I want to give Karim 12 stars but Yelp won't let me (what-ever!). He did a beautiful job replacing the glass in 3 double-paned windows at a very reasonable price. Water leaked in between the panes during the epic rains of Feb 2026. Karim gave me an estimate within a day of two of contacting him, he got the new glass cut within a week and arrived the same day the glass was ready to do the installation. He and his helper did all three windows in 2-1/2 hours. And look at the results! read more

10/10 excellent experience with Glass Work! Last week my rowdy little boy broke the biggest window in the house from one end to another. I was terrified of him running up to it and slicing his hand on it. It was a hazard zone and I was desperately calling and seeing who could come and fix it the next day. Mind you this was at 9 o'clock at night. Karim responded right away, looked at a few pictures, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He came out the next day to secure it and as soon as the glass came in this morning, he was on his way to fix it. I'm very happy with my experience. He was responsive, professional, polite, affordable, and did excellent work. I highly recommended him, and I've already recommended him just today to a family member. read more

Within a few days, Karim took off the securing board, replaced the window and everything looked good as new! Karim went above and beyond in his craftsmanship by fixing small issues on the window and cleaning up all the debris. Karim left his work area in mint condition. read more

Karim did an excellent job, and responded and completed it the very day I reached out. I recommend him very highly!

Karim is a very patient, humorous, and reasonable person. He loves his work and is highly responsible, always putting his customers' interests before his own. My window situation was unique, but I truly appreciate that Karim made multiple trips to ensure everything was done perfectly. His pricing is fair, and his team is friendly and fun--they are the most unique crew I've worked with over the years. It was a pleasure getting to know you both. Had a little oopsie moment and broke the glass on my bedroom door. Never had anything like this happen to me so I had no idea what to do.... But luckily, Yelp does!! And I'm so happy Yelp popped up this spot because: Super fast response time, super fast with the work (It literally took less than an hour to replace glass in an old SF home, and super reasonable prices. This place is solid - so much so that my own landlord asked for their business card so he can have them as his own glass repairer. Thank you for your amazing business, Karim!! The hinge on my glass shower door was broken. I found the Glass Work company from Yelp Reviews. Karim quickly responded my call and asked me to text him the pictures He gave me the quote which was much reasonable than the other 2 companies. The next day, he came to remove the broken hinge and ordered a new one. When the parts arrived, he notified me immediately and installed the new hinge the next day. I am very please with his work. Karim is very honest, trustworthy, and professional. I would definitely hire him again in the future. I have already recommended him to my friend for installation of a new glass shower door and new windows for her house. read more

Kareem did a great job replacing our cracked window pane! The whole process was very easy. I called in the morning to get a quote and he gave me a price over the phone. Scheduling was also very easy because he just came in the afternoon - same day! Our window is on the second floor and overlooks a slanted roof so it's hard to get outside (you can't put a ladder there). However he figured out how to remove the whole window and then very meticulously chipped away the old putty. It's an antique window about 100 years old so I really appreciated his attention to detail. read more

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. Karim was super friendly, had great communication, reasonable prices, and was fast delivering the product. I recently purchased a new entertainment center and I was worried about getting scratches on the top so I contacted a number of vendors for a glass top to protect it. Glass work was definitely the right choice. Karim came by the same day I contacted him to take measurements, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered the product in less than two weeks from the date I ordered it. Karim and team came by for an estimate and found that the windows themselves weren't foggy -- someone had attached a film to the window that has since clouded over. The other folks that came over for quotes did not notice this at all! Karim impressed us from the moment he responded to our inquiry - excellent communication and then prompt visit for a transparent estimate. He was able to schedule us within a couple of days, we are so grateful. He was at our house for six hours, working efficiently and quietly and coping with our dog and other interruptions. First, Glass Work's estimate for a replacement shelf for my bathroom cabinet was more reasonable than other estimates I received. Second, Karim (the owner) was very reliable and despite the first replacement glass being too wide, he contacted the manufacturer immediately to correct their mistake. He was always punctual, and delivered the corrected glass shelf to my home (it is better quality than the original glass shelf it replaced). And, he didn't charge me anything extra. I appreciate a sole owner of a small company being consistently on time, efficient, and while I may not need his services often in a lifetime, this is why I highly recommend Karim--you don't want to waste time on unreliable, lesser quality service. read more
