Thank you Lori for your exemplary service. Our contractor was missing $30 worth of Schluter amongst the materials to complete our shower installation which may have held up the job by 3 days as they couldn't locate any locally. I took it upon myself to call any local sources for it and found what we needed here, at Styles N Tiles. Lori was kind enough to pull it and waited 25 minutes past their closing hours for me to arrive (I had to drive across town). Great selection! Fantastic customer service! We have used them twice for kitchen remodels (different houses) over the past 5 years. Tom & Lori were extremely helpful & patient with my wife's vacillations during the selection process. Tom's suggested style combinations truly helped. When we got down to the final selection they provided us our own personal samples to have in the house to make sure we were happy with our selection. SUPREME CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a year long search for the perfect brick tile, I found Mediterranea's Chicago collection and contacted their company based in FL. I was called by Lori letting me know she was an authorized dealer and so helpfully could order samples of the color I was interested in. When I was finally able to get there, Lori was off, but working with Tom was also a delightful experience. I ended up switching color (they had the others in stock to see) and fell in love. I always advise seeing tile in person before ordering. Tom went above and beyond to help me, seldom found in customer service anywhere these days. The store is not huge, but the large assortment of tiles and specialized tiles are displayed in a very efficient and appealing manner, making them all very easy to view and make decisions. Based on both knowledge and willingness to help, this will be the first store I contact when tile shopping because of Lori and Tom. Mediterranea also turned out to be a wonderful company to work with for me after contacting them. read more

Staff is helpful and selection is nice. If your tile person is awesome and you don't have any extra tile, I'd recommend this place. If your tile person is an over-orderer, like mine, save your business for a place that accepts returns. I'm using a different tile store for my next project. Their selection of tiles is mind boggling. The first time I shopped here was four years ago for bathroom tile. I recently went back to look at floor tiles and was overwhelmed by the selection but they were very helpful in narrowing down my choices and loaned me several samples to take home. Amazing staff and products. I searched all over town while planning a kitchen remodel and got lucky when I found this place. They had the porcelain flooring I wanted & even ordered a sample for me. They advised me on the edging for the back splash. They stored the materials until our contractor was ready to pick them up. Tom & Lori really know their stuff. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We love this store. The people in here actually know tile well and all about installing it too. They will give you good advice on what might look good and what to do if you are doing a DIY project. We have done two projects with tile from this store and trust me, you can shop around to all the big stores, but you won't get the same service (in fact we got a lot of misinformation on installation from the bigger stores), plus even though this store is small they seriously have the best selection in the area. read more

By far, the BEST of its kind in the area! I went to literally every tile store in the Sacramento area, and Styles N Tile was the best! Tom and Lori are extremely knowledgeable and very patient.
