At first, we were concerned because Felipe had to work with a different company that was doing our surfaces, so the timing of the project was more than 3 weeks. However, he was able to work it out with them and still get the bathroom remodel started. Essentially all we did was give Felipe a few pictures of what we wanted and he was already had the plans drawn up from demo to finish. We did have a hiccup when they installed the wrong type of cabinets, but Felipe was able to come through with the some cabinets that were to our liking and took the time to reinstall the new one without delay. I'd definitely go with him again. Just some advice for those who have never gone with a general contractor like him: have all your tile material, furnishings, fixtures, and paint ready to go before they start.
