son Keaton came out for an estimate promptly and came back with a reasonable quote extremely fast. I had many questions regarding the process, but Paul proved himself trustworthy with his quick and thorough replies. He referred me to Tile Liquidators in Roseville (also a great experience) and even when we decided to change our mind from LVP and go with Revwood laminate there wasn't any problem. Paul sent me photo updates constantly, and completed the work quickly but meticulously! He always left the house perfectly clean after working. We are so happy with our floors and overall experience with Paul and LJ Floors. Highly recommend! read more

Paul and his son did an amazing job on our floors. We had old carpet that needed to be replaced and Paul was very quick in getting out to us in person for a quote, after that we quickly had our appointment in about a week. He was exactly here at the time he said and finished up in about 3-4 hours. Our living room looks completely transformed into a new space. We would definitely get more work done from him in the future if we decide to have anymore carpet replaced and would recommend him to anybody! read more

LJ Floors - New LVP floors - Flooring Near Me

My wife and I recently purchased a newly built home in the Roseville area and needed the flooring done. We wanted the carpet and tile removed to be replaced with luxury vinyl planks. We went with Jason through a recommendation from my brother. From start to finish, Jason was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The quality of the installation was top-notch. The seams between the planks are seamless, and the trim was installed with perfect precision. I couldn't find any imperfections after they finished, and the flooring looks absolutely stunning. Customer service has been exceptional throughout the entire process. If I had any questions, I always received prompt, helpful responses. I highly recommend Jason for any flooring project. He was professional, efficient, and provided excellent results. My new floors look amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. read more

Really great flooring company Paul the owner really helped me out took the time to answer all my questions true gentlemen .

I highly recommend LJ Floors! My entry door from my garage was in my carpeted living room, which created a soiling problem in that area. I planned on getting new carpeting and wanted to use the surplus Lauzon wood flooring in that area instead of carpet. It was a small project which required a lot of angle cutting and solving a few problems. Paul answered my initial call immediately, asked the right questions that gave me confidence in him, came out to view the project, knew the best way to install the flooring, and completed the job within a couple of weeks of my initial contact. He and Keaton are extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, skillful, and thoughtful. They certainly deserve all their 5-star reviews. read more

Our experience with LJ floors was fantastic and I would highly recommend them. I had Jason come out a few years ago and quote a flooring installation for us. Unfortunately that year our AC broke and we had to table the floor for a while. A few years later I emailed him and he came back out to requote the job for me. The price was very reasonable to demo all of our tile and install laminate throughout our downstairs. He was very helpful and recommended a good store to get product from. Once we had the floor he scheduled promptly. His team was efficient and clean and friendly too. Our new floor looks fabulous and I couldn't be happier. If we have flooring projects in the future I will definitely be calling him again. Thanks so much!! read more

Paul was great from beginning to end. He showed up on time and provided a reasonable estimate. I was getting my kitchen remodeled and he was very flexible when it came to timing. He did a great job preparing the subfloor and installing the floor. Throughout the process, he always maintained a calm, professional and friendly demeanor. Highly recommended! read more

I cannot recommend Jason and his team enough. The job from first interaction to final installation was professional and courteous. The floors and stairs exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with our new floors. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company and team. Anyone with experience in renovation or construction knows it often comes with some pain or heartache. From the start to finish, this was the dream experience. And as I owned up from the start, I'm very particular and tough to please. I'm sure yelp will cap me out, so here are the main things I would call out - Jason was so prompt with his communication, he managed to fit us in before the holidays, he offered advice and ideas, his teams attention to detail and quality of work was top notch, they handled every request I made with grace, they were prompt and kind, and the thing I was most impressed by was their cleanliness! I cannot thank them enough and can't wait to have them back to finish the rest of the house. read more

We had Jason and his team install floors in our dining room and living room about eight years ago. We decided we wanted to replace the rest of the carpet in the house. We ended up replacing the flooring in the entire house. Jason and his team are fantastic. They did an excellent job. They always showed up at the scheduled time and everyone is very personable and respectful. My husband is very particular and they exceeded all expectations. We would highly recommend LJ Floors. read more

Jason responded quickly and came out to estimate the cost to replace most of our wood flooring after a water leak ruined a portion of our floors. He advised not to tear them out and instead recommended a flooring company that might be able to match and patch our existing flooring or install a tile entryway instead. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to suggest better solutions for us even though it meant we did not need his services this time. read more

I wish we could give Jason and his crew 10 stars! If you are looking for a company to install your floors, give LJ flooring a chance. Jason was here to give an estimate within 24 hours of contacting him. From there, the communication and attention he gave us was amazing. We contracted Jason to lay LVP over our existing tile (aprox 1500 sq feet) as well as new baseboards. He provided us advice and recommendations for materials, and arranged for his crew to pick up the material. The finished product results are better than we could have expected. Do yourself a favor and call LJ Floors for your next project! read more

