Huge selection, Competitive prices [Sacramento CA]…read more I had a pleasant experience with this company that I regret not coming to them first when I started my bathroom remodeling project. Well, now I know. Their warehouse is huge, a distributor of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, quartz, marble, and granite countertops I needed a shower wall that was 84" tall and they had it in stock. David greeted me right away as soon as I walked. After I told him what I needed he walked me over that section and showed me the different types they offered. Friendly and very helpful. Good customer service. They sell various shades of white cabinets, floors and countertops. So many home remodeling I'd like to get started and now I know where to go for my next project ideas. We went there after visiting 4 other stone / tile showrooms. We were starting to lose hope on finding just the right backsplash tile for our mid-century modern home. We walked in and fell in love! We quickly found the perfect tile in a vast selection. It was a Sonoma Tile - handmade in Sonoma. The sales person did an ok job with us - but we really got excited when we talked to Kathy. She was super knowledgeable and really sealed the deal on this tile choice and provided excellent service along the way! Downside was that the fires in Sonoma halted production for a week or so so they got backed up and took a few extra weeks to make our tile. But that misfortune turned into the most extraordinary fortune for us! Because we waited we found the best tile installer EVER! He was on the reference sheet provided by Natural stone. We had several of the preferred tile installers come and bid our job. Michael Dytrych had a solid bid (not the cheapest and not the highest) but his detailed bid won us over. Michael is an artist not a tile installer. He placed and cut every tile with amazing precision and incredible attention to detail. These photos don't really do the job justice but I hope you can see the detail and craftsmanship. All in all a fantastic experience and we are going back. I highly recommend Natural Stone Design Gallery and Michael. They aren't the cheapest - but clearly the best and an incredible value!

Fanny has helped me with thousands of kitchens and bathrooms over the 10+ years that our company has done business with them. A phone call is all it takes to go over the infrequent issues that may arise. I would have to say after the several thousand transactions I have done, the eight or nine times I've had to call because of an error has been handled quickly and satisfactorily. And that's to say nothing of the 20 cases I've had to call because of an error on my part that Fanny has handled these gracefully and quickly as well. We have used pretty much all of their products and would recommend everything they have to offer. I had arental that I had put kitchen cabinets in and after 10 years, I was surprised to find that I only needed to clean the cabinets not to completely replace or rebuild them! The cabinets are 100% wood with no particleboard! They hold up well and are very moderately priced for what you get. And as I say after thousands of transactions, I would buy them every day of the week.

It was a unique experience. Bob did a clean demo and strong underlay. The installers, Juan and Carlos, did a great job on the seams and backsplash. Follow-up by Pete to correct a minor concern was timely and effective.
