This is a complaint against one of your drivers who made an illegal left turn through a bunch of elementary school children who were in the crosswalk today at Arlene Hein Elementary School. I know you're busy and have places to go--we all do--but how can you claim to be serving our neighborhoods when you speed right through 2 stop signs during school pick-up? Literally 100s of children and their parents are crossing the street at that time. The crossing guard was clearly holding up the STOP sign, all the cars in the intersection were stopped on all sides. Your driver kept driving even after pedestrians began to cross and then flipped off the crossing guard when she asked him to stop. This is so disappointing for a company that claims to serve local families. Local families are the ones who pick up their kids from schools. Please do a better job of educating your drivers to respect families and our neighborhood! read more

This is the way to go for carpet cleaning. I've used conventional companies in the past and they leave so much solution in the carpets. It can take 3 days to dry. Van's Chem-Dry method has me back on my carpet in an hour. If you want to have carpet longevity, have these guys over every 6 months. They have promotions and I find their pricing much more reasonable. I've owned 5 homes and have used them in each one. read more

My cats decided to misbehave so I hired Van's Chem-Dry to clean the couch. It takes a couple of weeks from when they apply the lifting agent to remove the smell until the final results. It's been about a month or so since the cleaning. The scent is gone and there are no stains! I'm thrilled that they were able to clean the couch. Their technician, Rod, was friendly and professional. I have over 23 years' experience in selling janitorial supplies. I have demonstrated and sold carpet cleaning equipment and chemicals. We have a 20 year old white carpet with a myriad of pet stains and other spots. I thought that the only way possible to get rid of the spots was with gasoline and a match. Van's Chem Dry cleaned our carpets over 3 years ago and did an incredible job. We are putting our home on the market, so we called Van's Chem Dry to work on our carpet once again. Considering the fact that I was hung up on when I called for a quote, I don't think I'll be using Van's. I wanted a quote for my sectional couch and since I didn't know the linear footage of it, I couldn't be given an estimate. I also couldn't be given an estimate for carpet cleaning other than per square foot. When I asked if I could get a roundabout number or the average for a sectional, I was told the owner would have to come out and asked for my information. I said I would have my husband measure later instead because I didn't want the owner coming out if it was out of our budget and said I would call back and then was hung up on. Poor phone service. Hope their carpet cleaning is better for those who book with unknown cost estimates. read more

I contacted Van's Chem-dry to clean the carpet in our recreational vehicle and spoke to Rob. And, while he has 30 years of experience in professional carpet cleaning and has cleaned RVs in the past, he was concerned that he could not provide the specific results we were looking for. We understood, certainly, as the damage to our carpets warranted a particular approach with special products. He could have just said that he could do it and taken our money; but instead, he not only DID NOT just take our money and do the best he could, he educated me on what type of service I needed and even recommended another company that may be able to provide specific services and results we were looking for.
