I did not have the original vinyl flooring to replace carpeting in my unit's bedrooms, but David put great effort into finding ones what was as close as possible. In any event, David and his partner were able to replace the carpet with the flooring we chose in only 2 and a half days and when we saw the results, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the results were and in addition, though the vinyl was not a 100% match with the rest of the unit, we were pleasantly surprised to find how well it integrated with the rest of the unit and actually made the unit more interesting looking. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed.
