Kelly worked with us throughout the process to make sure all Ts were crossed and Is were dotted. Since we did not want to do a full replacement due to the aesthetic mint green look but could not locate mint green tile, we went with a white (from Daltile). Kelly & Antonio cut out bottom two rows and border, installed new mortar bed, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, and new bright white tile. Job completed quickly on time and at a competitive price. It was time to remodel our outdated bathroom, as you can see from the Before photos. We requested bids from several companies highly rated on Yelp, some of whom never responded, and some were just too high. OC Tile responded quickly and was by far the most reasonable bid. Because of a supply delay on another job, they could start right away, which was great, but that also meant we had to make many decisions on the fly. In addition to starting before all the decisions were made, it was a rather complex job, including 4'x4' wall tiles and special plumbing for the tub. Kelly and Dave, the two owners, were very helpful in coming up with creative solutions and kept us informed during the entire project. They were enjoyable to work with, as was their entire crew. We really never liked the tile in our guest bath since we moved in 5 years ago. It was finally time to do something about it. I texted a few pics to Kelly and he came back with a really fair quote. He also helped us figure out how many tiles and how much grout to acquire pre-installation.
