He was able to squeeze me in right before Thanksgiving which I really appreciated. And wow, his work speaks for itself!! My family thought we got a new rug! Colors were vibrant again. Our flattened couch cushions seemed like they got a second life too which was an unexpected bonus. The rug dried in about 5 hours and the entire couch took a good 24 hours to completely dry. We had to flip/rotate the cushions as it dried to make sure all edges/sides got exposed to dry well. Great customer focus!!! He did an amazing job with our carpets as many had some aged dirt spots which needed some work. All together he knocked out close to 2,900 sq ft of carpet with a set of stairs in just over 6 hours. Longer than we anticipated, but they needed the woe and Max hustled all the way!!! He also tried to clean one of the arms of our leather sofa and charged us, but it didn't come clean, so he refunded us. Only two things we didn't love...the dog pee smell on the main carpet didn't come out, even though he treated the areas.
