In the past, whenever a spot could not be removed Daniel/the owner always told me about spots he couldn't get out. This time this younger guy, didn't tell my wife anything about spots, rips or damage.. lastly, the cleaner moved one of my landscape rocks to hold his house and on the way out my wife asked him to put it back. He said oh hasn't that been there all the time. It's not worth the money this time. I think I'm going to delete them from my contacts. We reached out to several carpet companies for quotes, but most of them gave us prices over the phone without ever seeing the house. Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first--and thank goodness he did. He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn't clean the carpet because it simply wasn't salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn't work, Sam helped us make the right decision by replacing the carpet. His pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure. We chose our carpet on a Friday, met with Sam the following Tuesday to sign the contract and pay the deposit, and his crew was already at our house demoing the old carpet that same day. The project was expected to be completed by Sunday, but they finished an entire day early on Saturday. The installation came out beautifully. The carpet is incredibly soft and plush--it honestly feels like we're walking on clouds. The craftsmanship is excellent, from the seamless installation throughout the rooms to the beautifully finished stairs. Everything looks clean, professional, and was completed with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever we called or texted Sam, he responded promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. To top it all off, Sam stands behind his work. He provides a one-year warranty, and if the carpet stretches or anything needs adjusting, they'll come back and make it right at no charge. It's rare to find a contractor who is this honest, responsive, and committed to doing quality work. From the very first phone call, the experience with Easy Clean Carpet Care was top-notch. Scotty was extremely polite and took the time to clearly explain his pricing breakdown based on the number of rooms we needed cleaned. At that point, we were still shopping around, trying to find a balance between the best deal and the best service. I already knew that for quality service, you sometimes have to give a little more, and Scotty made it clear why his company is rated 5 stars. After our call, Scotty followed up with a detailed text explaining the products they use and their overall cleaning process. That transparency alone set them apart. We ended up booking a Sunday morning/afternoon appointment. On the day of service, Alberto called us about 30 minutes before arrival, which we really appreciated because we were running an errand and it gave us time to get home. When we arrived, Alberto was already prepping hoses and water. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself, something I really value, as professionalism like that is becoming rare. My wife and I walked through the house with Alberto, pointed out areas of concern, and asked several questions about the products and cleaning process. Alberto had no issue explaining everything in detail, even going as far as comparing how hot their steam gets versus other companies that can't reach the same temperature. That reassurance made us feel confident that our carpets were going to come out clean and fresh. We also asked if we could see the water afterward since our carpets hadn't been cleaned in 9-10 years. Honestly, we expected it to be extremely dirty. While it wasn't clear, it was much cleaner than expected, to the point where even Alberto commented on how good it looked for carpets that old. My family and I are extremely happy with the results and beyond satisfied with the customer service. From Scotty, the owner, to Alberto in the field, this company truly delivers. I rented Rug Doctor from a local grocery store to clean up the office, but it didn't end up well. There are white stripes all over the carpet. Perhaps it was because I didn't realize the brush wasn't working until I was almost done. So, I did my homework & found a YouTube video showing the difference of rug doctor and the professional cleaner. I decided to let the Pro fix what I did to the office carpet. Steve from Easy Clean Carpet Care told me the white stripes was the soap residue from the rug doctor. I am not an expert to know what it is because I under-used the cleaner liquid, and I run twice without it. Perhaps the rug doctor was malfunction? Steve was friendly and professional. When he leaved, I noticed my finger was slippery whenever I touch the carpet to check how fast it was drying up. I texted Steve, and he came back because he told me that he was still in the area. He told me it is how cleaned carped feel. Then, after he leaved, I wash my hand, and it is like my fingers have soap all over it. So I texted & called again, but I got no response. I happened to have Scott's phone number during the time I set up the appointment. Scott is the owner. So I called Scott, and he assures me it is perfectly fine, and suggest I wait until it is cleaned. He offers he would fix it for free if there is an issue after the carpet is dried. I am concerned because if it is too much chemical, then it will easily attract dirt or might possibly comprise the carpet when it is already dried. So I called