Alex was also very thorough and took the time to go over instructions with me so I can keep the screen in great shape for years. He also instructed me on how to sign up for the warranty for my window. You can tell they take pride in their work--this was definitely not a rushed job. The work was excellent, the house looks great and the cost, while on the higher end of the 5 bids I got, was fair, particularly considering the quality of the work, outstanding experience with the crews and a few small extras that they included without tacking on change orders. A few specific things I'd highlight: * Chris (principal) was great to work with and our interaction was what really sold me on going with AHR in the first place. Clear, professional, incredibly thorough and detailed on the estimate, and when talking through the scope of the project. * Keith (the PM on the job) was always in touch, great about providing updates on progress, was VERY responsive when I had questions and was great about following up after the product to make sure things were cleaned up and the debris box was picked up in a timely manner. He also handled coordination with the electrician and the city on inspections/permitting. * The crews were super nice, courteous to my family, did exceptional work and didn't leave a bunch of trash and debris all over the place (which I've often dealt with in the past with other companies) * Chris asked the crew to "give some love" to our front/back doors since the original remodel crew 7 years ago, did a crappy job hanging them and they were constantly sticking/hitting the frame. The carriage-style wooden doors on my mother's house finally wore out after 100 years. Being a serious hobbyist woodworker, I spent months building her a pair of solid-wood, custom, replacement doors. When it came time to install them, the DIY part of me was tempted to try installing them myself, but these things weighed 170lbs each so I was worried about wrangling such heavy doors while screwing in the hinges. I decided to hire professionals (best decision ever). I was referred to Alberto and Esteban by a local company that makes custom doors/windows. Alberto replied quickly, provided a competitive bid, and gave me valuable advice about the best hinges for the job. As others have mentioned he and Esteban showed up early on the day of installation. Watching them work, their experience and knowledge was evident in everything they did. They had all of the right tools to replace some of the wood in the door jamb that had dry rot and they knew which parts of the doors needed just a fraction of adjustment in order to fit and operate perfectly. They finished in half a day and the result is beyond perfect. For someone who obsessed about millimeter accuracy while building these doors, their installation met and exceeded all of my expectations. I remodeled my house in 2009 and had Marvin Windows installed at the back of the house, however I…read moredid not replace the windows in the front of the house as they were newer. In 2025, we decided to replace all the windows and the front door in the front of the house and wanted Marvin windows to match the front of the house. There are many window replacement companies out there that will build and install windows for you. However, we specifically wanted Marvin windows and we wanted to upgrade to the higher end Marvin windows as we had installed them in the back. Mark (the estimator) was very responsive and came out to measure and give us an estimate. We signed the contract and he said that we could expect installation in 3 months. Well, 3 months came and went and it seems our custom made windows from Marvin had some manufacturing issue and were delayed. Ok, so instead of a September installation, we were now we are expecting a December installation. It wasn't a big deal except that I had to restore my living room for Thanksgiving. This delay wasn't Window replacement Center issue, it was an issue with the Marvin manufacturing process. So, why am I giving a 5 star review. The installation was great. Oleg (sp?) was the lead installer and he did a wonderful job. My husband (a real DYI person and a perfectionist) even said that the workmanship was perfect. See attached pictures. They were here multiple days and left the rooms cleaner than when they started. Not a speck of dirt or dust was left. So, they only do new window replacement/installation. Meaning if you want a window where a wall exist, they don't do that. They don't fix existing windows (broken glass, old hardware). Mark did walk my husband through how to get a replacement part on another window were the hardware was rusted. They also don't do painting. You need to either paint it yourself on the inside or hire a painter to do this. Also, most of the installers speak very little English. We didn't find that to be an issue. If I had a question that they couldn't answer, they called Mark right away and we were able to work it out. The installers all came on time and there was even a day that I said they had to be done by 5 as we had a dinner engagement and they left when I wanted. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would hire them again to install any windows.

CABINET REFACING!! My kitchen project with Fernando was a…read moregreat experience. I was selling the house and needed A BIG TRANSFORMATION to get a new, modern look (like a NEW BUILD HOME). The original cabinets were made of solid maple wood and screamed 1980's!! I ruled out replacing the original custom cabinets because it was not cost effective. Alternatively, I considered painting the cabinets but it would not produce the end result that I needed. My real estate agent suggested cabinet refacing. Huh, WHAT's that !? I searched the internet and YELP. I called Fernando and he educated me about the cabinet refacing process. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I wanted big results! He showed so much care and attention to detail from the start. He pointed out to me the 2 areas where the cabinets must be raised... 1) to accommodate a standard size refrigerator, and another area, to accommodate a new range hood at standard height (instead of the existing over-the-range-microwave). In order to give an accurate quote Fernando stopped by the house more than once to measure the cabinets. He made me feel as though I was his only customer. He updated me during the entire project - particularly when he was working on my cabinet doors "off site". He is extremely polite, he cares about his customers, and I always had a sense of trust with Fernando and his team. Some nights his team worked after hours to get the job done! Awesome dedication! THE RESULTS? The pictures tell the story better than I can! My kitchen is a modern beauty! It turned out better than I expected! When marketing this house FOR SALE the kitchen was a big selling point, of course!! The home sold in 8 days - could have been sooner - but we stalled in order to accommodate OPEN HOUSE on the weekend. The home was in high demand. There were multiple offers... and the home sold almost $200,000 over asking price!!! I certainly recommend this local business. I have another home with these same maple cabinets (installed by the same family friend in the 80's). We just got our windows finished by Brothers Construction. We bought something like 20 windows, a…read moregarden window, two patio sliding doors and a custom front door. They did a great job! Roch was our sales rep and he is The Man for windows! He promptly answered all my questions and followed up on every request. Roch gave a stellar sales presentation, explained everything in detail and always answered our texts and emails promptly. He took his time with us about the designs and helped us narrow our decisions down. The job ended up costing somewhere in the mid-five figures. We also got the quote for fiberglass windows and it was $106,000. Yikes! Obviously we went with Brothers for the cost but also the service, which was outstanding. The staff and crew were great too. Tina was on it and promptly followed up on all emails. The gentleman who installed them and was in charge of the crew introduced himself as "Kenneth" but then later he said his name was "Beauregard" and we overheard his crew calling him "Wes". I don't know who you are International Man of Mystery Mr. Kenneth/Beauregard/Wes, but you and your crew did a fantastic job! One thing to mention, Brothers only does vinyl windows. No fiberglass so if you have your heart set on fiberglass windows then this business is not for you. However, the quality of Brothers' vinyl windows seems WAY better quality than standard vinyl windows. Roch can explain the differences to you. The lady doing our shutters said that she got cheap vinyl windows and hates them but she noticed ours and said they were WAY better than hers, so there is a quality difference. One thing that really stood out for me was that even after all the windows and doors were installed and everything was paid for, they came back to finish up some small loose ends. We wanted one small change with our custom door and they came out and finished it within two weeks. They don't just take your money and run! If you are interested in getting new windows, these guys are certainly worth getting an estimate at the very least. I would definitely hire them again.

We originally contacted them about a patio slider and they provided the best quote, focusing on quality and what we wanted, and service. We asked them for additional help with another project that we were doing ourselves. They helped us resolve the issues we had with a different leaking window and door. They caught several problems with the advice and plans we'd been given, which saved us from long-term issues, so we ended up expanding the scope from just the patio to a door and window with them. We got the look we wanted, the safety we wanted, and it was all installed so quickly and professionally. The stucco work looks perfect and was also done very professionally.
