I called explaining that we had one section of a hundred year old single pane window that needed to be replaced. Samir offered to come to our house the next day, provide an estimate on the spot and do the work oimmediately if we approved of the estimate. He arrived on time and had the work done in less than an hour. We appreciated his friendliness, promptness and skill. He was reasonably priced (especially compared to an online estimate from another company) and offerd a cash discount. read more

Start to finish, this was handled professionally and with quality. I reached out to Premium Windows and Glass as part of a refresh of the front of our apartment complex in Oakland - 10 balconies that needed to have the dry-rotted wood facing removed and replaced with tempered, laminated glass and cladding. Sofiane and team came by during rush hour on a very rainy afternoon to assess the work and proposed a design that was reasonably priced and visually robust. They worked within the proposed scheduling and did a great job of clean-up and hauled away the old materials. It was a pleasure to do work with them and I highly recommend them for larger jobs. read more

Recently had some idea for a glass staircase and a glass partition for my apartment in San Francisco. I reached to more than a few contractors with my ideas and sought not only estimates but also ideas on how they'd approach the project. Sofiane got back to me quickly and were very professional during their initial visit and provided me with options for materials and overall look. The estimate they provided was very competitive and so I chose them for the project. I was a bit hesitant initially because there weren't that many yelp reviews but I'd just like to say that I'm very happy with the finished results and not only that Sofiane and his team were very respectful and able to work around some unexpected issues by actually coming up with solutions and not just shortcuts. They made sure that I was satisfied before completing the job. The project did take a little longer than expected to finish but it was during the holiday season so scheduling was more difficult than usual. I'd recommend giving them a consideration! read more

Did 2 windows. 5 stars! Great price and did in timely manner! Thanks again! Did it all in 1 day!

Our shower door and patio door where long overdue for a refresh and repair. Sofiane and Sameer where very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and to take measurements. They then took a $1500 deposit and started work in 2-3 weeks. Thoughtout the time, Sofiane was very responsive via text and phone call. They where very friendly and took extra care to prepare the house for work and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Sofiane was very professional and promptly notified us with any delays. I highly recommend giving their company a look for all your home improvement needs at a reasonable price! read more

Samir was excellent, expert, efficient and enjoyable to interact with. He called me prior to coming, was on time, so knowledgeable and fixed my broken glass window and made other adjustments to the frame. He demonstrated such friendliness in answering my questions and explaining the work and even let me watch and learn what he was doing. He cleaned up after installation and made the entire process a delight. I'm very happy with the job and the customer service interaction. I truly don't know where to start. There are so many positive things to say about Samir and his work ethic. He was professional, punctual, kind, courteous, hardworking, and charged a fair price for his services. I needed to replace two cracked windows asap and called three glass companies for a quote. Somir at Premium Construction & Remodeling came to my house quickly and measured windows. I got a quote the following day and the pricing was extremely reasonable. One of the easiest and best experiences I have never had when it comes to repairing. If you can select Premium Construction & Remodleing, I would highly recommend Samir. He is awesome. I needed to replace a large living room window that was leaking. I called several contractors, and Premium Construction & Remodeling impressed me the most. Sofiane is very accessible and professional. The job required more work than I initially anticipated due to some road blocks that were discovered during demolition, but Sofiane and his crew still managed to complete it much faster than I anticipated. They kept me up to date every step of the way. The pricing was extremely competitive, but more importantly the finish work is excellent! It needed to be done right, and they nailed it! We had an amazing experience working with Sofiane and Med at Premium Construction & Remodeling. We needed 8 large retail windows replaced ASAP and reached out to a lot of local glass companies for a quote via Yelp. Sofiane got back to us super quickly with a very competitive price and a quick turn around time. They were very professional, and most importantly, maintained great communication with us about updates on the project the entire time. I cannot recommend their services enough and I will be personally saving their business card in case I ever need glass work done again. read more

We had needed to replace two single-pane windows with double-pane after a county fire inspection called for it. Premium Windows came in with a good bid, were prompt, courteous and provided good value for what they did. We were impressed enough to follow up with a proposal for replacing our picture windows with double-pane as well, the estimate was just shy of five figures as it involved custom-shaped, large picture windows in the original settings (not packaged windows), high above the ground. They measured the openings (14 in all), obtained the new windows within two weeks, arrived promptly and on schedule, and did a highly professional job putting the windows in, and were quite capable in high places and inventive in the special quirks of the job. It was good work, for good value, and we highly recommend them. read more

What a fantastic company! Sofiane and Sameer are very hard workers, take the time to explain what they are doing, and go out of their way to go the extra mile. They replaced 2 very large windows for me that were high up off the ground, put in the flashing and then insisted on building a new frame for one of the windows where it was missing which was not part of the original job bid. If you need window work, give them a call! read more

Sameer was great to work with. I had two small jobs: replacing two panes of glass in a door and a glass door to a curio cabinet. For the first time in 40 years, our front door opens properly! For decades, our heavy 100-year-old oak door stuck, but Premium Constructions & Remodeling finally fixed it for us, sanding the door and threshold and rehanging the door until they got it to work at last. They also fixed an interior door with a similar problem and repaired one of our antique double-hung wooden window sashes. They were a pleasure to work with, professional and affable, and their work is excellent and their pricing is fair. We now are getting estimates from them for a larger job, confident that the results will be equally high quality. We expect to call upon them whenever we have a remodeling or repair task they can handle. We recommend them without hesitation. read more
