It was about time to replace my 10+ year old windows and sliding doors, so I contacted these guys to see what I should do. After I scheduled an appointment, their team member Leon came to my house and gave me a rundown of what kind of windows/doors they offer and recommended the best brand and style for my house that was within my budget. After I paid the down payment and the windows eventually arrived, their installation crew arrived and installed everything carefully. All in all, the service was excellent, it said on their website that they've been in business for over 20 years and it shows! There were no hiccups throughout the entire process, and I got exactly what I paid for. This company provides excellent and professional service. They are respectful, timely, and experts in the door and window installation work. We had an issue with the door in our yard shed. The old door was hard to open in the winter because it got stuck in the door jam. The floor barrier completely decayed, and there was a large gap. All kinds of bugs and spiders, including a lovely family of black widows, found their home in our shed. Further, the frame was rotting, and wood pieces peeled off. The door was worn out and decrepit. It was an eyesore. Carpenter Vladimir fixed these problems and installed a new, beautiful door in a day. He changed how the door opens. It now opens to the inside instead of the outside. This will prevent its exposure to the elements. It turns out there was a lot to be done, as the shed's foundation is moving and the frame was uneven because it shifted and rotted. Because the frame was rotten and crooked, he removed it entirely and installed a new frame. He even had to cut into stucco to remove the frame, parts of which were buried inside stucco. When the time came to install a new frame, Vladimir carefully measured everything and installed the new frame evenly. He installed a new floor barrier to seal the gaps between the floor and the bottom of the door. It looked perfect. He then installed the door. It is almost entirely soundproof and has a foam-like material on the inside edges to prevent the shutting noise. Vladimir was meticulous in sealing everything and making the door and the frame looks beautiful and clean. The only thing left for us is to paint once the caulking is thoroughly dried and sealed. Vladimir is a true professional. This job required lots of skill and experience because the house's foundation moved and isn't perfectly even. Vladimir got so much work done in just one day. When other contractors were installing a door to the building of my condo, they had to do a similar scope of work, and it took a work crew almost two whole days to install it. Vladimir did everything in just one day. After he finished, he cleaned the worksite perfectly, leaving nothing behind. It was a perfect job, and I can't recommend this company highly enough. If you ever need new doors and windows, go to Window Station. They are pros who won't let you down. read more

Since Winter is coming soon and my old windows were starting to get extremely old and I was getting concerned about the durability of them, I decided to get my windows and my sliding door replaced for my condominium. My friend suggested that I should buy my new windows and sliding door from Window Station Inc, and I'm glad that I did. For starters, the service was fantastic. I ended up speaking with one of their employees the very same day that I called them, and their salesperson Igor (very kind and professional by the way) came to my house to explain how their windows work and why they're worth purchasing (he came with a window "sample" to explain in detail), this convinced me to purchase their windows and sliding door. After you sign the contract for the purchase, the very next day some of the workers come to your house to measure the size of the windows (and sliding doors too), and afterwards they promised that they would come to install the windows at my house in about 3-4 weeks, but they installed them in 2 WEEKS, which was extremely surprising, yet exciting. And the installation only took around 1 day. Pros: -Fantastic service -Quick delivery (considering they're custom windows and sliding doors) -Fast installation -Cheaper energy bills since they're energy efficient windows (Igor or some other salesperson they have can explain it to you) -The windows are more soundproof than the windows I used to have (no more loud freeway or dogs barking in the background) -Probably more pros that are more long term and I wasn't able to experience yet Cons: -None that I can think of Overall, I don't regret buying windows from here, and I highly recommend purchasing windows from here if you need to get new ones. read more

We got bids from three other Window Replacement companies and picked Window Station out of the three. Why? To start Harry Yegorov came with tons of information as well as samples to show of types of frames and etc. He provided detailed info of what obstacles we might encounter replacing our old windows and was very honest with estimates and any other questions we had. The other reps who came out didnt give us half the information he provided. Afterward Leon came out to do measurements and also provided the same service. Once our windows came in (which took a few months due to pandemic manufacturing issues, out of their hands) they reached out and had a crew out the next day. THE CREW! Sergey, Alan, Berry and Mike were amazing. They were very careful, courteous and professional. We have an old house with very odd window setups and they were able to place our new windows in without any hiccups. These guys KNOW what they are doing and do it well. They not only did a good job getting our windows in but cleaned everything afterward and made sure we were good with everything. I am very happy with the fiberglass back door that was installed and the framing work that was done by Vladimir and his crew. I appreciate that Vladimir did an extra job for me removing and repairing my front fiberglass door that over time had become warped on the bottom of the door. Window Station is WONDERFUL!!! They were recommended to me by my home inspector, who I figured had seen a lot of windows and ought to know who was good. His recommendation of Window Station was completely justified. I would give Window Station more than five stars if I could. They were great from the start. Igor came more than once and patiently explained the different options to me. He has been EXTREMELY responsive to my texts, calls and emails, even when he was on vacation. His installers were meticulous, careful, very polite, and patient as well, taking the time to make sure the results looked beautiful. We had special concerns because the kitchen backsplash went right up to the edge of the old windows, and so did the back bathroom tile. Vladimir and his colleague took the time and care to carefully remove just enough backsplash and tile to make room for the windows and interior trim so that the edges meet just right; the result looks great now AND I can change out the backsplash and tile anytime (future projects). They even managed to save most of the old windows and the old door, which we wanted to sell to Ohmega Salvage. My windows are BEAUTIFUL and I am very grateful to Window Station for their patience, courtesy, truly excellent customer service and meticulous craftsmanship. read more
