I wouldn't recommend purely on his bizarre change of attitude when I asked if he was still available to come to the job site. I was asking for confirmation so I could decline other vendors and schedule out my day. When I texted and called him at 8:50am for confirmation he said go to another vendor because he "doesn't need that kind of pressure". Very weird interaction when I was merely confirming the date he recommended. Work with him at your own caution, he's communication style and attitude are quite precarious. Perhaps he was having a bad day, regardless that's no manner to interact with a potential client. I added the texts but it was honestly the phone call with him that threw me off. I do not recommend based on my experience. He came out to look at the job and promised to follow up with a quote, but I never heard back. When I called to check in, he acted dismissively, and said he was too busy and "under too much pressure" even when I said I was flexible with times that would work for him. Very bizarre personality with his polarizing switches in attitude. All I was looking for was basic follow-through and clear communication, but instead I felt brushed off. It's one thing to be busy, but it's another to treat potential clients this way. He tries to take advantage if youre older and dont know about certain products. he did a horrible job for my dad and just because he is old he over charged him. we had to go to someone else who charged half the price and the job was done 10x better. dont go here. read more

They knew exactly what they needed to do and went to work right away. They repaired two windows (the double hung kind) which required they take the windows out of their frames and replace the cords.
