Great experience ordering 3 slabs from 2 different vendors. Sam was prompt with his communication and easy to work with. Transparent with pricing. I will definitely be reaching out to Sam first for any future tile needs! read more

Worked with TL to identify new tile/LVP flooring options for our kitchen, laundry and bath. Andy was extremely helpful in identifying options within our budget and connecting us with installers. He was also quite knowledgeable about the different flooring materials which we appreciated. read more

Tile Liquidators helped us with our rental property. They were professional, friendly and had so many great recommendations for us. We would definitely use them again. read more

By not doing basic measurements of the renovated room, they supplied us with less tile than needed, delaying the project several weeks. The tile was "handmade" and with literal tire tracks; while drying, apparently a vehicle ran over it. When asked why this was supplied to the installer (who installed the unsightly tiles), the owner replied that the tiles are "expected to have imperfections." Shame on me for trusting this company to supply an average amount and average quality of tile. read more

I recently ordered from Tile Liquidators for a large flooring project for my house and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I arrived at the showroom and Hillary recommended a few tile options that would work in each space then figured out how much I needed to order for my project. The tile arrived on time and was well packaged to ensure nothing was broken during transit. I am very happy with the tile and it looks great in my home. read more

My wife and I are planning on remodeling our kitchen. Our friend recommended this place so stopped in last week. It was a breath of fresh air! Picking out tile and countertops can be overwhelming. They made the experience enjoyable, easy and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. They have a ton of great options! read more

Nick is incredibly awesome. Gave me great advise while I was redoing my mother in laws bathroom and made sure I had everything I needed. Not even going to tell you how much money I saved by using Tile Liquidators! Their prices are ridiculous! (They also got us a great deal on the Quartz countertops!) read more

After searching every tile shop in the area for handmade ceramic tile for my shower, I found the perfect tiles at Tile Liquidators. The showroom is comparatively smaller than those in the area which I preferred (some showrooms are so overwhelming). Quality tiles at competitive prices. Nick was a pleasure to work with - informative, detail oriented and made the process hassle free. read more

So thankful for the help I received at Tile Liquidators while working on a commercial project for a church renovation. They had lots of items on display, were attentive to my requests and patient in supplying many different samples before I found what I was looking for. Products are excellent quality, prices were fair, and they arranged for delivery with a 3rd party vendor. Every step from first interaction to numerous written estimates to date of delivery was completed with care. I had no trouble trusting these people with such a large project. Thank you, Jared! read more

I needed some pool tile same day. I went to a few other places, but they were either closed, or had zero inventory. I stopped in to TL, Nick didn't have what I needed, but sent me to a supplier in the area. I was able to get my tile same day thanks to Nick. I didn't get a discount off retail, but was happy to use him to buy the tile so he could get a cut. Thanks man, from the guy with the two little girls needing tile same day. read more

Tile liquidators was awesome! They are so kind and I'm happy with my experience in purchasing tile from them. When we were first interested in tile, they were patient with our timeline. They continued to follow up with phone calls, not in an annoying way. When they didn't have a sample we wanted to see, they drove to a business down the street and brought it back to us. Wow! Talk about going the extra mile. There were delays with our countertops. Not their fault but their middle company that was supplying the quartz was also very kind and connected with Tile Liquidators about the delays and finding us another option. I ended up paying more for a different quartz. I'm fine with that because I did not want to go to a different business. read more

Nick really helped me out with all my tile needs from first time walking in. Great service and options! Definitely will be back.

I wish I'd read a couple of these reviews before I shopped at Tile Liquidators in Sacramento. Nick got nothing right about our tile order, except the actual tile. It didn't ship until after the date we needed it, and when it did ship, it went to the wrong location. He didn't order the grout when he should have. He didn't call when the tile arrived as he said he would, even though I'd called him earlier in the day and asked about it. Nick only exacerbated the situation by being completely condescending. I've got quite a lot more remodeling to be done in our old home, but I will never shop there again. Nick requested that I leave a review, so that's what I'm doing. read more

I went to this location because I was just at a big tile shop store very close and their customer service was dismal. I won't name them because I didn't do business with them. So by accident I tried Tile Liquidators. The tile I needed to match was 5 years old and I didn't think I would find a match but hoping for something close. I had a good size sample with me and in no time they found a perfect match. I bought 500 square feet and it came in as they said it would and not a single broken tile. Boy am I happy. read more

Nick was extremely helpful and thorough. Definitely recommend talking to him for tile.

Jared and Nick are great to work with! We have done business with them for quite sometime. They are very honest, responsive, and friendly. We have done business with many flooring outlets and this business is where your search for the best ends. Much thanks Tile Liquidators! read more

I had a short time to select tile for my shower remodel. I went to four different stores and couldn't find what I wanted, until I went to Tile Liquidators. They are a small store, but have a nice selection and good prices. The five stars was not only for the quality tile and selection, it was mostly for the service and assistance I received from the store manager. We ordered our tile today, so I will update this review after we receive the product. read more

Nick was great and I would highly recommend visiting this store. We used tile liquidators for multiple projects including our master and guest bath as well as kitchen floor tile. Although one of the smaller of the tile showrooms in this area they have a great selection and it's honestly the service that counts when trying to find what you need! We experienced timely and fair shipping, which was also great given many other places were out of stock or delayed. read more

I stumbled upon this store yesterday as I was in the area looking for new countertops and flooring (wood looking tile) The store is small yet they had a really nice selection and much more personal service than I've received anywhere else. I'm in love with the samples Matt Murphy let me take home for a few days and hope to make a purchase soon and hire the contractors they recommended. read more

