Bad communication over the phone, was told and hr and he called me back about 20 min later to stop by. Just to pull up and keep me waiting for about another 10 min while he spoke with another customer. Didn't tell me anything. Im 9m pregnant standing and waiting for them to get out. He quoted me $850 for half of a single pain window repair from the storm damage... literally its just one side needed to be replaced.. $850.. i told him i was quoted $350 just an hr ago. I contacted A&M Glass on March 24, 2025 to have a window that needed to be replaced because the seal had broken causing fogging and mold between the panes. The next day, a representative of A&M Glass, Eduardo Rodriguez, came to my house to assess and measure the window that needed to be replaced. He told me that he would be able to replace the glass and would order a new pane that day. Three (3) weeks go by and I hear nothing from him. I contact him via phone only to be told that he was busy and had not ordered the new glass but would order the glass that day. Three (3) more weeks go by with no contact from Eduardo. On April 29 I sent him a text to see if he was still interested in completing the job and if he had ordered the new glass. He texts me back to say to call him at a different number. I call him and left him a message to call me back since he did not pick up. At the end of the day at around 5:30pm, I text him to ask if he was going to call me back to which I received no response. I was very disappointed and disgusted. I had read reviews that A&M Glass and Eduardo was responsive and did good work but found out they were not. Do not hire this company because they did nothing but string me along for 1.5 months. read more

Went out of his way to help me. I needed a small piece of window glass cut to size and it was a Saturday, when most glass businesses are closed. I called A&M Glass and spoke with the proprietor who was on the way back to his shop from an on site job in Oakland and he said if I met him at his shop he would cut the glass for me. He called to let me know there was a lot of traffic but he was on his way. When he got there he cut the small piece of glass for me and even sanded the edges so I wouldn't hurt myself on the sharp edges. My sliding door spontaneously shattered. I called 24/7 A&M at 730 in the morning and he came at 830 am, removed all the glass before it imploded into the room, expertly measured the window and cleaned up everything.
