GroutPro does good work. Our floors look amazing after GroutPro professionals came by. Back Story: I was getting tired of looking at our kitchen floors. The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. I was expecting to get a price quote immediately after the consultation, maybe 1-2 days later? However, after waiting 2 business days and then the weekend, I started wondering if maybe Kirk forgot about us. Then finally on the following Monday, we got the email quote. I guess I was excited about starting the project and couldn't wait! Fast forward to after our project---things were great and we were actually thinking of having GroutPro do more work. Texted the owner for a price quote and thought I'd get it within a week, but since it's been over a month, I'm thinking he forgot about us. So giving customers price quotes faster, as well as following up would be an area that GroutPro could improve on. * The hose that was used for cleaning our tile went from their van into our house. Not sure why they placed the hose on our lawn instead of the driveway but it ended up making some unsightly impressions in our front yard. I didn't really notice them until our neighbors pointed the marks out, thinking someone had ridden dirt bikes all over our grass. Turns out it was from the GroutPro hose. Other than that, we are super happy with our kitchen floors now. The tile and grout looks so much cleaner and brighter. Would recommend GroutPro to anyone looking to regrout their floors or showers. I wish I take taken before photos of our textured floor tile and grout. The grout was pretty bad looking. But am posting the after. What a difference- amazing job. They look brand new. He even topped the sealer with a clear coat which will help the color sealer last even longer. We got our grout cleaned up by GroutPro in a small bathroom and while it looked clean on day 1, just a few days later it began to crack in the shower and it almost looks worse than it first was. While service in person was good and grout itself looked clean, they didn't clean up well after doing the work. They were also very hard to get a hold of to confirm appointments. read more

We just bought a house that we discovered used silicon caulking to hide mold and missing grout. Kirk gave me a timely estimate and was very easy to speak with. We bought a fixer-upper that needed a lot of grout cleaning and repair in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The crew that came out yesterday to clean, repair, re-grout, and reseal did an outstanding job. They steamed the floors, including behind the fridge and underneath the stove, before repairing areas where the grout was damaged, then reapplied new grout everywhere and then sealed it all. Once all the grout and tile were cleaned, we could see that the original grout color had a hideous yellow tint to it that they used throughout the house. Who does that? So, what Derek did was to use three different grout colors that matched the tile color in the bathtub, on the bathroom floor and in the kitchen and hallway. Really nice and it made all the difference! Both crew members were just a pleasure to work with. They also took out all the old caulk and re-caulked all around the bathtub, window and toilet. They worked for well over seven hours. They answered all my questions, they were prompt, they were polite, they were clean and neat and gave me some very useful tips on how to care for and maintain my tile work. Grout Pro did an amazing job in restoring our master bathroom tiled shower. It looks as beautiful as it did 10 years ago when we had it remodeled. The tiled shower was collecting mildew around the perimeter of the shower floor. As much as I cleaned it kept coming back. We had one minor problem but they came back and addressed it immediately which was great. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is due to some negligence of the work crew (1st visit & 2nd visit). I don't know if they were just careless with their tools or equipment but they made some nicks on my walls that aren't that bad but are noticeable to me. 2nd visit I definitely heard him knock my walls with his equipment. The bond between the stone and the concrete underneath had broken leaving a hollow space under much of the stone. We had 3 companies take a look at it. One said it couldn't be fixed; another said they would recommend replacing the bluestone. Kirk said he hadn't seen a situation like that before but would do some research and get back to us. Long story short - he figured it out. Injected new bonding material in several strategic places. It was a slow tedious process but turned out great and looks like new.
