The glass looked amazing, I'm glad we went with the Starfire clear glass. Most importantly - about a year after the install I noticed a little bit of water getting past some of the glass near the showerhead. We ultimately left both times without speaking to anyone. We understand that some showrooms operate by appointment, and if that is the standard protocol, that is perfectly fine. However, a quick greeting, asking whether we had an appointment, or offering to schedule one would have created a very different experience.
