We cannot say enough positive things about Nick Williams and the craftsman that he is. We had several interviews lined up and cancelled the others after meeting with Nick. He explained to us how to choose the best tile and what might happen if we don't. We just finished phase 1 of our project, tiling our family room, master bedroom and bath, and living room. Nick would always arrive when he said he was coming, was respectful of our home, discussed any decisions that had to be made explaining our options and any downsides, and best of all did a fantastic job installing our tile. The craftsmanship cannot be beat. I would trust Nick to install any tile that you have anywhere in your home. You will not be disappointed. We begin phase 2 next week and then we loved it so much we have ordered more tile for a phase 3 after that. read more

We have had Nick at our house for the last four months because we had a large job for him. He started with our master bathroom re-tiled the toilet room and then did the tile in the master shower and then we moved onto our pool bath where he did the tile on the floor and he also did the tile above the bathtub.. then after that, we moved onto our kitchen floor and a tiled our kitchen floor. Then he did the tile in our guest bath both on the floor and for the shower. And then finally today he finished the tile in our hallway bath and that was both the floor and the shower I will attach pictures. Nick is our go to person for all tile projects and we won't use anyone else. he is professional, gives you an accurate estimate ahead of time, includes you to make all decisions that need to be made and he gives you all the knowledge that you need to make those decisions and he gives you a competitive price. I highly recommend Nick Williams for any of your tile needs. read more

You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least talk to Nicolas about your tile project. Nic installed stacked stone on our fireplace surround and an accent wall in our dining room. We are exceedingly happy with the result. Nic takes his time, really taking pride in his work. He has great advice from his experience. He also listens to the homeowners vision. Nic's prices are very reasonable. We have had other tile installers that were happy with "good enough". Nic will not settle until it is something he would want in his home. Beautiful work and a very nice man. It was also very important to us that Nic was very sensitive to COVID precautions, wearing a mask at all times. Give him a call. read more

We absolutely love our new floors and highly recommend Williams Custom Tile! I reached out to several companies and contractors to get estimates. Nicholas was quick to reply and was even able to come same day for a quote. He was on time, descriptive of the process, and completely willing to work with us. We had our entire house tiled, which was quite a job! Nicholas laid out the plan of how everything would go and was flexible on timing so we could shuffle our house around since we were still residing in our house during the work. He was always prompt, communicative, and extremely detail oriented. I am amazed at the precision of the grout lines and how perfect it looks! This past week I have continued to stop and admire our flooring because of how beautiful it is. If I ever have a tiling job in the future I will definitely go with Williams T read more

He's B-A-C-K! Nicolas just finished doing my last 2 rooms to be tiled. I can't say enough about this man - he is a "10." As he was with the 1st job, he is a great communicator - he kept me posted on his schedule and he always replied promptly to my texts to him. When he says 7:30am, he means 7:30 am. Each tile matters so, his work just looks wonderful. I really appreciate Styles & Tiles recommending him to me. read more

Nick is a hard worker and all about quality. The tile was set level and looks fantastic! He respected our house and kept things clean, as well as taking all the extra precautions due to Covid. His price was very competitive. He beat 2 other companies quotes by $1,000. What we appreciated about Nick was he took the time to explain what he would do and why to help us understand what to expect and what materials would be best to use. No other company did that. They just gave us an estimate. He's a professional and if we ever do more tile work, we'll be sure to use him again. Highly recommended! read more

We had Nick do all of our tile work for our remodel. He did the showers, bathroom and laundry room flooring as well as our stone fire place. His work was perfection!!!!! Very honest, reliable and fair priced. I would highly recommend. Remodeling is so stressful, and nothing goes as planned. He helped with issues that had nothing to do with him or his work. We've remodeled numerous homes in the past and had different tile installers and none of their workmanship has compared. Wish we had met him sooner. Nick's eye for perfection is AMAZING. Even our shower door installers couldn't believe how perfect the angles and lines were on the tile work. Every contractor that came in after his work and saw his quality ended up asking for his card. We highly recommend. read more
