We just got our windows finished by Brothers Construction. We bought something like 20 windows, a…read moregarden window, two patio sliding doors and a custom front door. They did a great job! Roch was our sales rep and he is The Man for windows! He promptly answered all my questions and followed up on every request. Roch gave a stellar sales presentation, explained everything in detail and always answered our texts and emails promptly. He took his time with us about the designs and helped us narrow our decisions down. The job ended up costing somewhere in the mid-five figures. We also got the quote for fiberglass windows and it was $106,000. Yikes! Obviously we went with Brothers for the cost but also the service, which was outstanding. The staff and crew were great too. Tina was on it and promptly followed up on all emails. The gentleman who installed them and was in charge of the crew introduced himself as "Kenneth" but then later he said his name was "Beauregard" and we overheard his crew calling him "Wes". I don't know who you are International Man of Mystery Mr. Kenneth/Beauregard/Wes, but you and your crew did a fantastic job! One thing to mention, Brothers only does vinyl windows. No fiberglass so if you have your heart set on fiberglass windows then this business is not for you. However, the quality of Brothers' vinyl windows seems WAY better quality than standard vinyl windows. Roch can explain the differences to you. The lady doing our shutters said that she got cheap vinyl windows and hates them but she noticed ours and said they were WAY better than hers, so there is a quality difference. One thing that really stood out for me was that even after all the windows and doors were installed and everything was paid for, they came back to finish up some small loose ends. We wanted one small change with our custom door and they came out and finished it within two weeks. They don't just take your money and run! If you are interested in getting new windows, these guys are certainly worth getting an estimate at the very least. I would definitely hire them again.

This is a little odd to say up front with a 5 star review, but we didn't end up having our windows…read moredone by Bestoff. We took over a half-dozen bids for a to-the-studs siding teardown and Hardie board replacement, using the opportunity to replace 21 old single pane windows and two sliding doors with new construction windows & doors. Of everyone we talked to, Sergey was hands down my favorite. If we were just doing with windows, we absolutely would have gone with Bestoff. The only reason we didn't go with Bestoff was out of their control: we ended up going with a singke business that does both siding and windows rather than splitting the work over two contractors. With that out of the way, here's why I liked Sergey so much: He's real. He's not a salesperson. He listens to understand what you want, but he takes pride in his work and he has a perspective (that he'll share with you) on what to do with your windows to bring out the best in your home. Most folks who came out just asked us if we wanted to keep our sliders in the same configuration. Sergey was the only one who went through each room, truly thought about the air flow and the aesthetics, and provided recommendations on each configuration. He acknowledged it was free advice, and it was -- we're going to follow his recommendations because they make sense, even though we never would have considered them before (and nobody else suggested them). And because Sergey takes pride in the outcome of his work, and not on his upsells, he never pressured me into any unnecessary frills. In fact, any time I considered a "premium" upgrade option, Sergey talked me down and explained why I didn't need it. For example, my head started spinning over energy efficiency and fire protection. I was debating SunMatrix/Quadratherm it's SunShield/Quadratherm for our south and west windows. Sergey was the only bidder to really take me through the pros and cons and ultimately make the case that, for this project, I shouldn't bother. Similarly, I emailed about WUI-compliant tempered gas after I realized I'm only 3 houses away from a high fire danger zone. I waited to know if it was worth getting the WUI glass. Sergey was the only bidder to go over the pros and cons in detail and explain why it would be an unnecessary expense for us. When when I let Sergey know we chose to go with a combined siding/windows contractor, he gave us even more advice on things to look out for to protect ourselves. If you're looking to do a substantial window project, give Sergey a call. I'm trying to manage my deep regret at not getting to work with Sergey. I'll feel a little better if I can imagine playing even a small part in another family getting to work with him

Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. We just contacted the company on their website and amazingly, they have the record by the address. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. Now we know, go with the best and reputable company like Custom Exteriors and a good manufacturer like Anlin Delmar to have after service years after the work is done. Would we recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin Delmar? The answer is obvious, YES.

I had such a positive experience that nearly two decades later, when it was time to replace my front door, I hired them again. Because of our climate, the door can swell and shrink during periods of extreme rain or heat. Customer Exteriors has now come back three times--at no additional charge--to make adjustments so the bolt lock continues to work properly. I've been especially impressed with their customer service. They respond promptly to calls and service requests and stand behind their work long after the installation is complete. That kind of reliability is hard to find, and I imagine it's a big part of why they've been in business for so long. I would definitely use them again.

We were desperate for the new windows and asked if our install date could be moved up, and Tiffany was so amazing, worked her magic, and got us our windows before the hottest months of summer. We are so grateful. The install team was excellent! From start to finish they were so hardworking, professional, kind, and clean. They were so conscientious to not leave any mess behind and I swear my house was cleaner after they left! Joey was so helpful and when I asked if they could complete my daughter's room first they made it happen so that she could go back to playing in her room asap! He and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us and even did a mock-up on some trim I was unsure about so that I could feel good about my decision (it looks amazing!). They were so fast and efficient and replaced all 12 windows in our home in just 2 days!