again, and Scott offers to come to the office. Hearing children on the background, I feel bad that he has to leave his family on Father Day. I told him that I would trust him, and wait until the carpet is dried. I give 5 stars because Scott owns it. Although it is Father's day and he is with his children, he is willing to go out and fix the issue. It is outstanding customer service. Kudo to Scott! I've been a Residential Real Estate Broker and a laboring craftsman in the Greater Sacramento area for 18 years. After personally updating 9 homes from top to bottom, front to back, inside and out, I understand and appreciate a skilled laborer, a good price, and a hard-working craftsman. Jeff from, Easy Clean Carpet Care, did not cut any corners in a monumental effort to save our white plush rugs in our otherwise pristine home located in Granite Bay. We knew we had a 50/50 chance of getting Rocky's, urine out of the rug. Rocky is 95 in dog years. Before he lost full control of his bladder, he was the mascot at an upscale nursing home and greatly beloved by the residents. He came into our home and care some 9 months ago now. Jeff was able to do deep, cleaning, specialized enzymatic treatments, and apply a rug sealant for future protection. He restored and saved all rooms in our large home save the family room. After a couple days of drying, I called the owner, Scottie, as we still had an odor in the master bedroom. Jeff returned to once again do his best to remove the last of the odors and stains in the master bedroom with good success. Scotty and Jeff's willingness to do whatever it took to satisfy us, was obvious throughout this process. When Jeff returned, he demonstrated his ability to clean tile and grout. I had him restore the kitchen and the laundry room. Great pricing, skill, tools and effort. I recommend their services with confidence but I must add that owners need to understand some rug/pad damage will not be able to be corrected by any steam cleaning techniques. When I reflect back on my experience with Steve from Easy Clean Carpet Care the first thing that comes to mind is world class service. This guy was easy to talk to, proffessional, polite, courteous and among many other things FAST AND EFFICIENT! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANYTO ANYONE WANTING GREAT SERVICE AND EFFICIENCY. My carpet looks amazing as do my nooks and cranny's. Even my base bords are nicely cleaned. I have an 8 year old that can be a little rough on my carpet and Steve handled it like a pro! Awsome amazing service. I was so pleased I went and got subway for us and we chilled and ate for a few while the rugs he did as a courtesy were drying. He even went through explaining the cleaning solutions he used and how it affects the carpets longevity. I have used easy clean now over seven years for rentals and my own carpets and have referred dozens of friends and have always had them come if they were ever late due to mechanical breakdown or for reasons beyond their control they have always called and or stayed on top of it all no matter what kind of business you have . Life sometimes brings those unexpected problems but they have always stayed on top of it all. They always come Even when scheduling sometimes makes them crazy like when services are doubled up due to unforeseen vehical breakdown .they might be late but they always call and try to reschedule that is the life of the business , and the Quality of service is the best . I contacted Easy Clean Monday, had someone on the phone with me right away, talked me through different options for a complete house carpet cleaning, and booked an appointment.... ALL WITHIN 30 MINUTES!!! Scottie was on top of the whole process and made sure we got the best service possible. Not only was the customer service over the phone amazing, but the in person interaction was marvelous as well. Marcus was the man who came and cleaned the carpets and also repaired a part of our hallway that our puppy chewed up. I called and was able to set an appointment within a few days. The tech Jeffrey was punctual polite and very detail oriented. I laid out the issues and before I could blink he had a plan in place to correct them.. we settled on a price for services. I watched him set up just for a few minutes before I had to take off to work, and he pulls out these plastic half triangle looking things so I asked what the were and Jeffrey explained they were to protect your corner so the hose doesn't chew them up!!!! Right up until that moment I thought this was just the same old carpet cleaning company, but not now. Jeffrey did an amazing job, no corner damage and the carpet looked amazing. I'm a new Yelp user and find this site to be really useful. Now for the review. I called easy clean for a quick clean in a rental property awhile back and Bobby was my tech. I informed him to the best of my knowledge the condition of the carpet(it's a rental I'm sure you understand). Bobby was honest and informative. Some areas were worse than others and he gave me a quote that was higher than expected however I felt fair do to the condition of the carpet. We came to an agreement and we started work. I was at the property the entire time he was cleaning and he really put effort into the job. I was pleased to say the least. So I just recently rented the property and my tenants are happy as clams. Wow!! I am amazed!! My carpet was horrible, was going to have it replaced after the holidays because it