Like most people, when shopping for flooring my husband and I were searching for the best quality product that would fit within our budget. Having spent a full day going store to store without success, I was ready to call it quits but my husband talked me into visiting one last store, Tile Liquidators in South Sacramento (just off Stockton Blvd). Upon entering the store we were greeted by Victory, the store owner. Victory was nothing less than amazing! Not only did she help us choose the perfect vinyl plank flooring, but she also went out of her way to get us the best price. When my husband told Victory that he was planning to install the floor himself, she really took an interest in our project, answering all of our questions and educating us along the way. Victory even made several calls on our behalf to help coordinate aspects of our project that did not benefit her, we were pretty blown away. It seems that post-COVID it is really hard to find a business that goes the extra mile for its customer, but Victory did that and we are so grateful. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate Victory at Tile Liquidators a 100!! read more

After going to many different tile stores I ended up here from a family recommendation. When I arrived (on a Saturday at the beginning of august) I looked at the tile and Jared was very friendly and helpful. He showed me what they had and then sold me tile, grout, thin set and grout separators. I was told by him that he would call me on the following Monday with the eta of my tile. I waited and called him to follow up the following Friday. Whoever answered (not sure if it was Nick or Jared) told me my tile would arrive by the end of the month (AUGUST). I waited and called on September 1 to ask where my tile was. Nick answered and told me I need to wait and be patient. Then I asked when my tile will arrive. He said by the 5th of September. Again no one called and I waited until the 10th. I was again met with some condescending answer like 'it's going to be here soon'. Then I called again on September 21 and asked where my tile was. I asked and then explained that I was told it would arrive by the end of the month in August. He says 'it will be here by the end of August' I then explain its September 21... confused he then starts to be condescending again (kind of the way a woman is treated at a mechanic) and said 'it will be here by the end of August'. Are we talking end of August 2021? I'm confused. The tile finally arrived at the very end of September. The products they have are great the problem is they have terrible customer service. I shouldn't have to chase my product down especially if it's much later or back ordered. Be better. Don't be condescending to your customers. I have much more tile to buy for my house but won't be buying it from you. I will also not be recommending you to anyone. read more

Jared at Tile Liquidators is a boss. He walked us through selection, followed thru calling us on pickup date, and handled a minor hiccup like a champ! There are many suppliers but few will give you this level of service! read more

I was connected to Jared at Tile Liquidators through a wonderful designer and friend! I was looking for a very specific tile that unfortunately had a long lead time. He found a sample of the exact tile I wanted and took to the time to find the perfect match in an alternative tile with a quick ship time. Great service and responsiveness through email as well. Thank you, Jared! read more

Matthew is the man. Just go find the tile you want from other stores, if he can supply it, he'll give you a better price. They have a decent selection here too and are associated with Palm tile across the street. It was a very nice, hassle-free experience and worth stopping by if you're looking for tile. read more

Nick has been a tremendous help getting us tile samples and helping us place a custom tile order. We gave up trying to order the same tile through another store. 12 attempts ended up with the wrong color sample, and in the end, the other store actually declined to order the tile for us because we were not a large scale builder. Many tile stores will only work with large builders, leaving many of us to buy at the big box and forget custom tiles. Thank you Nick for providing excellent service! read more

I went to Tile liquidators to buy some tile. Nothing fancy 12x24 white floor tiles, white hexagon shower floor tiles, and some accent tiles. Along with some sacks of thin set. None of the items they had on hand, and that they would have to transfer it from another store. The order was paid in full on a Weds and was promised the order to be ready Friday of the same week. As of Tues the following week at noon they didn't have one item of my nearly $1800.00 order. So I canceled the order with the owner Jared. He threatened a restock charge, mind you I didn't receive one item other than my receipt of $1796.70. Where no where on the receipt says there will be a restocking charge on orders where they fail to perform on their promise date. I paid in full, I told him to take it up with his end, that Im not eating a restock charge on items they hadnt even received yet. Preceded to pick up my tiles at another tile supplier and some from the big box store. I replaced the entire order for less than $700.00. 2 weeks later I finally get my credit back on my credit card less 25%. So I called Tile Liquidators and spoke to Nick the store manager "the guy who sold me the tile and made the promise date" and asked him why my credit was short. He said it was a restocking fee and he wasn't doing anything about it. Basically told me to piss up a rope and hung up on me. So Im working with my credit card to dispute it. But the bottom line if you do business with these pricks GOOD LUCK. Oh and their prices are a rip off. read more

While not a huge showroom, this location has a solid selection of tiles and flooring products. I actually found a beautiful glass tile I had not seen anywhere else (dozens of stores and sites). After taking the sample board home for a closer look, I decided it was the one! Worked with Matthew who gave great advice on grout color and edging details. Look forward to seeing the finished product and working with Tile Liquidators on future projects. read more

Jarod and Nick ,the owner and manager, went way past the call of duty helping me with three bathroom remodels ...from picking out tile and coordinating colors and patiently answering my daily questions and gently guiding me away from mistakes ... and more.! They even came to my house to better understand what I was describing and needing ( no charge!)... I happened to choose this store randomly as it's in a colony of other tile stores ... I can't tell you how lucky I was to pick this one!! For sheer 5 star customer service , and customer respect , and depth of knowledge and experience , they are the best! read more

Matthew and Jared save the day! When we found out the tile we had selected from another store was unavailable I needed to find tile in stock and ready to be installed the next day. I called TL's and Matthew got to work on some options that might fit our needs and upon arrival they had assembled the in stock tiles for me and were able to confirm the availability for the quantity needed.
