During March 2026, I hired Grout ReNew to clean and refresh my tile walk-in shower, tile floors in bathrooms, and all grout. First step, Jonathan (owner) performed a "weep drain service" to the shower floor weep drains. This service is described in their website. After this service, I noticed my tile shower floor dried quicker and floor grout didn't turn black. Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. I highly recommend this service and their quality techniques and workmanship - especially before tile and grout gets too unsightly or damaged, and before considering a tear-out. read more

Had them out to resolve missing grout, fix grout color, clean and seal kitchen floor and master bath shower in 2024. At that time they also cut a metal shower seat off the wall and patch holes and clean out my weep holes in the shower. Everything was resolved perfectly! One year later I wanted my large master bath and walk in closet floor cleaned and sealed. Had them out to do that and do a touch up on everything else. I made a stupid decision when choosing someone to tile our entire ground floor, went cheap and hired a guy off Craigslist. They did a horrible job, tile was not level, grout lines width not what I asked for, not consistently spaced, not consistently parallel and the final insult was ivory grout instead of white. There were many places where the dark gray thinset was visible through the grout. We have many hairline cracks around the baseboards, but that is a different subject. They also used two types of grout - premixed and bagged. Big holes, big gaps, and grout all over the surface of the tile. They left hardened grout all over the surface of the tiles. It only came off with acid and a razor blade. After 3 years I had managed to get most of it off. I paid $7,000 for the install plus purchased the tile myself. The grout was filthy before they even finished. I tried every commercial grout cleaning chemical I could find and also had the floor professionally cleaned. It would not improve. After 3 years I could not stand it any more. Jonathan and Tim to the rescue. It took them 4 days to grind out the nasty, dirty grout and replace it with perfectly matching grout, give it a layer of color seal and a second clear seal. It is simply gorgeous. Perfection. What it should/could have looked like from the beginning if I had not been a fool and tried to save money. They were punctual every day, cleaned up every day, kept us posted on their progress every day and were delightful to have around. They worked their fingers to the bone daily. They provided written instructions on the care and feeding of our new floor. I cannot fault them on any aspect, including cost, would hire them again and recommend them wholeheartedly. We had Grout Renew clean our master bathroom shower - The shower has a Corian floor and Piedrafina marble walls with two recessed shelves that contain small tiles. Johnathan (the owner) and Tim arrived on time and walked my wife and I through the process. All of the old grout was removed and any mold was eliminated and the area was bleached - new grout that dries clear and a sealant applied. Everything, including the glass shower door, was cleaned and polished. Tim worked for almost 8 hours, The shower looks amazing - after care instructions were sent via an email. We had Johnathan look at other area in our house where we have grout and tile, and I am sure at some point we will have the company service those areas as well. Make sure to consider timing, as we are not able to use the shower for 72 hours until everything dries and seals - the grout goes on white but turns clears over the next couple of days. We're preparing to move out of state and I needed to thoroughly clean our tile (natural stone) and light-colored grout myself beforehand. I didn't think they would come out so I asked my friend for a reccomendation on a carpet cleaning company and she referred me to Powers. Through the years I have used many carpet cleaning services. Some were a little better than others. I was about to contact a vender I had used in the past when my wife suggested I try "Powers Cleaning & Restoration," a service she had read about in "Home Advisors" which had given a positive review. I figured what the heck I'll give them a try. The owner "Johnathan D. Powers" arrived on time, I was not so much concerned about a low bid as I was the quality of the job performed.