was so bad. I decided to go ahead and spend the extra money to have it cleaned so the grandkids wouldn't have to sit on a dirty floor when they gather around the Christmas tree to open presents. I recently used Easy Clean on the recommendation of a relative, and was extremely pleased. Our carpet is 14 years old, and has been cleaned twice a year since we put it in, using two other companies. We thought it was getting time to consider replacing parts of it, because it was just not coming clean anymore, but Marcus spent 3+ hours going over all the worst spots again and again. It has not looked this good in many years! He used lots of strong pretreatment, but there is no evidence of soap or chemical residue at all. Best of all, when I texted him the next day to say there were a few areas that still looked soiled, he was out within a few hours and took care of them to our satisfaction. To top that he was able to have someone at our house on the same day when others were quoting me 7 - 10 days wait time and an extra $100 for the same service. Steve, our technician, notified me in advance of his arrival, and did an outstanding job when he arrived. Steve took the time to make sure our reclining sofa and double-reclining love seat were spotless, and for the extra $100 that the other guys wanted I got pet odor removal, fabric treatment to prevent future stains and issues, and Steve even cleaned our 9x12 area rug for no extra charge. Was told that someone would show up between 9 and 12. Scott showed up at 10:30 which was perfect. He was very friendly and went over several options for me. He is very knowledgable and gives you tons of different options without being pushy. The carpets look FABULOUS!!! I have a very light tan carpet and it had been 2 years since last cleaning so it was pretty bad. High traffic areas especially. He was quick but made sure if there was a tough spot he gave it extra attention. Price was good. I have a daughter in ASA travel ball so price is everything. My house has very heavy traffic as we have children and 3 dogs and a lot of friends over. I called on a Tuesday asking for a cleaning for the very next day as we were having a gathering and the guy "Steve" said okay I can accommodate that. He showed up the very next day was very professional. since we do have animals he also suggested a product in addition to the standard cleaning in order to upscale the results. As he began cleaning I could see the results immediately. The next day I gave out his number to several people and said please call Easy Clean the next time you need your carpets done and ask for STEVE! Today I am still very pleased with the results and will never call a different company. read more

I have 3 animals that love to rub and make a mess on our couch and rugs. One of them even had an accident of the couch. We decided to have them professionally cleaned especially before we have company coming over for the holidays. My husband and I have used this company in the past and loved their work and they are very affordable. We had Jeff the technician which we have had in the past that did an amazing job making our items look almost brand new! I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and his level of professionalism while he cleaned each piece of furniture. Our furniture smells great and looks amazing! This is my second time using Easy Clean for my apartment and the second time having Steven as my tech. I recommend them for sure!! Steven is so friendly and such a funny guy! He always makes sure I am getting the best deals, and he cleans my carpet quick and like a pro. I will not ever call anyone else. He is always on time, ready to go, and always in a good mood. He goes over the spots multiple times and every time he leaves, I feel like I have new carpet again. Both times they were professional, I called and got an appt within the next couple days, and he was prompt and on time. Couldn't ask more from a business! Easy Clean did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in our home this past Sunday! The grime path on our carpet was a tragedy! A Sunday appointment was very cool because it did not disrupt our busy weekday activities with such a huge cleaning project! Steven, the carpet cleaning technician was GREAT! He arrived within the schedule time frame that we chose! He was friendly and courteous which is always nice! He worked extremely hard on a super hot day! AM SO HAPPY WITH EASY CLEAN CARPET CARE I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY Carpets done for two years from them now and this past year I was a victim of domestic violence and I had to move from my home and needed a carpet cleaner so that I can get my deposit back from my landlord. I spoke with the owner as I was pulling out of my driveway and expressed my concern. He offered to withdraw from the job and not charge me a thing.But I said no, as long as you're here, go ahead and do the job. I was told by my friend who stayed in the house today that the technicians only spent thirty minutes cleaning three bedrooms (traffic areas only). It took 8 hours for the carpets to dry. It's been 1 month and the master bedroom is already showing signs of dirt. From the confusion of speaking, with the first technician who said the drying time was 2 hours (Chem Dry, I thought) to now where I see soiling on my carpet, I can't say I'm happy, especially for what I paid. I wish you luck Addison, but you won't get a call back from me.

