They stayed on schedule, respected our budget with their very competitive pricing, and made the entire process surprisingly smooth, even when making some changes throughout. The installers Kirk and Jimmy did an excellent job with removal of the old flooring (carpet and Pergo) and installation of the new tile. They were meticulous in their work and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. The finish work of installing quarter round moulding, reinstalling a toilet and touching up the baseboard was done expertly by Ronnie. Just completed a master bath and guest bath remodel. Quoted 3 other fabricators before selecting to…read morego with Cesar. The project included a half wall of granite behind the tub and granite counter tops in the master bath. In the guest bath we used quartzite on the vanity and on top of a small cabinet. Overall Performance: 1. Quick response, great communication and price. Cesar responded quickly and provided a very competitive quote. Good and timely communication is important to me and a must to avoid mistakes when doing projects that involve a lot of detail. Cesar quickly responded to all my questions, listened to what my vision was and personally came out on several occasions to review the project site. 2. Quality work and up for a challenge. Cesar is very experience and his team is very talented. I had one slab of granite that I wanted to flow seamlessly behind my freestanding tub. It was going to be tight and no room for error. The slab needed to be cut in half, flipping and taking pieces out of order from both sides, then perfectly matched on design to flow seamlessly. I also wanted a boarder backsplash of the same granite to go around the vanities. Other fabrication companies I quoted said it was not possible. Cesar took on the challenge and executed my vision perfectly. That's true talent and great craftsmanship! 3. Personal attention and hands on involvement. Cesar is very hands on for all his projects. He believes in quality over quantity and doing the job right the first time. Even with that said, he is very timely on getting the job done. He manages his schedule efficiently, effectively and meets all his schedules on time. I really appreciate this because when you have lots of trades coming in on a remodel, timing is everything to keep the schedule on track. In summary I would highly recommend Cesar (and we already have) for any type of stone fabrication and installations needs. We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. This last experience we had will be the last time we will ever call on Emerald Tile and Stone. We called to make an appointment to have one of their representatives come out to survey and measure for new quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash. We had a 9:00am appointment which we were ready for, but this time they not only did not show up, they never bothered to call! I called their office and they just said the rep was out in the field. I guess they have a ton of projects and can completely ghost repeat customers without worrying about their reputation. Either way, there is no way we would refer this company to anyone! They have no concept of customer service.
