I found Sam to replace a window at Glide in SF, who I am contracting with. He was responsive, checked out the job, met their ridiculous deadline, professionally and efficiently. I introduced him to some other contractors I booked for other parts of the work and hopefully we can send loads of business his way. He's my glass guy now. Thanks, Sam! read more

Best Glass was amazing! Getting this shower enclosure done right was a challenge, several companies provided estimates, and none of the others worked with me the way that Sam did to get it just right. He is responsive, courteous and did a masterful job with the design and installation. On top of that, Best Glass came back with the best price. I highly recommend Sam and Best Glass. read more

I am an agent and needed a quick window replacement from a break in to get the sale closed in time. I reached out, got a quick response from Sam, and he was able to turn everything around so fast and for an incredibly reasonable price. I have already shared Best Glass with my colleagues and plan to use them again for any future projects! Highly recommend. read more

I had a good experience using this company a couple years ago to rescreen some windows which required making all new screens. They were efficient and reasonably priced. But recently I had them come out for an estimate to replace the glass in 2 windows that have condensation, and have not received the estimate, even after calling a second time to request it. Maybe they don't need the business. read more

Good installation, they took their time, were careful and did a great job. Would recommend them.

Amazimg service. Quick. Glass so clean like nothing is there.amazing price and great quality

Excellent work which was done well and fast completion of project which replaced two large bay windows. The work was high quality and pricing was very good. Fixed a window in a door which many others said needed to have whole door be replaced - so appreciate the reasonableness in finding a efficient, cost effective solution read more

Our sliding glass door shattered and I contacted Best Glass. The team was very responsive and boarded our broken glass quickly. I had a double pane window, 50x50, to replace from the second story of my home. Found Best Glass in YELP and called for an estimate. Sam answered and said he could drop by that afternoon to evaluate the job. He came by at four and checked the window, which was compromised by water leaking between the panes. He quoted a price that initially seemed quite high, but explained the difficulties in replacing the window. He said he would let me know when the window replacement would be delivered and make an appointment to install. Sam had a crew of three expertly removed the old window and put in the new one. Job was completed well within an hour . I was pleased with the effort. read more

We needed a repair of our shower enclosure with a sliding door system that had broken on a spot. Best Glass had competitive quotes and had asked us with a lot of details which made me feel confident that they were professionals. We had to replace the entire side of the glass which had to be custom cut. Best Glass worked with a glass manufacturer to get it custom cut, and installed it correctly to prevent any more accidents. They also repaired another shower door that was broken in our home as well, although this is something that I had asked them to do on the spot. We appreciated the quality and value of their work, and would recommend this vendor. read more

I reached out to Sam for a small job replacing 3 windows and fixing some cranks for our casement windows. I was grateful that he took the job because a few places didn't take jobs of this size. But he and his teammate were helpful, on time, answered my questions, and I'm glad we went with them. The cranks were a bit complicated because the manufacturing company discontinued them so he suggested that we order them in another color and then painted them the right color so they would match the other ones in the room. Truly going above and beyond. Thanks so much Sam! read more

We had a break-in at our place of business on a Saturday. I enquired through Yelp and Sam at Best Glass was the first to respond. He told me that he could get the job done that same day and even gave me a total price out the door right over our text conversation! He was the first guy and I didn't even bother to shop around since I didn't want to board up our door over the weekend. A few minutes later, I had other glass companies send me quotes and it was way higher and would take over a week to even get the glass done since it had to be a special order because of its unique shape. Well, Sam and his team came in, took the broken glass off, cut and installed the new one on-site, and best of all, his price was the lowest and exactly what he quoted me over the phone! Highly recommend Best Glass. They are amazing!! read more

Best Glass was amazing! They worked so quickly to get my project done on my timeline needed, when other companies were unable to do so. Plus, they were competitive with their prices off of other quotes I got. I appreciated the immediate response and service. The team was punctual and worked quickly. They also cleaned the entire workspace and was respectful of my time and my home. I would definitely use Best Glass again in the future. read more

Sam is a true professional, and the high ratings are evidence of his fine work. After breaking a window in our SF apartment, I requested multiple quotes for the job. Out of a dozen companies, this was the best as far as communication, convenience, and service. His service was affordable and speedy (did the entire job in one hour). He said he could fix my broken window same day, but we scheduled for a couple days later. It looks even better than before...book this man! read more

When the frame broke on our 40 year old sliding window Sam, at Best Glass, was the first contractor to respond to my inquires. He scheduled a 4pm visit and arrived exactly on time. Sam took one look at the problem (rusted screws) removed the screws from the frame and installed new screws all in the span of an hour and a half. When he presented the bill my jaw dropped and I insisted on adding an additional 30% for his outstanding skill and service. read more

I broke my bedroom window on a Saturday night and I needed it replaced the following day. I called every single place on yelp that was "around my area" and every place was either closed on a Sunday or charged a ridiculous price for a weekend call. But not this place! I called their after-hours phone number on a Sunday at 7:30 am. The person I spoke to was very friendly. I don't know anything about windows and the person was patient enough walk me through the service call like I was 5 years old. Right before the call ended, he asked for a picture and it was then set up. Gave me a time frame and a quoted price. They came a bit late, but I understood. They had a job before me. The replacement of 1 window took about an hour. The two men that replaced my window were very nice and professional. They ended up making a small mess while transporting everything inside, but they ended up cleaning it up even after I told them, "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." They treated my house with respect, and I am very thankful for that. The price of a window replacement was $325.00. Everywhere else quoted me nearly $1000.00 for a weekend call. This place deserves more attention. Great company and great people! read more

Very professional and affordable. Would definitely recommend using them for replacing glass windows!

I had a very small project. I called on Friday to explain what I needed. Sam personally dropped by my house as promised on Satruday morning. This kind of small town service is a rare thing indeed. Thanks Sam! read more

Best Glass was a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience with another glass company. Sam showed up on time. He brought samples to match the tinted, reflective glass on our commecial building (the other guys promised samples for months but never came through.) Sam did measurements during that first visit and provided a quote that was 20-25% lower than the competition including fixing the other company's mistake. Great experience. read more
