He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. We reached out to several carpet companies for quotes, but most of them gave us prices over the phone without ever seeing the house. Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first--and thank goodness he did. He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn't clean the carpet because it simply wasn't salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn't work, Sam helped us make the right decision by replacing the carpet. His pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure. We chose our carpet on a Friday, met with Sam the following Tuesday to sign the contract and pay the deposit, and his crew was already at our house demoing the old carpet that same day. The project was expected to be completed by Sunday, but they finished an entire day early on Saturday. The installation came out beautifully. The carpet is incredibly soft and plush--it honestly feels like we're walking on clouds. The craftsmanship is excellent, from the seamless installation throughout the rooms to the beautifully finished stairs. Everything looks clean, professional, and was completed with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever we called or texted Sam, he responded promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. To top it all off, Sam stands behind his work. He provides a one-year warranty, and if the carpet stretches or anything needs adjusting, they'll come back and make it right at no charge. It's rare to find a contractor who is this honest, responsive, and committed to doing quality work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Sam's Carpet Services to anyone looking for carpet cleaning or carpet installation.

Brad and Barbara showed up on time with a phone call first and within an hour and a half taken all the blinds down, identified them for re-installing and were gone. They took them to be cleaned in some sort of ultrasonic machine. One day later I got the call they were on their way and in no time had them all back up.
