Update: A couple weeks after the job was done, I found that…read morethere was a little water leaking from underneath the seal. It's because my bathtub is slightly non-level and that made the installation tricky. I called them, they came out right away and treated the problem with urgency, they dismantled the installation, figured out the problem, and resolved it--all within a couple hours. Now, months later, everything is still perfect. Would still recommend them. Original Review: I reached out to Valley Glass Company--a local shop just up the road from me--after a disappointing experience at a different business. My job was seemingly simple: install a bathtub shower door. This is a brand new installation. Upon contacting Valley Glass, I had a response within a working day and just another day later I had somebody come out to take measurements. There was no hard selling, no complicated pricing structures, just a straightforward "here's the job, here are a few options that can change the glass and the enclosure." The price quote was very fair. Now, just 1 week later, my new bathtub shower door is installed. Altogether this process took about 2 weeks. Job looks good, installers were professional, and I'm happy. Thank you!

We came to the store in person to confirm the glass type, but unfortunately, the lady we had spoken with had already gone home. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Excellent, efficient service and a very smooth experience. Would definitely recommend this company!

One of the best "decorating" decisions I made led me to Chrystal and Steve at All American Glass. They worked with me to fabricate custom glass for most of my bureaus and tabletops. Not only is the addition of glass aesthetically appealing, my furniture is protected and cleaning is simplified. Depending on where the item is located and specific uses, Chrystal presents options and also offers her valuable recommendations. Time frame and prices are more than reasonable. One of my projects was during the holidays and they still made it happen. Last summer, I realized the outdoor rattan table needed a stable surface for refreshments. Quick trip to see Crystal and the following week.....problem solved . WELL....the only flaw was my measuring! Discovered that the table was not an even rectangle - no doubt it is affected by the elements. Easy solution from Crystal, "bring the table to the shop". Steve was able to shave the tabletop glass to perfection! All American Glass is a business that treats you like a friend !

Had I known before, I would have tried to give business. After reviewing your response, I went back and checked the security camera. You were clearly on your phone...not "unloading levels and measuring equipment." You were also blocking the driveway. My wife's request that you not block the driveway was reasonable. Your response to that request feels like an overreaction. Regardless, I agree that your company is clearly not the one I should work with. I'm sure other potential customers would feel the same. Your actions and words do not support your statement that you "treat every customer equally." I don't feel treated equally. I feel discriminated against.
