We had a great experience with AMG Doors! They helped us build and install our ProVia door, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and they were responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. The door installer did a fantastic job -- everything was installed carefully and looks great. We also felt the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the product and work. We're very happy with our new door and would definitely recommend AMG Doors! read more

Great service and the sliding glass doors are great! Keeps our living room cooler than our old doors.

Another great job by AMG and team. AMG remodeled my front door and also replaced my failing french patio door this time that wasn't closing properly! Originally thought I would have to replace two really expensive side lights as well but Mike assured me it could be done while keeping them intact - he was right! I will admit the calling service does appear outsourced, but most importantly, everything occurred as planned, including the delivery and install date. The install quality is very very consistent. Can't say enough about this team. I will be using them again! read more

Had a great experience with the AMG. Mike was super responsive and gave great advise on what windows to go with. Joel (who lead the installation) was great. Loved how Joel explained everything before the installation began and installed the windows quickly. Clean up on the property was also done well. Thank you! read more

From the consultation to the actual install, it's been a great experience. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. It was very straightforward and pricing was very reasonable. There was a discrepancy in the estimate and they honored it. They answered all my questions and were very patient. The installers came in and took care of the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up nicely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a door install. Great company to work with! read more

AMG did an overall A plus job in the pre-work, pricing and installation of our 12 new retrofit Anlin vinyl windows. Our old windows were 26 years old and starting to fail. Mike Guttridge did original walk through and pricing estimate, which we thought was reasonable. Joel and his crew installed the new windows in 4 days with professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the "no drama" outcome of this project and recommend AMG without hesitation. read more

Booked a quote appointment. Confirmation received via text. Day before received a call to schedule but for the following week !! Then a further text once again confirming original date and a call back to confirm this. 8am arrival booked...at 8.04 received call that they couldn't make it.... If getting a quote is this hard then I can't begin to think what doing business with them would be like...I won't be finding out for sure !!!!! As you can see from the company response. Obviously not customer focused !!! read more

After 30+ yrs with a wooden front door and a warped walk in garage door it was time for replacements. Michael of AMG made the selection easy and Joel and his partner did a perfect job of installation. I love the front door with the "decorative glass." MISERABLE EXPERIENCE! I reached out to this team needing help with a pocket door. No one answered the phone but I did extensive texting and was assured that someone would be out to look at the project and give me an estimate. I confirmed the appointment day of and was waiting at the house for 2 hours. I kept wondering why no one was calling and finally their office called to inform me they do not do repairs (though that was what I requested and had even provided photos prior to booking). Turns out I was interacting with an AI Bot and they never planned to actually bid on the work. What a waste of time and inexcusable lack of professionalism. read more

Asked for a quote on sidings and a representative showed up to give a quote for windows. Said he would ask the office to follow up and they never did. Unlike what was commented, there was 0 quotes, and 0 follow up emails, and 0 texts after the representative showed up. There's no quote to give since they sent the wrong representative and didn't follow up as promised. read more

Excellent!! Highly recommend AMG builders for doors and plumbing and everything that goes with it. They have good warranty as well.

The initial meeting was detailed and professional. All follow-ups were prompt and accurate, and the final work was exactly as expected and of the highest quality workmanship. We plan to work with AMG again on future projects. read more

I hired AMG Doors & Windows for new doors and paid a deposit of $3,693.75. Based on our conversations, texts, and emails, I expected a clear timeline, but I experienced repeated delays, shifting explanations ("busy time," "custom doors," vague February timing), and what felt like a runaround. After several attempts to get firm information, I asked to cancel the order before the doors were shipped and requested a full refund. I was told I would only receive the labor portion back, even though no doors have been delivered and no installation has been done. After I shared my experience online, I received messages threatening a defamation lawsuit, curbside delivery of the doors to my home, and a mechanic's lien, despite there being no work performed at my property. As of today, they are still holding my $3,693.75, and I have no doors and no service. This has been a very negative experience for me, and I would not choose to work with this company again. I have a video assessment from another installer evaluating the doors they ordered for my project. read more

My front door was warped due to years of sun exposure, and AMG came to my house on the same day I contacted them. The technician assessed the door and recommended replacing the door and frame. He took measurements, and then a salesperson followed up with door options and pricing. AMG was responsive and professional, and the technician was very skilled at door installation. He even ensured our alarm sensor was salvaged from the old door and set up properly on the new one. I highly recommend AMG. read more

Mike at AMG is very unprofessional and rude with with sales calls. I called to ask about installing 3 interior doors. Before he would give me any information on their services, prices, or they have minimum amount for a job. Mike said in a pretty rude and abrupt tone "that he couldn't charge me enough to take the job". I understand if there is a job minimum, etc. I would think you could have a more professional response as this must come up with other potential customers. If I have any future window or door needs I know which company I will not contact for a bid. I can only imagine how customers are treated should any issues arise during an actual job from the way I was treated as a potential customer. read more
