Both Glenn and Bill were very professional, friendly and very hard working. They actually never even stopped working not even for a lunch break! They did a fantastic job cleaning carpeting in multiple rooms, tile throughout the house and couches. We even had them clean our garage floor. This wasn't an easy job. We knocked out two walls in our home for a renovation project and were surprised by the sheetrock dust that wasn't coming out well enough with regular vacuuming. My carpets looked dirty.and smelled,.If Dan couldn't get the smell out of my carpets, he should have told me on his visit.. not charge me, and then I had to toss the rug.. the smell was not gone. I actually have previous experience in the industry, so I knew what to look for in a carpet cleaner, and Steve knows his stuff. Not only did he agree to travel all the way to Camino for my job ($250 minimum charge applies - TOTALLY fair and worth it!), but he did excellent work, was a pleasure to deal with and his pricing was almost TOO reasonable! I recently relocated from San Diego where there is much more competition, and am so thrilled to have found a carpet guy that I can trust in my home, trust to do the job properly and that is a nice person with fair pricing. Oh, he also doesn't believe in pressuring you with upsells, and did demonstrate remarkable attention to detail from wiping up the tile at entry to turning on the ceiling fans and cracking windows to expedite drying.
