Hands down the best carpet cleaning company we have used. Great/quality service for a fair price. Will use them for life

These guys completely turned around a hazmat sofa situation! The couches look new and the dogs are hard at work making them gross, and I will be calling them yet again. read more

Did a wonderful job and was very thorough. Gave me tips to keep carpet clean. Excellent quality for the price. Fast and efficient.

Excellent carpet cleaning. Got out pet stains. Quick response. I had three rooms done. The technician was friendly and professional.

cleaned our carpets! they still had some spots. Rob said he'd come back out and take care of it . He never showed up and 3 times said he was coming back and did not. He does not reply and has every excuse as to why he didn't come. Don't use this company!! They also provided no receipt and did nothing to make it right. Im put money and have to call another company out to finish the job. I did not need this as we just lost our German shepherd and just wanted the carpet clean and have our house put back together before the holidays . Rob lacks communication skills and is unprofessional. I actually have never encountered something like this before .Also no one answers the phone for this company. Or returns phone calls . Extremely poor customer service . read more

My dining chairs have never looked better! Really, my husband thought they weren't even worth salvaging but now we're hiding half of the set from the kids to stay clean. They also cleaned our 8x10 area rug and it feels/looks/smells sooooo nice. It was super easy to book through Yelp messages. The whole thing took about an hour. I finally have peace of mind for my baby to play on the floor. I heard it's typical to do this again in several years but with kids staying home so much I'm already looking forward to doing it sooner ;) read more

We set an appointment with Robert from World Class Carpet Cleaning and he never showed up. I texted and called but messages were full on his voicemail. Robert never returned any of our texts even though we got read receipts. Obviously, his communication skills need something to be desired. I do not recommend them. read more

Robert did a job for me back in January. Job was done well. However, I have asked him more than 10 times to provide me a receipt for $250 cash payment for my tax records. I have all the records of communication via Yelp messages and txt. Still haven't received the invoice. I have attached the screenshot of some of our communications for the records. read more

Cleaning two recliners. One had just received a large dose of cat urine. It's been a week, and no smells have returned.

Had to mention that I referred Rob too many of my customers. I have a carpet, repair company, whether it's olefin, polypropylene polyester, nylon or wool. Rob has the knowledge to clean each one of these types of carpet. His prices are fair, and his work is superior to most! I'll never forget this house I walked into where all the carpet needed to be stretched, there was patchwork needed in almost every room, and I had to color correct a bunch of bleach spots. When I was finished, the repairs looked amazing. The only thing needed now was for a Deep cleaning. My customer called me up about two weeks later and said she had used a Carpet cleaner and just wasn't happy and if I knew anybody. I referred world-class carpet cleaning, and about a week later she called me up, saying that the carpets look brand new! You can't go wrong. -Brandon, Moser Carpets Repairs read more

We are so pleased with Rob's mad skills! He is very professional and talented at carpet cleaning. Why talented? I have used over 10 different carpet cleaners in this same house starting 30+ years ago and when he leaves (like again today), his works always turns out better than anyone could reasonably expect. Rob is always on time, will under-promise and over-deliver, has very competitive rates, and has the best customer service attitude. We will never try another carpet cleaning firm because it absolutely cannot get better than Rob. Thank you Rob!!! read more

Rob was awesome! He listened to what I said and gave great instructions to help the carpets dry the fastest. The carpets looked great and there was no funky chemical smell afterwards. There were even some dog pee stains he was able to get out! He also cleaned some cushions on a microfiber couch that my little chihuahua piddled on as well (dang chihuahuas lol) Super reasonable price quoted and he did a great job!!!! Will definitely use again!!!! read more

Like you, I found World Class Carpet Cleaning on Yelp and wrote another 5 star review. This small business is no nonsense carpet cleaning available on a dispatch basis throughout Sacramento. You can contact them through Yelp and make appointments and get quotes for their services. Steam cleaning is a great alternative to the clunky rental units or amateur units found in the store. The professionals can get all the dirt and stains out of your carpet easily and quickly, especially during busy move in and move out situations. My experience was easy and professional with the service done within the time given and completed on time. My carpets are super clean and feel great on my bare feet! They were even able to reschedule my appointment without fuss. I recommend World Class Carpet Cleaning for your carpet cleaning needs. It is nice to find a good local business that can coordinate online and get the job done. read more

We used their carpet cleaning services 2.5 years ago for a move-in but wasn't with Rob. It was good cleaning then. This time it was Rob who scheduled on a pretty short notice and came promptly on time. He did ana amazing job, all the high traffic areas were cleaned and the carpet looks new. Thank you Rob! read more

They did a wonderful job in getting my floors cleaned! I got a carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. My carpet had stains from pets and had heavy traffic with shoes on. You could tell it was dirty if you saw it. The cleaning made my carpet look brand new! They were really good at getting every inch of the floors. My grout was also pretty dirty, & you could tell by the lines in between the tiles turn black. The service was quick & friendly; getting in contact with them was efficient too. The price I paid was decent for what I got in return. read more

Usually I'm a little skeptical about 5 star ratings on Yelp. I've had two experience where it all went south. Not with these guys. They brought my faith back into YELP. I had a room that was left filthy from a room mate and a rug that was destroyed by our dog. Brandon came by this afternoon and knocked it out the ball park! Both carpet and rug are super clean and smells amazingly brand new. Go with these guy, they are the real deal. read more

I made an appointment and they cancelled it the morning of the appointment claiming their machine was broken. I had my cat pee all over the carpet in one room. One thing you should know about cat pee, it is impossible to completely get rid of the smell unless you tear up the entire flooring but that wasn't an option for us at the time. Robert was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. He was very professional, quick to respond, and the had the best price. The end result was great! Thank you Robert and co! read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Never got to use the service. I called on last Monday and left a message. Got a txt back that day, and was told by Rob he was available after Wednesday. Mind you, he didn't say the following Wednesday, or the Wednesday after that, he stated Wednesday, as in this week's Wednesday. I said what about Friday, he said yes, 8 am. Mind you again, he didn't say Friday next week, or a specific date, he said Friday, meaning this Friday, as in, TODAY. So yesterday, Thursday, I moved all of the furniture out of the 4 rooms that need a cleaning. This morning, today, FRIDAY, I txt him at 7 am and said the house is ready for your 8 am show-up. Rob txt me back and said I thought we agreed on next Friday. The txt is clear that it was for this Friday and not any other Friday in the future Thanks Rob. I went with another company. read more

Having experience bad carpet cleaners before I was very serious looking for the next one. I wanted to find an honest one who will not try to scam me with stupid up charges. I had an idiot try to up-charge me for each step so I sent his ass packing. I mean, get the _ _ _ _ out now! Seeing 240 reviews, I emailed World Class and received a reply within 10 mins. He gave me a flat price, no up-charges, so we got a deal. The owner was the nicest guy who knew his business. I could tell just how good he was just from how uniform his patterns were. A few hours later, I couldn't believe the results. The carpet actually looked new again. I was skeptical about writing a review too soon but after 2 weeks, the carpets still looks real good.
