He gutted both rooms, installed new flooring, custom cabinets with granite counter tops, new kitchen lighting plus under-cabinet lighting & accent lighting, and rewired outlets. He recommended one of his crew to rebuild a fireplace mantle. Guy has provided several other projects even after we challenged his estimates. Again, he wasn't always the cheapest. He remodeled our master bath by removing the tub, upgrading plumbing, & making a large shower with camouflaged drain. Another project was to replace the tub, install new plumbing, tiling and flooring in our Guest Bath. Aside from other small projects, Guy also continued the flooring from the kitchen, down the halls, and our dining room and den. All work was supervised or completed by Guy's son, Mark. The crews were always punctual, clean, and as quiet as possible. They were also too polite. Guy and Mark are sometimes more critical of their work than they probably should be. All labor and products used are guaranteed or warranted. No repairs or product upgrades have cost me a dime! A couple of notes: If Guy has an improved idea to yours, GO WITH GUY! Also, no contractor is as good as Guy with satisfying a couple who have different ideas and choices!

As construction goes, the project was delayed for several months. Steve Dietz worked with us through our many delays. I worked with Steve Dietz to draw plans for our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area and bar area. I was able to describe what I wanted and Steve made suggestions. We installed Knotty Aldar in our house. The cabinets were built to plans and installed. There were a couple of minor problems with the cabinets but they were fixed immediately. West Pacific Cabinets was easy to work with, did what they said they would do at the price they quoted. In December 2011 I had they build and install an entertainment cabinet and bathroom cabinet in our newly purchased condo. Again, they met our expectations and did the job they said they would do. We had a mix-up on the paint stain that was done to the cabinets so I would suggest direct communication with the painter. In the end, the project was successfully completed and we are happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.for your cabinet needs.

We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. The focus on and pride they have for their family says a lot about how they run Galleria Kitchens and Baths. We are already planning another guest bath remodel with them, and look forward to welcoming them into our home again soon.

I made a couple small tweaks but everything else was her execution of the concepts rolling around my brain, Pinterest pages, etc. One of the things that drew me to Kitchen Mart is that they do all the work in-house (i.e., no subcontractors). My project manager (Edgar Mendoza) was an awesome communicator with eMail, text messages, or calls on a regular basis and the KM team would call to remind me of project checkpoints (e.g., start of demo, inspections, etc.). The individual team leads were great as well, in regular contact, and receptive to questions or suggestions. From demo though construction, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, counters, and to final hookups, everything Kitchen Mart did was done with great care. I'd heard horror stories of change orders, etc. but my job only had three small change orders, one of which was my fault. Two of the change orders were actually credits and the third was to cover the cost of the inspections (which I was expecting since the actual cost isn't known up front). Even with a couple issues (neither their fault), they stuck to the schedule without exception and completed the job on the day promised. They were VERY clean and were even cleaning/dusting the floors *outside the construction* area on the last day. The quality of the cabinetry (KraftMade) and Kitchen Mart's craftmanship is exceptional. I was 110% happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't hesitate to use them for additional projects!
