3 minutes ago I don't leave negative reviews but I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We paid for and specifically requested a deep steam cleaning when booking our appointment, but what we got was nowhere near that. The technician, Jordan, was here for no more than 20 minutes and only cleaned the top of the cushions--completely neglecting the sides and undersides. After noticing the poor job, I called multiple times (over 8 calls in 2 days) trying to get this resolved, but no one has had the courtesy to call me back--not the manager or anyone from this location. When Jordan finally came back, he refused to fix the job unless I paid more money. On top of that, he argued with me, insisting that we hadn't told him to clean the couch properly--something that should be standard for a deep cleaning! Then telling me he came back and lost more work. He even told me not to call the company's location and to contact him directly because he "loses money," which makes me suspect they outsource their jobs. I've had furniture steam cleaned before, and this is by far the worst job I've ever seen. What was supposed to be a deep cleaning ended up being a quick surface wipe. The lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and refusal to take accountability make this company one to avoid. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

OMG our carpet looks amazing. We have had the carpet cleaned a few times by other companies. It seems it always is quite wet or dries crunchy from whatever cleaner they used. Not with First Class Carpet Care. Gene and Debbie took such great care setting up and to come home and see how it looks, actually it is hard to believe. It looks amazing. I felt it... not wet, and it feels nice and soft, no dried chemical crunchiness. The stairs had the most wear and tear and they are shockingly clean and fluffy. Best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced. My wife was already home downstairs. The carpet is all upstairs. I asked how does the carpet look as I came in through the garage. She wanted to see my reaction so she said go take a look. I'm walking up the carpeted stairs, bending down to feel how wet and yelling down it looks fantastic and feels so good. She replies right!!! Debbie and Gene were absolutely amazing. I recently moved into a new apartment and it was covered in pet urine. They came out and did their walk through. They located numerous urine stains throughout the apartment. They walked through with my apartment maintenance team and showed them everything. After the thorough walkthrough, they started cleaning. After they had already set everything up (on the third story), my apartment called to say they were going to replace my carpet. Debbie and Gene smiled and said that was the best and correct option.
