We asked them for additional help with another project that we were doing ourselves. They helped us resolve the issues we had with a different leaking window and door. They caught several problems with the advice and plans we'd been given, which saved us from long-term issues, so we ended up expanding the scope from just the patio to a door and window with them. We got the look we wanted, the safety we wanted, and it was all installed so quickly and professionally. The stucco work looks perfect and was also done very professionally. I had some concerns about the…read morewaterproofing the primary contractor had done on the shower curb, and Justin was able to figure out how to avoid drilling through the curb in the wettest area. The glass looked amazing, I'm glad we went with the Starfire clear glass. Most importantly - about a year after the install I noticed a little bit of water getting past some of the glass near the showerhead. Justin came back out and touched-up the silicone for no charge, and also replaced the wiper at the bottom which had a bit of friction. I highly recommend this company!

Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. We just contacted the company on their website and amazingly, they have the record by the address. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. Now we know, go with the best and reputable company like Custom Exteriors and a good manufacturer like Anlin Delmar to have after service years after the work is done. Would we recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin Delmar? The answer is obvious, YES.
