Called the company to discuss my concerns, an employee stated as to say "well things happen, nothing last forever" to paraphrase. With two independent contractors review of the master bathroom, the following repairs were found: cracked tiles, waterproof board not supported at seams, label not removed from waterboard to allow proper adhesion, I was provided with pictures and written estimates.