Us too! We also loved Jason and his crew. Flooring is a very disruptive construction practice in your home and Jason handles it with grace. We chose to have our flooring done in almost all of our house while we were on vacation. We went with Jason because we trusted him in our home while we were gone and because his pricing was in line. He kept us posted on the progress with pictures and even finished earlier than we had expected. He did a great job of matching existing baseboards and making neat transitions to where flooring transitioned to carpet. He helped move larger furniture, disconnected and reconnected everything (stove, washer, dryer, fridge, etc). He even discovered a bit of water damage that he recommended getting repaired before he finished and offered to come back to button things up once we got it taken care of. Trust Jason for your floors! LJ is great! read more

I'm so happy I went with LJ floors! We had a flood in my home and needed work done quickly! I hit the road running and interviewed at least 6 places. When Jason came by to give a quote he was very informative and gave us a list of flooring products he likes to use! Unlike the other people, he did not try to up sell me on the most expensive flooring. He was knowledgeable and current with his style of work. When he left after gather info for the quote, I told my husband, "Watch, I want him and he is going to be the most expensive". He was not! Him and his crew were amazing and efficient! I was honestly sad to say goodbye when they were finished. My floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier! I attached a picture, the stairs still need to be primed read more

Just had Jason and his crew install flooring in four bedrooms and staircase. From start to finish, they were very professional. They showed up every morning at 7:30 on the dot, ready to go. 4 years ago we hired Jason to install LVP to replace our water damaged hardwood flooring and other areas covered with old carpeting. He and his crew did 5 star work for us and we couldn't have been more pleased. However, within a couple of years the stair nosing began cracking and then more recently completely breaking from our foot traffic. In contacting Jason for our repair options, we found out that the cracking was due to a manufacturing design defect and no suitable LVP matches existed. We really thought that we would have to live with a less than perfect color option from a different manufacturer until we mulled over Jason's idea of replacing all of our stair treads with solid white oak hardwood stained to match the floor LVP. Since there was so much color variation ranging from brown to gold to silver gray, Jason hand stained numerous samples for us until we found a great match. Demo and replacement installation went quickly and just in time for holiday entertaining. We are extremely satisfied with this job and heartily recommend Jason for his innovation, skill and diligence. Oh yeah, we love how SOLID and safer our stairs feel now too. read more

Jason and his team were AMAZING!! My favorite vendor we used for our home remodel. He was friendly, professional, lighthearted, and worked with us at every turn. The first flooring we ordered ended up being backordered so we had to make a quick decision and he was so helpful throughout this added stress. Him and his team worked around the clock, including weekends, to get the project done so we could move in on time. And they even completed the project two days early! We couldn't be happier with our new floors and feel so blessed to have had Jason install them for us. We moved from southern california to Rocklin ca and got a new house. Wife and I decided to replace our 1st floor carpet and tile. Thinking about past experiences working with contractors, I was determined this time to not make the same mistakes as before. I needed someone established, and well-recomended and licensed. Price is important, but honesty, standard of work. Jason are so informative. Pricing and installation was excellent. We had a great experience working with LJ Floors and plan to refer them to all our friends and family. The finish is amazing. Our New House is cooler, cleaner, and looks awesome. This guy gets a rare five star rating in every area. Warranty is fantastic! Do not go anywhere else for flooring. I highly recommend LJ Floors. read more

These guys were great. I needed a room of carpet replaced with laminate. I already had the product so I just needed someone to do the install. A lot of companies will only do the job if you buy their product. They ripped out the carpet, took off the baseboards, and had the new flooring installed with baseboards reattached in half a day. They were very good and very efficient. They even fixed another area of flooring that a prior installer botched. They also put down a moisture barrier that they brought for me at no charge. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Jason! read more

LJ Floors A+++. Jason and his team did an amazing job on our flooring! We had tile that was going to be far too cost prohibitive to remove and after careful assessment by Jason, it was decided the job could be done by going over our existing tile. We could not be more impressed by the attention to detail provided by him and his team. Customer service, promptness in completing job, and very reasonable bid for the job. Not to mention they are all just great guys. Wet personable and available by text for the questions we had. Probably the best contractor I've worked with....ever. Wanted to make sure I inform future clients that it's NORMAL to pay the material cost up front - because the contractor can't take the risk of paying out of pocket and then the client flaked. You can stop your yelp search, trying to find the right floor company!.... Because you found it!!! LJ Floors is a superior company, in every way! I hired Jason in the fall of 2021. After initially reaching out to him and leaving him a voicemail, he immediately called me back!! I was orchestrating a lot of renovations on my mom's house at the time and was feeling overwhelmed with all the details. His spoke to me with confidence, kindness and respect. Jason earned my trust right away and made me feel like family! He was able to fit my floors into his schedule and I'm so grateful for all of his hard work! Jason, Paul and Larry worked efficiently, neatly and with pristine skill. My mom's home was vacant at the time and I trusted them with the front door code. They respected the home and kept me updated with their comings & goings, always leaving the house securely locked up when they left. Jason's communication was excellent, keeping me well updated and informed. They took care of all my flooring needs... removing old carpet & damaged baseboards (from pet urine), installing my new flooring where the carpet was, floating my new floorboards over my existing tile and installing all new baseboards throughout every square inch of my house! He and his crew went above and beyond what was asked and or expected from them and I could not be more happy with the outcome! Thank you, Jason! read more

We just did the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and laundry room. BUT we are going to use him again next year for our bathrooms and bedrooms.
