From the first call until they left I have been extremely impressed by their exemplary, personal, caring customer service. Scotty the owner answered my call and made sure I was set up for the best, he took so much time to chat with me and I feel like I made a friend! Scotty sent his technician, Jeff, out to do the cleaning. Not only do the carpets look and smell brand new, after 2 large dogs, a cat, 2 kids, and dozens of friends, but I was impressed by the kindness and attention to detail. There are people who do a job because they need to work, and they do it to standard because they want to keep their job. Then there are the people who take pride in their work. They learn to love what they do, and care about doing the best they can. My experience with Scotty and Jeff is the later. As a fellow business owner, it is refreshing seeing people take such pride and care into what they do for a living. I'm really impressed with this business! 10/10 I will be using them every time and have had an endlessly better experience than cheaper companies! read more

Jeff did an amazing job on our carpets - 2 story house with 3 rooms and lots of pet stains from the last few years! He is so passionate about his job and does such a great job. My husband says Jeff is easily the best carpet cleaner in the world lol. The owner Scotty is great as well, these guys are awesome and we will definitely be using easy clean again!!! They got tough pet stains out and went above and beyond with the customer service. Jeff also cleaned my sectional very thoroughly And my area rug! Thank you Jeff and easy clean for a great carpet cleaning experience! read more

I requested an estimate. I was not told at the time that unless I agreed to have the cleaning done right then and there, I would be charged an additional fee for them to return, should I decide to hire them. The technician probably said three or four times that "there is no charge for an estimate," yet, really, that is exactly what it would have been. read more

Jeff was great today. He really loves what he does. We just moved into a home being told that the seller had cleaned the home and professionally cleaned the carpets. Well we get the keys and clearly neither had been done. Jeff was able to help identify what we needed to do to better sustain his cleaning and helped us to add additional spaces we weren't anticipating needed cleaning to be done. We will definitely use Easy Clean Carpet again. In fact I will book them to come back and help us clean our tile and grout in a few weeks. Thanks Jeff for helping us start our new chapter with a clean start. read more

We needed our rugs and carpets cleaned before hosting friends for the weekend, and honestly, we were a bit embarrassed by how much dirt had built up. Fortunately, Scott from Easy Clean Carpet Care made the whole process seamless. He quickly confirmed our appointment and kept us updated, texting before sending Jeff over the very next day. Jeff arrived on time and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet & rug. He gave a fast, fair estimate and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options. He got to work right away and completed the job efficiently. We really appreciated the helpful tips he provided for keeping the our home clean and drying the carpets properly. We'll definitely be calling Easy Clean Carpet Care for all of our future cleaning needs! read more

Don't believe they're 149.00 deal, Jeff employee of Easy Clean Carpet just came and quoted me now 400.00 upon arrival. Super pushy, aggressive and really bad customer service! Here is the images of my living room and master bedroom so you can see the size that needed to be shampooed! Crazy to me! Also I only asked for one part of the sectional to be cleaned. I'll find another vendor. The part where the owner says "people running to social media to benefit" what's the benefit? I didn't ask for a discount I stated the price was not what I was told. 2 rooms, hallway or sofa. But because it a a sectional Jeff freaked out. No. I tried to explain to him what areas to. When I said then I won't move forward he said call my boss which I did and in the middle of trying to talk you hung up on me or let me guess the call got disconnected. I have no hallway-as shown in the pictures my sofa I clearly stated on the photo to you two pieces are newer and only one couch needed cleaned as shown even in the photo. Don't worry there are many carpet cleaning companies even carpet cleaners. For 200.00 I can even get one from target/ Home Depot, Lowe's. I'll putt the security footage and show how aggressive he was talking to me. read more

Albert did a fantastic job cleaning the dirty grout on my tile floors and bedroom carpets in my house. He confirmed the appointment and texted me before he headed over. Albert provided a fast and reasonable estimate and thoroughly explained my options. Albert was ready to immediately start the work and quickly completed the job. He provided suggestions to keep the tile clean and dry the carpets. I'll definitely call Easy Clean Carpet Care again for future cleanings. read more

Had a bathroom blow out and desperately needed the carpets outside the bathrooms disinfected and deep cleaned. Submitted a project on Yelp and Scottie responded promptly and offered to send someone out right away at a reasonable price. When they came out they actually did more than just outside the bathrooms, I was surprised to see that they also cleaned the connecting hallway and bedroom. Will definitely use them again! Thanks Scottie! read more

Recently had my carpets cleaned by Jeff. I requested them due to a dog pee stain. It was originally just 1 room but they gave me a great price for the hallway and stairs as well. Afterwards, I was very impressed by the job and how it left my carpets. For the price, I would definitely recommend because it wasn't too pricy and was definitely a great deal they ran me for everything which included an enzyme which would keep my pets from peeing on the treated carpets again! Thank you Jeff! read more

I started off my search for carpet cleaning last week, I put request in on yelp and this company had offered a good deal! So I decided to give them a try. Today I had Jeff come out and clean my carpets including my stairs , 2 rooms and small hall. He was a real friendly and knowledgeable guy. He wanted to make sure I got good customer service. My carpet is white and had a lot of stains. He did the best he could, which I appreciated! However, I wasn't pleased all the way because I think in my head I thought the carpet could be cleaner in some areas. So I reached out to the owner about my concerns. He was pretty nice and said we could get it taken care of today. He sent Jeff back out to my house, and redo the stairs. Pleased to say that Jeff came back with a smile, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. He cleaned my master bedroom, the hall and the stairs once again, and it looks way better! The customer service was great from Jeff and the boss. I am a happy customer. I usually don't help that often, and am always hesitant to reach out if I'm not happy, but I thought in this case I should. read more

Requested carpet cleaning for 2 bedroom, stairs and hallway. The owner says 5 hours to dry, Agreed $175. Arrived around 7:30 the guy came in with additional hard haggling charged additional for deordorizing claims that preserves something, $200. All windows open it took 3 days to dry due to excessive water. The owner when I reported this took zero responsibility, he said something was wrong on my part like maybe a leak. He threatened to fire the technician, and said I would have to work it out with the technician. Scott the owner, further became dismissive by stating he was busy. My reply was wait for my review. read more

Jeff did an amazing job cleaning our whole house! We were about to move in and found a number of pet stains in the carpet. He went over the carpet twice just to be sure to get them out, and took his time to get every corner of every room. He obviously pays close attention to his work. YOUR EMPLOYEE WITH YOUR LOGO came to my home. Bottom line. you DIDN'T stand behind your work. I don't care HOW I got your company to come to clean my carpet, Not my fault you work with the insurance company I was ASSIGNED to your "company". Your company is a joke and your Business practice is a joke. Again. Everything I stated is factual in my comment. Regardless of HOW I got the info for the business your work should be the same when someone contacts you through their insurance or straight to your phone. Your employee did a terrible job and made my carpets in WORSE condition then before he " cleaned" them. end of story read more

What an amazing job Jeff did on my carpets! His work was fast, organized and lots of attention to details. We have a puppy that is 1 year old this week, got him last year just before the pandemic broke out. Of course I did get Covid, so he was cooped up in my bedroom with me, and he did his best to use the pee pads in the shower--but he was a puppy, can't blame him. Bottom line, this is the 3rd time we've had the carpets cleaned since then. Jeff did a great job, guess the 3rd time was a charm! Thank you Jeff, we'll be sure to ask for you next time! read more
