They installed 3 new windows and a set of patio doors for my house. They were super responsive in every stage of the process. Emails were usually returned within an hour and always within the day. Their lead time estimate in getting the windows made was spot on. The quality of the windows feels good so far. I have a 100+ year old house with big old solid wood windows and I'll admit the new vinyl ones don't have the charm or look/feel of original wooden ones. But Windows4U also convinced me that replicating this old look would cost 4x as much. And its not their fault I chose the vinyl ones. They installed all the windows and door in one day and the team that was onsite worked HARD. Shout out to Mikhail and Vladimir who did a great job. I don't think I've ever had such a good experience with home repair or construction. Alex, Leon, and the entire team was professional, kind, communicated well, and worked in a timely manner. We had a total of 4 sliding glass doors, 3 very large windows (one of which required a scaffolding system to be placed), and 3 small windows fully replaced. From the start, this was a good process. Getting a quote was easy (I didn't have to sit through an hour long presentation while they tried to upsell us), they came and took measurements in 15-20 minutes and sent me a quote through email. We originally planned on only doing half the windows in our house, but when we saw how affordable they made the quote, we had them come back and measure everything and basically doubled the size of the project. Installation only took 3 days total. The team was very respectful of our house and made sure to protect our walls and belongings. There was a small delay in installing one of our windows due to the manufacturer not sending a part, and they handled it very professionally and came back 1 week later when the part was delivered. Helped to pass the final inspection even though the inspection was a pain and demanded more work then necessary, they stood behind their professional approach and done with no additional cost. Six window replacements. Leon showed up promptly, which I appreciate. He was friendly and kind. Within one minute of seeing my faulty windows, he informed me that the high quality manufacturer had a lifetime and transferrable guarantee. I should be able to get the problem fixed for free. He also gave me a "plan B" solution to replace just the glass (rather than the entire windows), which would be much more economical that what I had presented him. I cannot speak to this firm's quality, but I can speak to their integrity. I was quoted replacement costs of $24K to $15 K from other services, without anyone telling me there was a guarantee. Even if the guarantee is not a successful solution, he gave me the affordable Plan B. I would engage this firm in ANY future glass / window work I needed help with. I very much appreciate their honesty, integrity and kindness. read more
