KMS Glass - Front door - Glass & Mirrors Near Me

I highly recommend KMS Glass!! I had 7 window glass replacements due to condensation. Everything was FLAWLESS...and I'm a tough judge. The owner, Malik, is excellent: competent, courteous, careful, honest and a very kind person. The work was done perfectly, with no mess at all, and the cost was very reasonable. Also, they went the extra mile to adjust a sliding glass door at no additional cost. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! Thank you, Malik and Abdul! read more

We received excellent service from KMS Glass! They were quick to respond on a weekend and timely with their follow-up communication. I highly recommend using KMS Glass for all your glass and mirror repair needs. read more

Someone smashed a window of our home so I called a few glass repair businesses for quotes. KMS was not only the fastest at providing the price quote and service (fixed it the same day even on a Saturday!), but also the only one to immediately express empathy for our situation. It's just nice to hear a "sorry that happened to you" sometimes, ya know? Convenient to get the price quote just from texting photos of the damaged window. The price was fair/comparable to others but their service was exceptional. Definitely recommend! read more

We had a cracked window on the second floor. Called Malik and he came out to fix/ replace the cracked window pane the same day (within a couple hours)!! He and his crew are professional and courteous!! Their cost is very reasonable and more importantly they did an excellent job from beginning to end!! Will definitely use their service again if needed!!! read more

I am truly impressed with the service that I received from Malik! I contacted him to replace the glass for the majority of the windows in my house because they were all really fogged. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came out to measure my windows within a few days, and then turned around a quote within 24 hours (and his quote was far less than any of the other companies I contacted)! Within a few weeks, he had the glass ordered and was at my house installing them. Between him and his crew, they were able to replace all of glass in 1 day. We had a miscommunication for one the windows where he measured/cut glass for he wrong bathroom. Even though I could just as well be blamed for this, Malik gave me the glass that he cut for the incorrect window, then measured the correct window and was back out again within a few weeks to replace that one...all at no charge to me! Finally, I respectfully disagree with the reviewer who advised not to contact Malik if you're a female. He presented me with multiple glass options, and discussed the pros/cons of each. He then linked me to a few sites so that I could research the glass options myself, and make an informed decision. Malik was extremely courteous, polite and professional throughout the entire experience. If I ever need any sort of glass replaced again, I won't think twice about contacting him for the job. Amazing work!!! read more

I called Malik the morning after an intruder gained entrance into my home by smashing the glass of the rear french door. He and his co-worker arrived within the hour to securely board up the door and undertook the challenging repair of replacing the glass and reattaching the mullions (both the inside and outside dividers) of the french door. In less than two weeks, they installed a door with perfect craftsmanship. Throughout the process, both Malik and his co-worker were immensely kind, showing extraordinary consideration for both my vulnerability in experiencing the break-in and the expense I incurred as a result. Malik's work ethic seemed to me to be more about providing a service than in making a profit. I'm grateful to encounter his goodness, especially in light of the circumstances. read more

We had several windows in our home with cracked panes and decided to get them fixed. We searched reviews on Yelp and gave KMS Glass a call. Malik answered and came by to give us an estimate within an hour. We agreed on the price and he gave us a time window for the following day. Malik arrived right on schedule and began work immediately. A few hours later he was joined by a colleague and they worked all day, completing the work as scheduled. The work (some of it quite challenging -- involving the use of high ladders) was exceptionally well done. Everything was done to perfection and the cleanup was excellent. Malik asked questions whenever there was any uncertainty about how to proceed and always kept us in the loop. I couldn't recommend Malik and KMS Glass more, they are true professionals. We will certainly use them for any glass needs in the future and have already recommended them to our neighbors. read more

I called several businesses on a late Saturday afternoon to replace a large broken window. Malik immediately responded, came later that same evening, was the most reasonably priced and was completely respectful, gracious and totally professional. Cannot recommend highly enough. IF YOU'RE FEMALE, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Contacted this guy about several windows needing repair. He came out and did quick measurements. Never asked what I wanted. Windows in front of the house are beige to match the painted frame. He put white framed windows in his quote. Current windows open from inside to facilitate cleaning from inside the home. He said nobody makes those anymore. A quick check of Amazon showed that was not true. Waited a week for a quote. Then had to call him to remind him to send it. Never once asked me what I wanted. And on and on ... If you're a female, look elsewhere! read more

I called KMS about a couple of windows I needed replaced and Malik came out to provide an estimate the very same day, within hours in fact. His pricing was fair and they did the job in just over an hour. These were old metal frame but big, double paned, tempured glass - one of them on the second floor. They popped the old windows out in minutes, installed, cleaned up, and left the rest of the room(s) undisturbed. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend KMS. One thing which really stood out was the level of communication which outshone nearly everyone else I contacted. Malik came by the same day in order to give me an estimate and fixed our door less than a week later. Everything looked great when he was finished and the door even closed easier than it did previously. read more

We had a Little mishap when my three year old threw a rock at a custom large window! Wrote around to a few places - KMS gave me the best quote and the quickest time to fix the window. Very communicative, showed up on time, were super polite and got the job done perfectly. As it turned out, our window was a bit more complex than expected and it took a lot of time, but they did the job and only asked for the quoted price (although I threw in a bit more for the extra time). Overall, great experience! read more

The sliding window in the bedroom was bowed in the center, probably due to the house settling, so there was a large gap between the two sections. The two gentlemen from KMS figured out the problem, came up with a solution and proceeded to implement it on the spot. It was fixed within an hour. They returned the following week to replace the glass on one side where the dual pane was fogging up. Everything is fixed and working well at a reasonable price. read more

Called KMS Glass when arriving home after home burglary. Front door glass broken, their response time was within quoted time frame, very responsive, and provided eta updates. They completed high quality work (attention to detail, advising options-all after traditional working hours, fast and efficient flow, excellent "vibe" very quiet and efficient, in a situation where I needed my front door to be secure after being compromised.) Will call again for any glass needs in the future. read more

I'm so happy I hired Malik and his team to repair my circa-1914 windows! Malik responded very quickly to my inquiry, came to my house at my convenience for an estimate, and gave me an accurate, thorough, and fair bid for the cost and timing of repairs on my vintage windows. This job required expertise, craftsmanship, and some special orders (we ordered some glass that took a little while to arrive, and Malik kept me fully informed about the timing as we waited). The KMS team was professional, conscientious, really polite, and incredibly careful and clean in their work. It took them two days to complete a job that we thought could be done in one, but it wasn't a problem at all - Malik worked with me on scheduling to make it convenient, and he didn't charge me extra for the unexpected time it took (in fact, he gave me a discount on some services because there were more of them than we anticipated). Top notch in every way!! read more

I needed a new glass top for my coffee table. Malik was the only glass installer who answered his phone on a Saturday. His price was reasonable. A week later, he drove to my home, carefully removed the cracked glass and placed the new glass table top in the frame ... spending time to get it seated properly on the brackets and evenly along the edges. And he cleaned the glass until it sparkled. Call Malik if you need new glass - you'll be glad you did. read more

My large Rottweiler decided to jump on my window to get to someone outside, not a great idea as Malik told me the window was from the 20's, and didn't make it. Came on time, fixed it quickly, was very polite and nice, helped me with the price. Would recommend, and do again! Not that I will ever let my dog get a chance!!! read more
