I will preface by saying that Brooks Tile itself did not do my job but an employee of the owner's did. I called to get an estimate for an urgent and unexpected repair I needed to prep my kitchen counter for painting (vintage blender was built into the counter, an electrician removed it and my tile paint guy {to his credit} said he was not qualified to fix it before he painted). I was in a jam. Mat, at Brooks Tile, emailed me almost immediately and told me he could not help me last-minute BUT he could refer a member of his crew to come over after hours and we'd deal directly with him. I got a call from his crew member very soon after, he came by to assess the job, and was able to fix it beautifully the next day. Mat even threw in the 4 x 4 tiles (about 11 of them) free to help me and his employee. Who does that nowadays? I give that commitment to assisting someone in need a 5-star rating. In 2018 I plan to tile my kitchen floor and Brooks Tile will be the first that I will contact for an estimate. read more

Matt and his guys are true artists. I was referred to him by my contractor and couldn't be any happier. They started on time, and finished on schedule. They kept the worksite clean and the price was fair. Those things are basics to me. Where they excelled was in the workmanship. They could have cut some corners, but they didn't. I am happy to give an enthusiastic thumbs up to Mat Brooks and the Brooks Tile team. Mat and the guys have done extensive work in my home. They did all the tile throughout my home last year (entryway, three bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen back splash). They also installed the granite for my kitchen counters and limestone in my two upstairs bathrooms. They also do stone work and installed a brick wall using the thin brick product over the largest wall in my house to give it the loft look I was going for- it looks awesome! They really do just about everything! I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew that came out. In fact, I was so happy with their work that I just had them out last weekend to tile my outdoor balcony. Another job well done! Mat is extremely responsive to e-mails and phone calls. He gave me accurate bids and followed through with everything we discussed for the various projects they've completed. I have especially appreciated the fact that the Brooks team comes when they say they are going to come. For my most recent balcony project, Mat said that the guys would be there between 7:30 and 8 am. Sure enough, they arrived at my house promptly in that time frame both days they were at my home. It should also be noted that the team is very careful to keep your home as clean as possible during projects. They laid out blankets and protective sheeting up and down my stairs and all over my hardwood floors to make sure nothing was spilled or scratched while they were working. They moved furniture out of the way if they thought there was even a remote possibility it could come into harms way and put everything back when they were finished. I really appreciated the care and respect they showed me and my home. Finally, I have e-mailed Mat several times over the last year for various questions regarding the care of my granite and limestone counter tops. He has been extremely prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions and gave me recommendations for products he uses for maintenance, how to use them and where I can find them. I have really appreciated working with Mat and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them again. Thanks guys! read more

March, 2020. We contracted with Brooks Tile to install a tile floor and tile bathtub surround as part of a complete bathroom remodel. We were impressed from the get go. Mat Brooks conducted a site visit and generated a formal quotation for the project. Additionally, Mat volunteered some recommendations regarding a different construction process that he thought would deliver better results. The tradesmen arrived on-time, exhibited a high level of professionalism, skill, politeness, and willingness to accommodate some unaddressed issues and changes. The execution is excellent. Good attention to detail. We are very pleased with the final result. Mat's recommendations resulted in a much improved final result. We spoke with a few contractors prior to starting this project. Only Brooks Tile provided a formal quotation. Mat introduced a different construction that surpasses what was discussed with the other contractors. We recommend Brooks Tile. We will utilize their services for another project - replacing the tile work surface on an outdoor bbq island. read more

I had Brooks install tile twice in my home. A few years ago we replaced our kitchen wood floor and three bathroom floors with tile. They did an excellent job and to this day we are still thrilled with the result. Best yet, my wife is happy with the result. They just finished another much smaller job in the same home, They were punctual and again did a great job. My wife was very particular and wanted some touch ups. They came back three times to make sure we were completely satisfied and never complained. In fact, they were very pleasant and always asking if there was anything else needed for us to be completely satisfied. The installers were very hard working professionals and very pleasant. They lined carpeted the areas they were going to be working in to keep things clean. When finished, they also did an excellent job cleaning up. The owner Mat called again to make sure we were completely satisfied. Truly outstanding service (for such a small job) and I highly recommend them. I don't write many reviews, but the service I received was truly outstanding so that deserves recognition. read more

Tryed to hire these guys and they gave me the number to one of there guys joey lasciter, he had to reschedule once which is fine but then text me the morning of the job after I already demoed the 2 bathrooms and confirmed he was coming the night before, said he had to watch his kids. I would have got a sitter to make an easy $1000 for 70sq feet of bathroom floors...flakes, stay away. read more

Mat installed a 1" glass tile backsplace in my kitchen. He did a fantastic job. His bid was very reasonable, and his manner was professional. We talked about my options on where to put the tile, and he gave me some tips on my tile and grout choices. His work was timely and he cleaned up after himself and his crew. Brooks Tile did an incredibly professional job on our tile floor. His entire crew was right in time every day (4 days), were very friendly and are incredibly talented!
