We needed the floors in our home lowered 4 inches and a new sliding door installed. Both renovations needed a building inspector to look things over before covering up the floor and walls. Our new contractor now has to start at square one, as Miguel either didn't care enough to call in a building inspector, had no idea what he was doing to begin with, or was trying to scan us out of more money by having to redo yet another job we contracted him for. Our electrician also had to redo work Miguel had done, as he didn't follow simple blueprints or directions made by both us and our architect.
