Poor customer service. Asked for an estimate. Provided pictures and hit a rough price. Asked them to come out and measure (one shower door is custom and I wanted to see the hold and black matte finishes). Scheduled a time. Texted after they were over 20 minutes late. Guillermo said he'd be here in twenty minutes. An hour after the scheduled time, he pulled up in front of the house. Within a couple minutes of parking, he called and said: "I don't think I'm the right fit for this job." He hadn't even entered the house or looked at the project. Not sure why he bothered to drive the 25 minutes to not even look at it give a final price on the job. Is it because I'm an Anglo and not Hispanic. If so...seems petty and racist. Had I known before, I would have tried to give business. After reviewing your response, I went back and checked the security camera. You were clearly on your phone...not "unloading levels and measuring equipment." You were also blocking the driveway. My wife's request that you not block the driveway was reasonable. Your response to that request feels like an overreaction. Regardless, I agree that your company is clearly not the one I should work with. I'm sure other potential customers would feel the same. Your actions and words do not support your statement that you "treat every customer equally." I don't feel treated equally. I feel discriminated against. read more

I had to text and call them several times to get an appointment. on the day of the appointment they didn't show up and didn't call or texted. When I called them they told me they were going to be more than one hour late. They should be more professional for what they charge. read more

I wouldn't recommend purely on his bizarre change of attitude when I asked if he was still available to come to the job site. I was asking for confirmation so I could decline other vendors and schedule out my day. When I texted and called him at 8:50am for confirmation he said go to another vendor because he "doesn't need that kind of pressure". Very weird interaction when I was merely confirming the date he recommended. Work with him at your own caution, he's communication style and attitude are quite precarious. Perhaps he was having a bad day, regardless that's no manner to interact with a potential client. I added the texts but it was honestly the phone call with him that threw me off. When I called to check in, he acted dismissively, and said he was too busy and "under too much pressure" even when I said I was flexible with times that would work for him. They knew exactly what they needed to do and went to work right away. They repaired two windows (the double hung kind) which required they take the windows out of their frames and replace the cords.
