My husband and I were so glad that our patio sliding door got fixed last Saturday. I would highly recommended Mark, he is very professional and full of experience in terms of explaining, I contacted him through yelp message, and he responded instantly and gave us a good deal compared to Home Depot. Mark came to visit us early in the morning on second day, and got the measurement everything in less than 30 minutes. He gave us lead time from ordering to installing will be around 2 weeks (2 months for Home Depot ), which is true, he made his promise! Mark's team came early on Saturday to uninstall and install, and they're very professional in everything. They applied plastic sheeting against the wall to separate the area and also on the floor. This is the part that we're happy about as we didn't need to clean up the mess after they're done. I can see that they won't be rushing to finish their work, they spent almost half day to get the project done & the team will try to make sure everything is in the great shape. I haven't written a review for sometime now, but I can't let Manor Window & Glass go without a 5 star review! I messaged Mark after hours on a Friday evening, not expecting to hear back until the following Monday. Wouldn't you know, the man works overtime and got back to me immediately that evening. Probably less than an hour! I needed a plate glass patio window replacement after our gardener had an episode with a weed whacker which sent a rock flying into it. Long story short, Mark and his installer Frank made quick work of the replacement in less than 10 days, and it took less than 2 hours for the installation, AND they cleaned up all the broken glass. The price point was exceptional as well. I couldn't be happier, and the window is beautiful. Friendly and great service, and wouldn't you know...Mark's installer just happened to know the gardener who broke the window. Ha! The world is very small! I will definitely call Manor glass the next time I need a repair/replacement! read more

We needed to replace three ancient, leaky windows in our 1940s-era San Leandro home. We called Mark and he came out (masked and socially distanced!) to give an estimate, right after we contacted him. He explained the options and gave his professional opinion as to which windows would work best for our situation. He offered a very fair price and we decided to go with him based on his clear communication, professionalism, and reasonable estimate. After he placed the order for our new windows, Mark provided updates along the way, confirming an install date and then arriving on time with his team to install the windows. My kid broke the living room window and I wasn't sure what to do. I recall my dad coming her before and fixing the other window and it came out fine. They are reliable and responsive. I highly recommend them I was satisfied with the work. Mark and his team replaced our windows in 2018 and did a terrific job!! The windows have held up perfectly with all the rain lately, and they really help keep our house cool during hot days. Pricing is fair and the guys work incredibly fast. We ran into a dry rot issue while replacing the sliding door leading to our deck and Mark walked us though our options for handling the issue however we were most comfortable (given that it was an unforeseen cost). I wish I could give more stars! I still have a few windows in the house I need to replace and I can't imagine having anyone other than Mark take care of it for me. read more

I sent out a few quotes for windows and Mark's was one of the lowest bids. We moved forward and while other places were quoting us 4+ weeks to start the job, Mark was able to start within 2 weeks. I read some of the reviews and saw people describing Mark as honest. There is no doubt in my mind he is a honest guy! My parents are now using them on their house. One of the sliding glass doors they installed needed some additional framing and Mark came back and fixed it! Installation took a whole day to do 11+ windows and doors. What can I say about this amazing company. I will am kore then happy to start with Mark. Mark is absolutely, professional ,honest, positive ,and a very hard worker. I live in Benicia California and the apartment that I live in has had water damage for several years the person that had put the windows in before did NOT do it properly so my apartment would flood every time it rained. Mark Scheduled an appointment for us quickly as well Mark also ordered the windows and the moment they came in, He scheduled an appointment to install the windows the very next day. He also works very closely with other companies that are very reputable if you have leaks in your roofs or need a wall replaced etc. Mark will make sure that he gets you taken care of in a very timely manner.. I was referred by a neighbor who used them a few years back. I did an online request and received an email within the hour. Mark came the following day I believe and took measurements and gave me my estimate. He was upfront with n the timeline I would have to wait for window ordering. Upon windows coming in I was excited to learn he could actually begin installation that weekend. Install was painless and even when my painter noticed some missed areas with my existing frames he came out promptly and fixed the issue. I had 22 windows installed. My husband and I just purchased our first home in San Leandro (yeah!!). The previous owners did a wonderful job getting the house ready for market and that included replacing two of the bedroom windows. We asked them who did the work because we love the windows and want to use the same company for the other bedroom as well as the bathroom - and they referred us to Manor Window. I've called three times over the past three weeks, leaving messages each time. No call back. Finally, on the fourth try, someone answered the phone and he basically said he couldn't help me because they're too busy. Obviously this review has nothing to do with their quality, only their customer service. If you're that busy, hire help. God knows there are plenty of people in need of work right now. And be a little more professional and actually return people's calls. Jeez. read more

Mark was great to deal with and came to my rescue. A rock hit a window from the gardner's lawn mower. I called Mark and he was out the next day to give an estimate.