They are not willing to squeeze us in, but state that they have other bookings and can not clean our house. What an incredible inconvenience! UPDATE: Updated from 1 to 3 stars. A few hours after contacting lots of other carpet cleaners to try to still get the job done (since I had already moved all the furniture) Jeff called to confirm our appointment. I was super confused and told him the office staff had said I had no appointment. He assured me I was on his schedule and that he would call the office. He called a few minutes later and all was squared away. He showed up on our appointment date on schedule and completed the job as quoted. I love the job with the grout cleaning and most of the carpet throughout except for the master bedroom. I think that maybe we just have a very light color carpet there and maybe that's why it didn't look as clean as I would have hoped. Pictures follow. The scheduling part was so confusing and such a hassle that I don't want to call back to have them come look at the master again so I'll just tell myself it's my carpet color. The reason for the 3 is that I wasted a good two hours trying to find a new cleaner when they had me in the schedule after all. My advice would be to check a day or two after booking to make sure you're on the schedule.

Making the appointment was super easy. I called and within a few minutes I had an appointment for 2 weeks out at my request. They emailed me a work order that included a basic quote. Since I wanted pet deodorizing + deep cleaning, AGC informed me that the technician would give me a new quote once he assessed my apartment. The technician I had was Jeff! Jeff was a rockstar, and super helpful. My carpets looked better than new once he was done! His add-on quote for the pet deodorizing was SO reasonable! I couldn't believe it! I'm kind of embarrassed to be attaching these photos because my carpet was disgusting, but check out the during and after! Seriously, I think I'll be scheduling once or twice a year carpet cleanings from now until forever. AGC made it so affordable and so easy! Thanks Jeff!

Eric at Pure Clean flaked on our appointment…read more I made an appointment on their web site scheduled for 8:15 am to 9:25am. We rearranged all the furniture the night before and made arrangements for our dog to be gone during the day of the cleaning appointment. I had a doctor appointment that morning but my partner was home waiting for Eric to arrive. I received several texts from two different phone numbers stating it was Eric and he had a flat tire. I received these texts while I was at my dr. appointment so I did not see them right away. When I was done with the doctor and saw the texts and replied (within the 8:15am to 9:25am appointment window) he said that he moved onto the next appointment and wouldn't be coming. This was at 9:20 am! I called him several times then and left voicemails but he never answered or called back. There was somebody waiting at the house for him to clean our carpets and he never showed up, wasting our entire morning and having to rearrange all the heavy furniture for nothing. When I tried to contact Groupon to file a complaint and get my money back, he lied and said we called him names like trash and that he refused to refund our money. We told him his customer service was trash, not him personally, which is true! I had to file many complaints and waste so much time with Groupon trying to get my money back from this guy. Do not do business with Pure Clean!!

Adding a surcharge to a credit card purchase -must be done AT THE POINT OF SALE - I.e. when I bought the Groupon not after the carpet was cleaned AND btw - Businesses MUST notify the card network and acquirer (processor) in advance of adding a surcharge (Visa/Mastercard requires 30 days' notice). Hope this helps and thanks for mentioning that you usually charge your customers 3% and not charging us. Carpet looks cleaner but we could still see the outline of my furniture (we had to move) when you left and we did have to wash our tile from your footprints.
