Djaffer was excellent. He responded quickly. Came on time and then had to find a matched color for my rare color screen. Did it by the next day. Fair price, great communication and skills. Fixed my door screen also while here. His response was great for a very small job, and I assume he would be great for larger glass and screen jobs. I gave his name and contact info to several other people also. This was after trying to get a screen made at a local hardware store or Home Depot which was a pain and never worked. I would use this service again anytime read more

Good service. Quick response to an unfortunate need to have some window glass replaced. They were able to come over same day, measure and order the new glass and complete the repair less than a week later. Pricing was fair which made a stressful situation a little bit better. read more

Jafar replied right away to my inquiry and was the only one out of several contract contractors to come measure and look at the window/glass before providing me an accurate quote. His quote was also the most reasonable. No pressure sales, politely followed up and scheduled the same day repair once the parts came in. read more

Djaffar from Safe Glass & Windows was superb. He responded promptly to our inquiry, came out the next morning, and worked quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. The wood was older and harder to work with than he'd anticipated, but he didn't complain or alter his price when it took a bit longer than he'd planned. He left the space spotless and the glass looks great. read more

Had my cracked double-pane window replaced, did a good work and on time, nice guy too.

I had been putting off replacing the kitchen screen since 2024. So thankful for the Yelp recs. They sent my service request to multiple companies (5) and Djaffar was the first to respond. He provided a quote in his first msg and offered to come out same day. We scheduled a time block of 15 min for arrival time and he arrived within the first 6 min. Completely appreciate the timeliness. Friendly and courteous. I showed him the two windows and he went to work right away. He was done in 36 min. We handled the payment via Zelle and All Done!! Fantastic work, Djaffar. Will definitely call if and when more windows need some TLC. Thank you! read more

I couldn't be happier with Safe Glass & Windows. I had 10 window screens that were torn, and several had broken frames. They made the windows look terrible, so I contacted Safe Glass & Windows, and Djaffar responded immediately. His pricing was fair, transparent, and easy to understand, and scheduling was simple. He was also very accommodating with my availability. What really impressed me was that he completed all of the work onsite using a portable workbench, so I didn't have to wait days for my screens to be taken away and returned. The finished screens look fantastic: neat, professional, and they've made my windows look great again. The thing I appreciated most was Djaffar's honesty. Instead of trying to upsell me on replacing everything, he worked with what I had. He built new frames only where they were actually needed and rescreened the rest. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. I'll absolutely hire Djaffar again for future window projects. If you're looking for someone who is honest, skilled, fairly priced, and dependable, I highly recommend Safe Glass & Windows. read more

We had a minor screen repair job that many services turned down - but not this guy. Djaffar responded promptly to my request and we arranged a convenient time. Djaffar did an excellent job replacing our window screen. He was easy to schedule an appointment and came out on a Sunday.

My neighbors have a golf net in their backyard. A bad shot ended up with a broken window in our nursery. I sent in a request and he was there that same day. His quote was fair and landed in the lower end of many of the quotes we received. His English through texts was a little broken but we were able to communicate easily. He's a super kind and sweet person and he worked very quickly. We asked him to come at 7pm and he said no problem! The job took about 2 hours. Also I was worried because our house has original 1950s single pane windows but he did a great job! read more

A fantastic find and Djaffar is an outstanding specialist. My 4 problems were completed in two visits with high-level competency, custom care, and with fair prices of today. 1. My request was answered promptly with exact information; easy to choose among the Yelp responders- not lots of texts and questions back and forth. 2. Djaffar is thorough, totally skilled, pleasant, and a hard worker. He fixed both my kitchen window and door screens and my front door screen; he alerted me to frame deterioration and he replaced one window frame with custom stain and excellent craftsmanship. 3. He also fixed and added hinges on my heavy wood front door, so that it doesn't stick or come open by itself anymore. 4. I asked for an inspection of all glass throughout my Eichler (glass and redwood) house and he told me what was dangerous or needed to be corrected IT WAS A RELIEF TO HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT MY REPAIRS ARE SOLID AND WILL BE LONG-LASTING. Cannot recommend Djaffar and Safe Glass & Windows highly enough! He came on a Saturday within 90 minutes of my first inquiry and was able to install new mesh on my slider, and build a new screen for a window right here on the spot. He also ordered a new sliding screen door for another slidier and returned a few days later to install. Prices were fair, and he was extremely professional! Outstanding customer service and quality work. Window screen replacement was perfect!

Djaffar is professional and provides great service. He responds fast and came over for estimates within the day that I first inquired. He does quality work and makes the screen windows on the spot to fit and install. Most exceptionally, he tends to my every request when I wanted it to look perfect. And it did. He has aesthetic solution for some of my sliding windows which keeps the view while having functional screens. He helped me fixed some window and door sliding issues as well. I'm very happy with the results and the process working with him. I would definitely recommend him! read more

Djaffar helped fix my window screens, some involved resizing ones that came with the windows but didn't quite fit for one reason or another, and some involved making fresh new ones for windows that didn't have them because of their unusual size and shape. Djaffar figured it all out and the results are very satisfying. The work was not straightforward, but Djaffar worked it all out. He is professional, skillful, and communicates well. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone that needs this kind of work done. read more
