However, after contacting a couple of David's prior clients and viewing photos of their bathroom remodels, we were satisfied that David could do a great job for us! It seems that David is able to underbid his competitors because he and his helper do all the demo, tiling, and hardware installation themselves without relying on other subs. (The one exception was the help of plumbers with the installation of the tub) David had some great ideas with a tiling pattern for our porcelain tub enclosure! We highly recommend hiring David if you're planning a bathroom renovation!

From the very first walkthrough to the final sweep‑up, the quality of your work and your commitment to doing things right were clear throughout the entire process. The tile lines are crisp and consistent, the fixtures are installed flawlessly, and every finish looks polished and professional. What are some of the things I appreciate about Euro Tile: 1)…read moreHONESTY (rare these days in interior design/remodeling businesses) 2) DEPENDABLE 3) EXCELLENT CRAFTMENSHIP 4) LISTENS - I MEAN ACTUALLY LISTENS to the CUSTOMER. After hearing their needs, Pavel insists on making sure he heard all the needs. If as a result of his excellent knowledge, he felt other options may work better he discussed them with us. I mentioned this since so often other reviews with different companies complained their needs we not heard. 5) My experience is I wish Euro Tile did everything - especially cabinets. To be honest, now that we're starting our second bathroom, again the cabinetmaker has mismeasured (3 for 3) delaying us. I recently discovered just how many thousands over retail price our interior designer charged us and how many duplicate or non- purchased items we already paid for. So if you want a company you can trust go through Euro Tile. My review is strictly an unpaid endorsement - unlike our designer's likely cabinet referral fee

The emotional and mental stress caused by a fire isn't something I wish on my worst enemy. We had just moved back into our home in mid September after restoration was completed, and needed to get repairs done. I received three bids, and although Martin's bid was not the lowest, he was not the most expensive either. He was very specific in explaining what had to be done, stating what he would include in scope that others didn't consider or offer, and got back to me within the time he said he would with his estimate. It was very reasonable and fair. I decided to go with his company and just like he promised, he kept to the dates/ times. His team is comprised of the nicest guys who were laser focused on their work, and arrived on time every day. They even said "Hello" to Charlie (my dog) when he felt he needed to supervise the work being done. That alone are bonus points in my book! The quality of their work can be seen in the drywall installation, texturing, electrical repairs, and painting of exterior and interior walls. They also cleaned up the entire area as needed. Martin was overseeing the work and staying in constant communications with me during the entire project. Yes cost is important, but if you're looking to find a licensed contractor who quotes a fair price, follows through on commitments, and does quality work, this is the company you need to hire, full stop. Thank you Martin and team for making our move back into our home seamless!

They completed a full remodel of our home, including knocking down walls, painting, new flooring, reframing our fireplace, and completely transforming our kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams. Martin and his team coordinated all of the electrical and plumbing work, which made such a large project much easier for us. They were incredibly patient with all of my ideas and were always accommodating when I changed my mind or wanted to adjust something along the way. They stayed on task, kept the project moving, and even helped us fix several things around the house that weren't part of the original scope of work. One thing that really stood out was how much they cared about our family throughout the process. We were only about halfway through the remodel at Christmas, and they went out of their way to make sure our home was clean, functional, and usable so we could still host Christmas with our family. That meant so much to us. The entire team was hardworking, reliable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. Our home turned out better than I could have imagined, and I absolutely love my new kitchen. I would highly recommend Martin Lopez Construction to anyone considering a remodel. We are so grateful for everything they did to give us a home we love!
